I never felt pressured from Curtis while I took my time making a decision on the truck. When I ran into a very small snag with the truck after I purchased it, Curtis called me right away and told me to take it right to Toyota, have them fix it up and send the bill to Driving Force. Customer service was definitely top notch and I would recommend anyone buy one of the vehicles from Driving Force. I’m extremely impressed with the service at Driving Force on Airport Rd FSJ. I got a fair trade in price for my vehicle - more than was offered to me a couple of other dealerships. The new vehicle I was getting had a minor recall issue on it and I was not sure if I’d be able to get in within the next day like I wanted. The branch manager, Steve, spoke with me and said he would make a call to make it happen the next morning if need be. Wonderful experience with him, Eliesché who did the sale, and Lenetta the finance lady. This is a group of people that will go to bat for you!

Extremely unfair, expensive and will leave your jaws dropped. I rented a 1/2 ton truck for 1 day rated to $70/100km and when I was back to return the truck I had accumulated up to 219km. I returned the truck with 1/2 full tank, on their explanations, they claimed that to re-fill the tank would have been 55 liters. Guess what? They charged $2.5/liter, something that is extremely ridiculous because for my entire life I have never seen any gas station charging $2.5/liter,. Even now in Fort St John, while the price of gas has climbed up, its only about $1.34/liter. ... with all the bul*$t, they ended up charging me $300's for freaking one day rental. This is severe stealing and unfair business if you asked me. $300 truck rental for 219km? I will NEVER COME BACK to do business with Driving Force again. I have learned my lesson the hard way and I won other potential customers to be cautious with these guys. TERRIBLE BUSINESS SENSE! EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE FOR NO GOOD REASONS. DON'T RENT AT Driving Force if you understand my point of view

Can't say enough good things about my experience with Driving Force in Langley. From the initial test drive, to driving my vehicle off the lot it was smooth sailing all the way. Shawn was fantastic to deal with, and was able to address any questions I had during the purchasing process. Top notch service all the way. Shirley was also excellent with assisting on financing, warranty options and the like, and helped explain everything to make it all easy to process. Also, the Driving Force assurance of quality on their vehicles helped give me confidence in the purchase of a certified pre-owned SUV from them. Driving Force is the absolute BEST in customer service. I have been working with Ande (she is such a pleasure to deal with) for over 3 years. We go on a large work trip each year that requires 2 large trucks rented for 2+ weeks. Before we used to rent through the other companies like Uhaul and when we would go to pick up the trucks they would be smaller or bigger than booked... the problem with this is that budgets are carefully made based on the size of the truck, distance and fuel required. If we ended up with a truck any smaller, our trip would be jeopardized. Ande makes sure we have our trucks as arranged. They are always in EXCELLENT condition. The customer services reps will always give you the low down on all the features (which is great for a non-truck driver). We even had a small smack-up last year and were worried that would effect us for future rentals - NOPE, b/c we had the insurance, Driving Force handled everything very nicely and we have booked again for 2016. Thank you Ande and Team for always making customer service #1. YOU GUYS ROCK.

Awful experience: they left hanging all afternoon after promising us a car "after lunch", and didn't even ring to tell us they weren't able to fulfil that promise. (We rang a couple of times to check in and were told they'd call us back; they all went home at 5pm without doing so.) I understand that sometimes things go wrong and a car can't be provided after all, but leaving us waiting around to hear back is wildly disrespectful. As a consequence, we lost our afternoon in Fort St John. Very disappointed.

UNBELIEVABLE INCOMPETENT SERVICE AND STAFF. I rent a car from them 2 days before I had to leave canada. I signed the contract, paid the deposit and got the keys - they even took video from the car and drove it back and forward. Then I had to keep the car parking at their lot and drove with my own car to a dealer to sell my car. Once I sold my car I get a phone call from them telling me the car that I had rented is broken and needs to be fixed. HOW DID THEY ALLOW THEMSELF TO USE THE CAR (after i signed the contract and had the keys already), UNLOCK IT, TOOK MY PRIVATE STUFF OUT (personal paperwork that I kept in the car) and then they phoned me and told me the car is broken, “we have your private stuff by us - come take them and we cancel the contract - there is no other car to give you” I am sure, according to the canadian law they did violate some laws (breaking in, taking my private stuff out and the car disappeared- and they forced me to give the keys back like nothing happened. The stuff were there without any manager , manager is unavailable for a week - no one gave a discount and they even didn’t pay me the taxi that I had to take. I AM STILL CONSIDERING REPORTING THIS AND APPEALING TO THE COURT.

Our vehicle was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had rented a car seat for our infant, which they had recently purchased, and when we told them we felt it was unsafe for our child they were helpful in making the situation right by refunding the money for the car seat and giving us a discount for our time spent trying to install it and then having to buy a new one in town. They worked hard to remedy the situation and we'd be happy renting from them again. If you decide to rent a car seat from any car rental company, be sure to ask about the specific model you'll be getting, and consider bringing your own instead.

I booked car for one day and it was actually for few hours for work and I had plane back to Vancouver to catch. They kept me waiting for my car for 40 minutes and they were so relaxed about it. And eventually they charge me 20$ extra for 2.5 litter of gas.

This was the only place which had SUV available during the time I needed it. The car was good and equipped with great tires suitable for Dempster Hwy. The experience with customer service was so so hence 3 stars. First, I've booked online and called in to double check if everything is okay with the reservation and was told that you don't have vehicles available for those dates and the CS agent booked me for slightly different days (which was okay with me) and told me that they left a message in their system about what happened and that I prefer my original days if possible. Over the next few weeks prior to my reservation I've got multiple calls and emails from different people about my "double" reservation... Obviously none of them were aware of any message left in the system and I had to explain my story multiple times... Anyways... In the end I've got the car for original booked days which was great! However, during the trip rocks chipped the windshield and I had to use my credit card insurance to cover the damage. I've submitted the claim to my insurance company right away and waited for over the month to receive an invoice for the damage even though DF fixed the car in a few days. Then my insurance reached out to DF about some overcharged taxes and DF was slow to respond and in the end DF charged my card directly (which is fair) and I had to seek for reimbursement from insurance company. However they said that DF charged me taxes incorrectly and only reimbursed me for the amount without taxes. Insurance adjuster reached out to DF about this but DF just ignored the emails and never reimbursed me the overcharged taxes. I'm just too tired to fight. Keep that $60 for yourself as well as this review.

We rented Dodge Caravan for a long trip to Edmonton. Almost brand new van with only 6 k on the meter but very basic model. No built-in GPS or rear camera. This van has AC ducts on the front only. The service was very professional, nice and pleasant staff. Easy and fair dealing. We also found their rates reasonable.

I recently had my truck break down hours before I had to leave on a trip. After looking around the PG area and not having any luck finding a vehicle. I thought I would check to see if driving force had something available. I didn’t know if they offered one way rentals or rentals to non businesses but flying wasn’t a option and I had to be at my destination before the end of the day. The Driving Force rental team and location manager went above and beyond to find me a excellent full size truck rental at an amazing price even though when I walked in they had nothing clean and available. They got something ready within a half hour and before I knew it I was on the road. Another plus was being able to drive a 2020 F350 SD. I know that when I’m ready to purchase a new truck, they will be my first call! Thank you for the great service.

If I could add stars to this review I would. Recently purchased an ex lease Savana van from Scott and the team. I flew up site unseen and drove it home. The only reason I felt confident to purchase in this way was the 30 day guarantee. Needless to say there were some repairs needed after the fact which were fully covered by Driving Force PG. The repairs done at the GM dealer in my city which made it very convenient. It's so refreshing to have a company and sales person really back up what they say by providing such amazing customer service.

He is very knowledgeable about their vehicles, was able to provide extra photos, was able to source out seat covers Etc. The vehicle was in excellent condition just as described. I got a follow-up phone call to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Every step of the way he was helpful, informative, professional and patient. We have some paperwork issues going back and forth through fax machines that weren't coming out properly on one end or the other. Signatures that weren't showing up dark enough to be considered a signed copy. Rob was very patient and thorough. B finance manager Kendal jurysta was also very helpful and very knowledgeable about the warranty information. She help things run along smoothly. Over all this is definitely a five star team! I would highly recommend buying a vehicle here. We dealt with Curtis Brown, and it was the most seamless transaction we ever had buying and looking at a vehicle. We loved that the price was what he told us was the final price with no surprises. They do not negotiate on their sticker price, but in our case, when we compared the price of what we were going to buy with the rest of the BC and AB, we felt we were getting a very fair deal, and we did not have to leave PG for it. Curtis has been a man of his word, as he told us if we found anything that was unsatisfactory, to contact him right away. He got the lock on our back gate fixed, asap, with no hassle. The winter tires (used extra tires that were not factored into our buying price, but were given to us), we found a bent rim with a bulge and he was able to arrange that to get replaced, at no extra cost. We have very much appreciated Curtis and his approach to selling vehicles, and his excellent customer service, after the sale.

Although it was difficult winter driving conditions the van had good snow tires and handled quite well. Returning the van after hours was no problem as they use a drop box. My husband and I just stumbled upon this place to rent a car for road trips. We were quite surprised at how accommodating they have been, everything they say they will do they do. There doesn't seem to be any hassle. We have enjoyed our rental cars and now think it's the only way to travel for road trips. However, the true 5-Star was earned when their manager Clint was going above and beyond 7 months later. After a disappointing let-down from third party extended-insurance/manufacturer in a major warranty claim, he stood behind the sold vehicle regardless, and offered to help us out to make things right. Nice place and did have a truck that worked for me at last minute but there was no notification of a mileage limit or what the charges would be if I went over. I informed the agent that I would be going to Fairbanks and back and I used the truck for 3 days total. I definitely would have taken the unlimited mileage extra charge per day as it would have saved me a ton of money. Guess buyer beware especially when in a tight spot!! Edit: They contacted me and we worked out a deal on the outrageous mileage charge. It helped but be sure to ask about the unlimited plan.

Be very careful if you choose this company. I prepaid for a 10 day car rental from the airport and paid in full weeks in advance. When I picked up the car they took an additional $500 credit card deposit, which the clerk said I would get back in full upon return of the car. After I returned the car I wasn't emailed the final invoice until much later, after I was on the plane flying home. They said I would get it before I left. After I got home I learned they charged me $380 in additional fees, including a $90 airport pickup fee that was not disclosed earlier, and $270 for extra insurance that I explicitly declined when I picked up the car. I had to call the company twice to get the insurance charges reversed but they kept the rest of the deposit. If you go with these guys, take a photo of the original contract you sign (they don't send you a copy of the actual version you sign) and the odometer both before and after. Very unprofessional. Told me I had to get the $25 extra insurance coverage or I was 100% liable for all damage or theft (not the case). I asked about transferring my insurance from my similar vehicle and was told it was not worth the lengthy paper work. After I asked to talk to a manager they did it in 10 seconds. On top of that the vehicle I had lined up an hour previous on the phone was not available when I arrive and I had to wait 30 minutes for them to get one over from another location. I will never use them again.

Highly recommend renting from Driving Force Langley over any other rental company. We rented an 8 passenger Ford Transit for a ski trip which had ample space and comfortable for the drive into the Interior. They rent a wide range of vehicles for pretty much any type of excursion.
