Jeff Batchlor is hands down the best sales rep I’ve ever dealt with. When trading in my Wangler for a Grand Cherokee, he made the process such ease. Told him exactly what I wanted and got me the vehicle will all that and more, while staying within my budget limits. Got me a great price on my trade in, hooked me up with winter wheels and rubber and checked in to ensure I was leased with my new vehicle. It’s hit or miss at this location!!! It’s always better if you visit in person! Sometimes when you call, you are often given mechanical advice by the lady sitting under the stairs who takes payments! I was once told that my truck engine was so smart that it measures the viscosity of my engine oil and will tell me when I need an oil change. Was told it had nothing to do with km travelled or time since last oil change! Once had a “Perform Service” message. I called here and was told by a service department person to “drop a gear and lay the coal to ‘er”, as their best assessment of the message was it likely needed a regeneration! Bottom line, go visit instead of calling! Don’t be shocked by the $210/hr shop rate!

I couldn't go less than one star for their service department. Wish I could. Took my jeep there with a known bad head covered by extended warranty Misfire in Cyl 2. They blamed it on debris that magically got in one cylinder by my Cold Air intake that's been installed for the last 7 years and voided my warranty. They serviced the exact same vehicle in 2018 for recalls, no mentioned of my improperly installed CAI. Never gave me the exact diagnoses besides BS, charged me $800 and tried to give me a bill for a new engine for $15000......Go to the city and avoid service here at all costs.....I would never go back.

Giving one star seems generous. Vehicle repair took two days because they didn't check key drop. Service failed to phone and update me. When the repair was finally finished they told me I could take the vehicle. The paper work was not finished, and took an extra 40 minutes. DO NOT GO HERE. THE COMPLAINTS ARE TRUE.

Recently I had a major mechanical failure on my challenger, probably a 1 in a million chance of something happening that did. I was planning on taking the car to Vegas the next day, and Melissa Kelly got the car in as soon as they could and let me know what was wrong that day. Unfortunately it wasn't something that was a one day fix. But they dealt with Chrysler's warranty department and got me the news within the first few days about the warranty motor replacement. Once I returned they hooked me up with a rental with no headache at all. When the long block came in they had it installed in a day in order for me to take it on my next trip. The car runs awesome and came back very clean, between Melissa Kelly and the Mechanic that worked on my vehicle their attention to detail was excellent. I have had bad dealings with their service department before that had made me swear off them but I have to say this experience has changed my mind.

I bought my Jeep over the summer time and I wasn't going to do a review until, I had it in for service and had it for a few months and my overall experience with Legacy Dodge. My sales experience was great, Jeff Batchelor was very efficient and knowledgeable about the vehicle he sold me. I said efficient because we did our deal in 10hrs, that was the fastest I've ever gotten a vehicle. Their floor manager and Financial team made it happen, everyone was very polite and friendly it was a great experience. Jeff still calls me and checks up which is great! I feel if I need anything he'll definitely help me out. As you see in my pictures I upgraded a few things, legacy dodge said if I use mopar parts and if they install them, they will grant me warranty on them. So I went with that route, I dealt with their service department who installed thousands of dollars of parts, lift kit, snorkel, led lights, winch etc. The only issue we had was getting the parts in due to Covid issues, which was totally understandable. They updated me weekly and call me right when my order was filled. Brought me in the shop right away and installed them with no issues. The mechanic attention details was on point, no loose wiring and everything was zip tied and neat and tidy. They treated me great and I have no issues with the parts they installed. They also charge a lesser shop rate for installing accessories as well, so that was great to find out. I also had my first oil change and tire rotation, bought it in at 730am and it was done by 10am, no issues with booking and getting my vehicle back, I took the shuttle both ways and I was happy with the experience. I'm not going to lie, I did hear some bad experiences from other people in town about our Dodge dealership and called me lucky. But I haven't had an issue with them and I think I won't either. Everyone's been to kind to me, so thank you Legacy Dodge!

Steer clear of this dealership, absolutely awful to deal with. We bought a vehicle from them in August. They scratched the side of it when they were bringing out of the bay before we could pick it up, didn't install the wires for the tow hitch. After having the first scratches fixed they ripped the rear bumper off! They had it for over a month and then acted like they were doing us a favor by fixing their mistakes. We had to hound them to get our vehicle back, when they screwed up and should have made it a priority to get it fixed. When we went to pu there were still scratches but we just took it because we were afraid if we left it there they may total it.

I had a terrible experience a few weeks ago. I was dealing with Joanne the service manager. Truck needed the heater core replaced and was told the amount. I have extended warranty and told her but said it wasn’t covered. She grudgingly admitted it was then proceeded to rattle off multiple services that I “needed.” Too bad I know my stuff and had the maintenance schedule in front of me. The high pressure sales tactics don’t work. Picked the truck up and found scuffs on the glove box and in the leather dash. But I chalked it up as consequences of dealing with Del Bouck’s minions. Also come to find the steering column flops up/ down and the pedals rattle. “We didn’t touch that stuff” ???? Then had the audacity to schedule another appointment instead of fixing it on the spot. I will never step foot in any Legacy dealer again.

I've had many problems with Legacy since buying my Jeep. They rarely if ever warranty any of my problems. The last time I went to Legacy I had a few issues with the front end (over heating, vibration in the steering wheel, shaking at certain speeds). They put it up on the hoist and said there was nothing really wrong and said I needed a new a tierod. I paid them a high amount of money for "service" and left, only to find the issues weren't fixed at all. I called them up and said they didn't fix it. I brought it back and they put it on the hoist again and called me back saying I needed $3700 in parts in labour. AFTER THEY HAD JUST TOLD ME TWO DAYS PRIOR IT ONLY NEEDED A TIEROD. After some negotiation I agreed to have them fix it, but guess what? THE PROBLEM IS STILL THERE. I'm terrified to bring it back to them.

I dropped my truck yesterday for raplacememt of shock absorbers under warranty. They called me to inform me that my aircon is leaking so it will take longer.I wasn't able to get my truck back on that day. I have no idea why 5 hours job take them more than a day. Today they called me around 1 pm that my truck ia good to go. The caller asked me if I needed a shuttle to get there and I said yes. Now it is 3:45pm. Maybe the shuttle is coming from Edmonton. I cancelled my other appointments because of this. Now I am planning to trade my truck because of the poor service of this dealership. I have my truck for almost 3 years already.

it is unfortunate to see so many negative reviews regarding Legacy Dodge Chrysler in Fort McMurray. However the issues raised must have some merit or there would nor be so many. I just purchased my first new Ram vehicle and am reasonably happy with the price we negotiated even thought there was some misunderstanding on what "All In" or "Wheels on the Road" meant IE WHAT IS THE FINAL PRICE Period. Then when asking about accessories, the parts person was supposed to get back to me with a quote, unfortunately she forgot to follow through. Fortunately when I went in to check it out later when no follow up was done I was assisted by Tyler who began work on the problem immediately and everything is moving forward. Roman and the service manager have both been very helpful in getting my vehicle in to check out a check engine light issue and have ordered the part which will be installed in a week or so once I am back in town. Running a dealership is not a job for the lighthearted, it is a complex and very emotional process. Owners are never happy when their vehicle is not performing properly or something causes a disruption in the vehicles availability. Some times this is a technical problem, sometimes a supply and alas sometimes a problem brought about by poor judgment by an employee.... So far my satisfaction with Legacy is about 50%, we shall see in the next couple of weeks if they can earn back some of the trust that has been tarnished...

Oh man, I am a Jeep guy through and through. I'm also a Fort McMurray boy to the core. I tell you what the sales guy Eric was fantastic. He didn't oversell me, he didn't try to sell me something I didn't want, and he was able to hook up me up with a sweet new Grand Cherokee in my price range with all the features I wanted plus a few extra. 2 weeks ago i purchased dodge van from this dealership service agent told me to pick up vehicle after few days because it has to go for complete detailing when i came to pick up my vehicle i noticed there was a 3 inch long crack on the lift gate i was shocked to see that when i complained it to sales agent she was completely unaware of it, if i never noticed the crack she could have never told me about the damage, she offered me to fix the vehicle later so i accepted the offer and left, after 4 days when i came back to pick up my vehicle i gave her receipts of cab charges she refused to reimbursed the amount i called the FCC to complaint about this dealership at that point when she noticed I'm calling FCC she rushed at me and told me she agree to reimbursed cab charges and will throw in new all weather floor mats, its been 2 weeks i haven't received any phone call from dealership and i have got no reimbursement, i have a really bad experience with them i highly recommend not to purchase any vehicle from this dealership

I had booked an oil change for my brand new 2012 Jeep Wrangler, 5 days in advance. My oil change was booked for a 2:00PM appointment. I had dropped my jeep off the night prior as i had to work the following day. At 6:00PM i went to pick up my jeep. They had yet to move it out of the parking lot, I waited there until 8:00PM as I had to take a cab to the dealership and was not going to pay for another cab to leave and then another cab come back. When I went to the service desk at 8:00PM to ask why it was taking such a long time they had told me it is still up on the lift waiting to be serviced. At which I replied i had only booked for an oil change, what are you servicing? They tried convincing me that I needed my tires rotated and all this other work done. When my vehicle was brand new still under a month old. I felt my experience with them was horrible. Their is no point in booking an appointment if you are not going to service it at the time of the appointment. I felt like I was being pressured by the service staff, and I would advise anyone to drive to Edmonton, Athabasca or Cold Lake to avoid the horrible service this dealership provides.

I arrived at Legacy Dodge, knowing that I was interested in test-driving the Jeep Renegade. The sales floor was very welcoming, although I did have to wait almost an hour for a sales rep (large promotion going on that day). I was set up with Sarah, a new rep with the company, which, at first made me nervous. The nerves didn't last long as she had her mentor Mo right beside her, along with regular check ins from her manager, and she was very open and friendly. Our test drive was excellent, we put the jeep through the works and I was very pleased with performance. I NEVER felt pressured to compromise on the test drive OR to commit to a purchase. I especially appreciate this because having 3 sales personnel, including a manager working with you could be seen as 3 against one, an intimidating situation... but that was not so. I really felt like the team had my best interests at heart. After our test drive, all promotions were clearly communicated to me and Sarah made me a deal I couldn't refuse! In the end... as Mo predicted, I bought the Renegade that day! I dealt with Meghan for financing whose customer service was a cut above the rest, she organized all of my paperwork, was transparent about all of my options, and was a huge help in organizing my registration and licensing so I could pick up my new ride ASAP. Legacy loses a star for my hour wait before seeing a sales rep, as well as a couple of hiccups with final paperwork. Overall the whole process was really enjoyable for me, I was treated with respect by the entire staff. I would recommend Legacy Dodge if you're looking for a new vehicle, and I would definitely recommend requesting Sarah or Mo if you're looking for a grade-A sales rep! Thanks Guys!

My wife dropped her Jeep GC off here for service on a Friday and was told it would be ready for pickup that evening by 7. When we called to ensure it was ready before driving over to pick it up, they said it was not ready yet. We called again Saturday afternoon and they said it was not ready yet, but that they would call us before they closed (6pm) to give us an update. That was the last we heard from them. They will not reopen now until Monday - not sure how my wife is supposed to get to work or drop my daughter off at daycare on Monday, and we still have no idea why this service appointment is dragging on so long. 1) Extremely poor communication with their customers - we've initiated every call) 2) Poor setting of expectations - when did they know it was going to take this long? 3) Poor choice of service hours: people need to work in this town - most of us get the odd Friday off, meaning we need to be able to pick vehicles up on a Sunday

I was told to come in after 8am today to get a pin fixed that they didn't have in store last week when we brought it in. They told me to come in today it will take an hour and I'll be on my way. Came in at 8 am and the person helping me said it would be ready around 2pm. When I told her that I was told an hour she replied that she would get me in at 930am and it would be ready shortly after. I went and walked down the street and got breakfast. I came back 2 hours later thinking that was more than enough time (10:30 am) and saw that my vehicle is still parked where I left it. Went inside and waited to talk to someone and they told me that they would get the mechanic to stop what they are doing and work on my vehicle right away. So now I'm sitting in there waiting room still waiting an hour later for a pin to be fixed with no more communication. This isn't the first time this has happened but the first time I've written a review.

I purchased my 2015 Ram 1500 EcoDiesel from them in January of 2016. My buying experience was pleasant and so far I can say that the service experience has been the same. I showed up unannounced with a check engine light and asked if they could scan it and make sure that I could still run it. I fully expected to have to book an appointment and bring it back later. They had my truck in in about 20 min and back to me with the code cleared and new software installed in about an hour. Doesn't get much better than that in my opinion! I hope it remains this way. Had to replace another CV joint it seems like a every 2 year deal, the rubber boot on the joint must be made of rice paper. Also had an engine light problem due to the eco fuel stopped working, they wanted clean all the injectors after the fact of hooking the computer up to the truck cost me 278 dollars and still couldn't find the problem. When I go to pick it up the cowl that goes on the top of the engine was still in the back seat,I then went in and asked did I have to pay extra to have it put back on . So a simple engine light problem cost me basically a 1000 dollars. So much for buying the extended warranty.

I owned a 2009 Dodge Journey it was a lemon time and time again for service that was never fixed even though it was in the garage numerous times one winter in had it in my drive way working 21 days out od 90 towed to the garage time after time called to come pick it up time and again would send the shuttle for me before it would arrive I would get a call it is not working again this morning we will work on it again and try for tomorrow got so I traded it vowed it would not be another dodge got a call from a salesman named Eric told him of my experiences convinced me it was now all good all the problems was now fixed and this would not happen again shame on me I bought it today I took my Jeep in for a recall told it was not a big job got it there at 7:20am only one ahead of me phoned at 2:30pm guess what not in the garage yet same oh same oh and here is the kicker my warranty gives me same day coverage for a machine to drive but the problems fixed and all in the garage only a quick fix I said no problem stupid me but never again and I would say to anyone buying a machine stay away from this garage if by any chance I am proven wrong I will be the first to print an apology for this posting and will tell anyone willing to listen I am wrong but I I am safe for that think lol will I received a call from the manger yesterday after my posting and the conversation was great the problem with my appointment was very quickly resolved and had my jeep back very soon. The manger admitted that there was a few checks and balances that was missed he apologized personally and rectified the problem in my favour I said I would apologize if this happened so this is my apologize to Chris and his team looking forward to our relationship going forward again thank you for your time and attention to detail.

I’m like...ok... so they drove it around back opened the tail light , left it like that for half hour ... I watched from the window... put light in ... and charged me $65 like omg... it takes about 2 mins to change the bulb... It all started with an email stating that the malfunction indicator light was on in my jeep and that i needed to get it serviced as soon as possible. There was no dash lights on. I drove it to legacy dodge and left it there. They suggested i get a general maintenance check-up because i was at 65,000 kms. I got a call later in the day stating that they did the AVR testing and both my batteries are dead, because in my jeep there is a main battery and an auxillary battery. Ok cool, but how can the batteries be dead if i drove it to legacy? "Well these things happen" In brand new vehicles? Ok. I spoke with a mechanic because i had a hard time believing that both batteries were dead and there was no reason for it. The mechanic told me that there was a malfunction causing the batteries to drain, but because its over 65,000km, its a maintenance thing and not covered under my extended warranty. But what about the malfunction? Shouldn't that be covered under warranty? Batteries are maintenance. Ok. I left with a 1400 bill, i was charged for the AVR testing, cleaning the brakes, 2 new batteries and labour. Note: there was nothing wrong when i took it in, not even a dash light on, just this email stating that the malfunction indicator light was on. The next day, as i'm about to leave to Edmonton, my battery light comes on, my dash tells me to stop safely because my jeep will be shutting off. Ok. Back to legacy i go, the mechanic notices that the battery wasn't hooked up correctly, one of the cables loosley set to the side. I was told there is no excuse, the mechanic hooked it up incorrectly. Ok. Carry on. I go to open my glove box, it smashes down and the contents of my glove box are now on the passenger side floor mat, apparently the individual who checkedhe cabin filter didn't put my glove box back in correctly. I pick up my stuff and head to Edmonton. I get to my hotel,and then i get an email from jeep telling me not only is the malfunction indicator light still on, now the charging system light is on????????‍♀️????????‍♀️ Since i'm in Edmonton, i take my jeep to londonderry dodge. They do diagnostic testing for free and tell me that there is an internal malfunction with the radio, all this is covered under warranty. Now, i'm assuming the malfunction draining the batteries came from this internal issue from the radio, which was never diagnosed from legacy dodge. This happened almost 2 weeks ago and noone ever called to clarify this situation. Upon further discussion amongst my peers, it was discovered that Legacy dodge has a reputation of doing this to alot of other women. Good job guys, thanks for your distrust.

Fell in love as soon as I got on the road - still didn’t think I could own it because it was out of my price range and I was already in a hole after losing my shirt on my previous vehicle. I bought a 2019 Ram Rebel from this dealership last month and was totally happy with the performance and looks of my new truck! The buying experience at this dealership is smooth and quick. However, after-sales support is a dismal. First, during the handover, it was me who noticed that an agreed option (tonneau cover) isn't installed. So it took another hours of wait for the issue to be checked, resolved and installed. Second, a few days passed and when it was time for me to use the truck bed, I noticed an included option (tie-down hook rails) missing! A month went by and after contacts with my Sales Rep and her Sales Managers, the missing part is still missing and nobody from the dealership has gone back to me yet. When will this company learn that Customer Service doesn't end after a product sale ? I have paid what was agreed, no more, no less. In return, they should do their part by providing a product free of deficiencies and a promise of dedicated support.

When you are viewing a car and purchasing it the only thing they don't do for you is shine your shoes. However, if you need service or emergency service you will not be helped at all! I REPEAT NOT AT ALL!!! They are the worse dealership to ever deal with. When you pay $75,000 for a SUV and you call roadside and they tell you they can't tow your SUV because they don't have space to hold the vehicle at the dealership?Also, in addition make the best of it they told us they couldn't even service the vehicle for another 3 weeks and our best bet is to not drive the vehicle and leave in your back yard for 3 weeks. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME??? All I can say is, if you live in Fort McMurray and you think by buying in the city and not Edmonton or etc. that your gonna save a few bucks either by not having to drive to Edmonton for service or you got somewhat of a better deal at Legacy in Fort Mac, save yourself and DO NOT BUY AT THIS DEALERSHIP! Asked if the had an online catalog of rims in stock as I am only in town for a few more days and wanted to get this done ASAP. They were helpful or it seemed but kept asking for my phone number. I said I would rather deal with email or the messenger app so they said someone would get back to me and after that I haven’t heard a peep. I followed up and got the response of “ Noted. I called them in early 2018 about my tires that were stored there when we bought our new car in late 2017 and me and my wife were calling them every few days to get them and it was all ways the same answer that there looking for them. so most of the summer was over so we stopped calling.I called them on October 8th this year and was told I would get a call back in an hour or two. next day(Oct 9th) i called again this person told me they would have there manger call me back that day. next day (Oct, 10) called again talked to a girl that told me she would personal call me back before 3 pm . Never got a call back any day. so i called today and i was told that they needed more information on the tires, not sure what to say other then the size and there black and should have my name on them.They were OK when buying the vehicle but the service is terrible. Truck had engine failure. Had it towed to legacy for diagnosis, $700 later they tell me a valve spring broke and that the valve fell inside the cylinder striking the piston and caused catastrophic damage to cylinder interior. My warranty being up for some time now, legacy told me that I would require an entirely new engine, and on the phone quoted me approx $12,000 for parts and labor to fix it. Becoming very distraught after being told this, I had my truck towed to a different mechanic, a very honest and incredible mechanic, who analyzed the engine and discovered that yes a spring did break but it never actually let go of the valve. There was also zero damage to the inside of the cylinder. So my truck went from a $12,000 repair according to legacy, to a $10 spring just needing to be replaced. So I wonder how many of people have had to deal with such gross professional misconduct. And I got all the paperwork to prove it still. Do not buy a vehicle from legacy dodge, you’ll end up regretting it at some point.

Not the first time I'm being screwed by this dealership. Came for a simple oil change that I can do myself in 30 minutes and with help of a bucket. Promised time 1 hour to hour and a half. One of my insurance plans on a vehicle that was stolen offered a 5000$ rebate at the original dealer which I found out about only after I fully paid for the truck. Service Department has improved 100% over the last few months. I've had nothing but problems with dodge since we bought our car (4 years ago) with service, from oil changes to disputing warranty. However, now it's always friendly and willing to help whenever I go there. We bought gold warranty when we bought the car and now I never have a problem when it comes to warranty work. They always call before doing anything unexpected and there are never surprise charges when I pick up my car. They even leave a customized dodge water in the cup holder. My experience at legacy dodge was horrific! 6 times I returned in 6 weeks because they didn’t want to cover the warranty with the new transmission. They just kept sending me on my way thinking I wouldn’t notice my vehicle was still broken. The 5th time I went to pick it up one of there employees backed into it in there lot and ripped off the front end of my vehicle. After 6 weeks without my vehicle and them doing more damage then good I told them I was going out of town on the weekend. They explained there rentals couldn’t leave town. I told them I didn’t care if it could or could not it was there problem and if they would just fix the problem we wouldn’t be going down this road. Needless to say they fixed it the next day. Nothing but a nightmare....

I bought a vehicle from this dealership over a year ago and that experience was great... The issue here is with their service department. I decided to buy winter tires from them and get them to store my tires in their storage. Keep in mind that I kept my tires in their storage even though I live in Edmonton. I like to visit family in Fort McMurray and get my vehicle worked on at Legacy because I bought my vehicle from them. I liked to support local business. First time I travel from Edmonton to get my tires changed over I decided to wait in the waiting room. I understand things take long especially in a busy dealership such as this so I waited patiently for hours... and hours. I waited around 6 hours before I went up to the desk and asked for a status update on the swap. They informed me that my car had not been worked on because the tech went home sick and they forgot about my vehicle. I had to re-book the service days later and extend my trip so I could get my tires changed. I was going to take my tires out of storage and go to the dealer in Edmonton but they paid for my swap and apologized. I decided to give them a second chance... Second time I drive to Fort McMurray to get my tires done I decided not to wait in the dealership. I dropped the vehicle off the night before and still had no call from the dealership at 4PM the next day for a tire swap... I called them and asked for a status update and they informed me that they were waiting as long as possible to call me because they had lost my other tires and new ones were ordered. They would not be in stock until the next week... I could not wait in the city that long so I had to get my tires shipped to Edmonton and installed by another dealer. I am very disappointed by the lack of accountability and quality in the service from this dealership. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone who asks me because of their service. The car buying experience was fine but after they have your money the service went downhill fast. I like the Jeep but this lack of service has made me consider other brands of vehicles for my family in the future. I understand that mistakes happen but this is unacceptable for a business that knows I purchased my vehicle from them.

I'll start of by saying that this is the first time that I write a review because I usually not take the time but the service crew got me pissed. I went in for charging issues on my caravan. They diagnosed that the alternator required to be change and gave me a quote which I didn't agree with since it was overprice and had item that I didn't required. ( they wanted to change my cab air filter which was changed a couple months ago). Anyway that's not the problem, they reduce the price and I agreed with the new price. When the vehicle was ready, I went in to pick the vehicle up and the wanted me to pay the original price which included the cab air filter. I told them that I agreed to a certain price and I was not paying more. They drop the price but added $45 for shop supply after which I did not agree with. After arguing with them and them making me feel like an idiot throughout the process I paid he extra $45. This is the last time those guys will see me not because of the $45 but the way I was treated!

Here is my experience with this service department. My truck was broke into September 21 with damage to the window, steering wheel, seat cover, outside door handle and door panel. I dropped my truck off the next day September 22nd for an estimate. Legacy fought back and forth with my insurance company about the estimate (understandable no one works for free). Once they were all said and done I was told by the service rep Jeff that the estimate was all sorted out and they were ordering parts. I waited a week for a call to setup a appointment to have the truck repaired. I went in to see what the status of the parts were and I was then told by the service manager Mario that my insurance company denied the claim. Ended up calling the insurance company with the service manager Mario to find out it was approved and that there was a breakdown of communication within the legacy service department. I am told they will order the parts right away and I ended up dropping the truck off a week later. While my truck was in the shop I was told my cabin air filter was dirty and asked if I would like my cabin air filter changed. I stated NO! 2 days goes by and I get a call my truck is ready! Awesome! I get there to find out they ordered the wrong seat and installed it! Okay no problem told the service rep Joanne what this issue was. They didn't know how it happened but they kept the truck and ordered the correct seat and installed it. I picked the truck up Saturday November 7th. they had the correct seat installed this time. So I went down to the local NAPA to pickup a cabin air filter because Legacy told me it needed replaced. I went to install the new filter to find there was no filter in there which means they didn't put the old filter back in after I told them not to touch anything on the truck other then the authorized repair work. I told Mario the service manager and he seemed understanding that I was not happy saying this was the last straw that broke the camels back. But my story is not over yet. Then the first time I took my truck out at night I realize they didn't connect the LED lights in that are part of the door panel. The inside door handle broke on Nov 13th after I realized the LED's were not hooked up. So I talked with Joanne with service again about the truck she said the door handle is the original handle not a new one. OK I guess I need to buy a handle no big deal. Legacy offers to take the truck back, connect the LED lights and explore what broke with the door handle. At this point I am thinking if something is broke I will need to pay for it so I took the door panel off to figure out what is broke before it goes into legacy. when I did I find the door carrier where the handle connects drilled out and a broken zip tie. So someone obviously broke the carrier panel and tried to tip tie the door handle back on. After I realize this I took the truck to legacy and talked with Mario the service manager. Mario said he understands that they have missed the mark with me and legacy is going to step up and make it right. So they installed a new carrier panel and door handle free of charge while ensuring the LED lights were working. I am giving this place kudos for sticking with it and getting my truck back to the way it should be. I just wish it was on the first try. All other work was done without issue (window, steering wheel and outside door handle).I hope this is a one off.

Worat dealership ever. Parts people cannot locate parts no one knows what a going on. Quotes are not even close when you pick up your vehicles. Lots if rework vehicle always needs to go back. Will never go back to dealership again. Either go to ford in town which has been awesome for me or to edmonton

Went in because my remote start didn't work and engine light came on so I drove it home from the shop and the light came back on again and they wanted to charge me twice when they didn't fix the problem in the beginning , the Manger is not true to his words .. says one thing on the phone and changes his mind in person . Never will get anything there again .

Went in to get my tires looked at due to an alignment issue that was around since i got the tires that I bought from them 6 months ago since they were wearing badly, instead of owning up to their mistake they made when they installed my tires they do everything they can not to fix their mistake by pinning the issue on something completely unrelated and definitely try to upsell you on service that does not need to be done. Would not recommend getting service done there by the incompetent service department

Terrible experience. Booked an appointment to get my sliding door fixed. Was in the shop all day and not one person could look at it. Customer service hung up on me twice, the third time I called, when they said they were going to put me on hold again, I politely asked not to be hung up on. The customer service rep got nasty and told me I was 'disconnected.' It took them all day to tell me that they didn't have time for the appointment I made a week prior. Never again. I will also go out of my way to inform my friends of the waste of time and lack of professionalism this dealership promotes. As everyone in Fort Mac says, if you HAVE to go to a dealership, go to Edmonton. Thanks for nothing!
