Probably one of the worst dealerships I have ever called. Forget the main number...nobody answers. Finally reached the parts counter and ended up with a belligerent fool who did not have any knowledge of the vehicle I was searching simple parts for. I will drive the extra miles to avoid this silly place.

Very disappointed with the level of salesmanship we received from this dealership. The salesman seemed like a great and relatable guy & months after purchasing our vehicle we are now figuring out that we were lied to in a variety of ways in order to make a sale. Have tried to reach out, only to be ignored. Purchased a previous vehicle from Chrysler (St Catharines) and wanted to stay with the company - but figured we would go local this time. After this transaction we would rather make the trip to St. Catharines!

Highly recommended small town dealership who take customer service to the highest level. Jacen is an absolute Dodge superstar, with superior product knowledge and always available to make deals to satisfy his customers. We bought a Dodge Caravan in 2020 and when our hitch from an older model didn't fit, Jacen and the crew made arrangement to fix us up with a new one. 10 month later I went back and bought a Dodge Ram1500, and I am sure I will be back in a few years to upgrade both cars once again. I sat down with a nice guy named Jacen. And all throughout our talk he was very sincere about trying to right too many wrongs done to me with one of those" we approve all" companies. I would recommend PATTERSON ON GARRISON RD IN FORT ERIE TO A SIXTEEN YEAR OLD PURCHASING HIS/HER FIRST VEHICLE AS WELL AS AN 96 YEAR OLD THAT NEDS SERVICE TO THEIR VEHICLE. WHAT ELSE CAN I SAY???

Only dealt with this place a couple of times, not really impressed. Seems to me a place that Sells so many automobiles in a small town would be more interested in service to the public, and not just a quick buck. Anything I ever asked about had to be special ordered, and forget about getting quick service for your car. I had more luck with dealers in Niagara Falls or St Catharines. Example; I received a recall notice for my Dodge, and couldn't get service at all, plenty of excuses but nothing more. Called out of town, and had what I needed in a few days. Lesson learned. Will only use this place as a last resort.

A great long time family owned dealership without the pushy stressfulness of the big guys. Jacen was a fantastic salesman, which knew all the details of what he's selling which isn't as common as you would think nowadays. No BS and great service.
