Booked a minivan for a 3 day trip to Algonquin. Found a mispriced quote online, got the price honored when I called in to confirm. Was allowed to use my own insurance offered via credit card as opposed to having to buy the insurance. Called to let them know that I would be an hour late in returning the car after they closed as I needed to clean the car up for them. They were very understanding and waived the late fee. Great experience overall and I would definitely recommend them over any of the bigger brands.
