I booked a 12 passenger Van on rent in Brampton. I got the best service from the company. The representatives of the company are so friendly and qualified. They attended me very well and explained all the terms and policies of their company to me. Their service charges were very affordable and reasonable price range. I would like to recommend this company to all my friends and relatives. I will definitely go with this company in the future. Thankyou

(Translated) We wanted to rent a car for 8 people. We got a super nice Mercedes Matris. Everything was very well arranged, until we got an accident. The culprit was immediately known, reported to the police but then ...... the damage is also withheld from our credit card. This is of course NOT true. After a lot of mail traffic still does not receive our money back. We are now 6 months further. VERY BAD SERVICE WITH DEALING DAMAGE which was not our fault. Police have all data. (Original) Wij wilde een auto huren voor 8 personen. Wij kregen een super fijne Mercedes Matris. Alles was zeer goed geregeld, totdat wij een ongelukje kregen. De schuldige was meteen bekend, aangifte gedaan bij de politie maar dan...... wordt er evengoed de schade ingehouden op onze creditcard. Dit klopt natuurlijk NIET. Na een heleboel mail verkeer nog steeds niet ons geld retour ontvangen.Wij zijn ondertussen 6 maanden verder. HELE SLECHTE SERVICE MET AFHANDELING SCHADE wat niet onze fout was. Politie heeft alle gegevens.

My friends rented a van from this company for a trip to Grand Bend and they were given a van in such poor shape it should have never been on the road. One look at the tires and anyone with a brain can see how bad the condition is, with serious wear and some very concerning cracks. On the way back one of the tires completely failed and blew while the van was driving down the highway with all of my closest lifelong friends inside. If it wasn't for the quick, responsible reaction from the driver to maneuver the van "safely" to the side of the highway, this could have been much worse. Not to mention the struggle that ensued afterwards, when they had to then find a way to get off the highway, get a new tire, and get the van back. To make matters even worse, after approaching the rental company about this incident, they have taken a stance of profits over people's safety and livelihoods. They have accused us that it is our fault, saying we must have hit something. They have shown little to no compassion and are attempting to charge us even more now. I have never been so disgusted and disappointed in a company. I am so thankful my friends are safe after that incident, and we will be taking this further. This unethical business needs to be abolished before something worse happens.

This disgrace of a business needs to be dissolved immediately. My friends and I rented the 12 seat van for a weekend away. On the drive back, our front tire basically evaporated on the highway. We swerved off the road and luckily we're able to stop before hitting a guard rail and ditch. After getting the van picked up by caa, paying for taxis to Canadian tire, paying for the tire to be replaced, we dropped the van off. Both the tow truck driver and mechanic at canadian tire said the van was in horrible condition and that it never should have been rented out. The tires all needed to be replaced, we could have been killed by this guys negligence. Same day I call to try and get my $600 deposit back...this sad excuse of a business owner starts yelling at me and telling me we hit something on the road, it's our fault, etc. Long story short, I'm out $600 for this companies terribly maintained cars, we are lucky to be living but please do not support this place, like I said, they deserve to go bankrupt. We will be taking them to small claims court and pursuing justice until the end. #farewelltour

This is the WORST rental place. The owner has absolutely zero customer service skills. it was terrible dealing with him. during the process switched the cars without noticed, and charged the higher price he "threw in" free kilometers, which didn't make up for the extra costs. The van had a broken horn, which we didnt know until we almost got into an accident on the highway. He didn't let us know about parking charges for our car and warned us that leaving our car in his lot it "would most likely get stolen" When we returned the van, he made up excuses to add extra charges. when we called to talk about the charges, he was rude, continued to interrupt, AND hung up the phone. this was a HORRIBLE experience. I would NOT recommend.

I experienced a very pleasant experience with the agent. However, the vehicle (12-passenger van) that we rented was in remarkably poor condition. Substantial exterior damage, two troubleshooting lights on (which I was told to disregard), the rear view mirror was hanging on by a thread, the windshield wipers should’ve been substituted (as they were shredding and flapping around), the air conditioning vents were falling out of the ceiling, and the overall smell of the van was poor. Lastly, the passenger side door wouldn’t lock. Gratefully, we returned safely.

Very poor experience at this rental agency. They don't even deserve 1 star. The quality of the vehicle is poor however the service is among the worst experience I have dealt with. The owner (manager) constantly lies to make up additional charges. Changes his story as facts are presented and has no interest in following his own contract. I can confirm all the negative reviews on this site, and this is just another one to add to the rest. There are a number of options our there to rent vehicles from so I wouldn't touch this one. You have been warned.

I rented an 8 passenger odyssey and I must say, the service here was exceptional ! The vehicle was very clean and well maintained. Unlike other rental companies, Harpreet genuinely cares about customer satisfaction and goes the extra mile. He welcomed my family with open arms and always had a smile on his face. It's a refreshing experience when the owner goes out of his way to make customers happy even though he doesn't need to. Keep up the great service! Highly recommend this place to everyone!

I rented a vehicle at Toronto airport of this company. I am very satisfied and happy with the awesome service of this company. They charged me a very fair price. I heard so many times that a taxi takes double charges from you when you hire a car from any airport. But, I guess those are just myths. I will definitely use car rental service of this company in future again. Thank you

I rented a Mercedes 12p Sprinter and I got a very clean car and I was very satisfied with the great service provided by Harpreet (owner). He answered all my questions and concerns that I had with enthusiasm and he actually seemed like he cared about what I wanted and not just the money like the other places I have been to. They have cheap prices for all of their cars and I definitely will be recommending this rental place to my friends and family, and I will be coming back again!

The 12 passager van they the company rents is used, and not safe to rent. Setbelts do not work, the side sliding door does not close preperly and the front suspension has an issue which causes the tire to bounce for no reason. Beware of renting from this place. They use multiple company names but the address does not change. I put in a 2 star so people would read it. Most 1 stars are not read. Do not rent here. Is it not a little fishy with all 5 stars? No 3 or 4?

The paper work says they r in Spain, they say they r in Toronto, wherever they r, u pay a foreign transaction fee, well I did. They have to run the deal past the car renter; hertz,alamo whoever & u wait till that is ok'd as long as a day. then they take about 65% on your card to Spain & u pay the rest at the counter on p/u. So far so good BUT I,m waiting for the hitch...will update.
