I'm a Manitoba driver and 24 years old. I tried to rent a car but they said I need the 3rd party liability insurance and I have to buy it in Manitoba. This waste me 2-hour time but another rental company Payless rental DOES sell liability insurance and rented me a car. Avoid this location! They should say this on their website!

I wasnt so content at pick up as i had to deal with regular enterprise staff who didnt even live up to the regular expectations... although the car was amazing. The best part was actually dealing with exotic collections employee upon return who didnt only make special arrangements for me at pick on a day off but also stayed an hour past his shift just so I could meet him upon return to clarify an issue. So hands down n shout outs to Anthony E for an amazing cx service and restoring my faith in Enterprise, you are definitely an asset to this company!

Had a great rental experience here this weekend. The rep (Brian? - E951MD) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was efficient with his service and also proactively made sure I received the most favourable pricing (1000 KM paid upfront rather than 20 cents per KM) based on the 400 KM trip I was about to do. He also made my return a true breeze with straightforward instructions (I returned on Sunday when they were closed). The new Ford high roof van I received was in great shape and is so much more modern and civilized than those ridiculous U-Hauls I'm sure you've all rented (especially if you're driving it on the highway). The van ended up fitting just as much as the 15 ft U-Haul I rented a few weeks back and it was literally a 6th of the cost of a U-Haul for the same trip (and more fuel efficient). I still can't get over the price - this place is a no brainer.

Pick-up I expected the car to be ready by the time I came in to pick it up . Instead I had to wait for 20 minutes for them to have everything ready. Drop-off I had to second-guess and maneuver around the tight parking space to find where the returns section was. Could be more organized by putting up signs and arrows. Car: I absolutely love the car that I got. I reserved an Elantra and got a Mitsubishi RVR. The car was clean, ran well and didn't give me trouble. Customer service The staff are amazing. They are friendly and knows what they are doing. It's not a perfect place but they sure could cater to your needs, give you a nice car and treat you properly. Would recommend, would go back.

Had very bad day experience with manager. Story started in December, 2018. I had accident with my car so my insurance get me rental car with this company. Everything went well and i got my car after a month. Recently end of June, 2019 i got call from the manager that my insurance company didn’t pay the money for rental car so he charging me on my credit card. I try to reply something, he instantly hang up on me. In just few second i got notification that $1500 were deducted on my credit card. I tried to call them several time they just put me on hold and when they pick up my call just says we are busy with customer,call you later. I wait for a week but nobody replied. I contacted my insurance company they said we are already paying rental as monthly payment. I try to call the manager several time but same reply with bad behaviour. After all this when i report to police and make credit dispute report i got my money back. Very very bad experience. Strongly recommend this company to change their manager because first of all he is racist and don’t have Etiquettes how to talk their customers.

I recently rented a Jag F-Type for my birthday. Anthony handled my file and was pleasant to deal with. At the conclusion of the rental we had a billing dispute but it was quickly resolved. He sided with me. He didn't remember saying what he said but he sided with the client as the customer is always right as they say. He diffused things quickly and we parted ways amicably. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from this depot again and to deal with Anthony. If you're looking at renting one of their vehicles ask for him, he understands customer service.

They are UNPROFESSIONAL! Firstly, if you booked a car from 301 Rexdale Blvd, you wouldn’t find anything there as they have changed location. I walked two blocks to get to their new location 395 Rexdale Blvd. I reached there at 5.20PM. I wasn’t carrying my DL so, they told me to go to another location 163 Carlinview Drive as that location is open till 8PM. I reach at carlingview location at 6.20PM to pick the car. The guy over there looked at the system and told me there is no booking! Moreover he told me that there was no communication happened between these two centres. And by communication he meant phone call! There’s no internal system to know that someone has a booking. I became upset by the guy’s behaviour, making it seem like my fault. That’s on top of my $30 up and down UBER charge. I wouldn’t want anybody else face this so, to the management- train your staff on how to behave with customers and to the renters- think twice before booking from enterprise rent a car.

Unpleasant experience. Unprofessional attitude by the manger (Rachad). I already had rented previous day a vehicle from rexdale location through my insurance, it was too large for me due shortness they forced me to take. I wasn't comfortable with it tried with rexdale had none. I decided to call head office on the phone with different representative what a waste of time I have learned afterwards. They reserved an a SUV for me to return at the same time at Carlingview location i got email confirmation. I drove there an employee at the counter i spoke with went in the back i can see him throw the glass spoke to the manager (Rachad) came back to me saying I have two options he said a little Mazda3 or a Truck. I see the SUV which reserved for me in the parking lot he refused to give me. I asked to speak to the manger so (Rachad) came out without listening to me said I don't have anything else for you you want to take or leave it. I didn't speak anymore. I just went in the truck divided to call head office on again and spoke with them again. I am sorry but I learned that the head office have no power on any location or stores. They asked me to go Airport to switch.

*Sound out to Melissa and the team* Enterprise couldn't pair me with another Tesla. I refused to get a gasoline car at first since I commute a lot for work. Melissa suggested me to talk to my insurance company about this situation. She said base on my case the insurance company would most likely cover my gas and guess what? SHE WAS RIGHT. I stayed with my family's in Richmond hill after the accident (I live in KW area) Once Mellisa learned about the situation, she sent the vehicle all the way from London Ontario the next day with no issue at all. A very clean and new Audi Q7 2019(Melissa even gave me an option for a BMW SUV if I could wait for another day, I don't remember exactly what model she mentioned ). I couldn't wait so I agreed on the Q7. I had the rental for almost 2 months. I was very impressed the customer service I got from Melissa and the team. The quick response and situations they offer. Ran over to the location and it was closed and to visit another location. I arrived at 6:20 due to me running 4km. Employees were still inside. They told me to come back tomorrow....yeah right im never returning to enterprise nor will i ever recommend them anymore.

They don't answer the phone stay away! As you can see the manager gave me a generic response. He was asking me for my rental agreement number. I DID NOT RENT WITH YOUR COMPANY! I didn't get past the most obvious stage ......"COMMUNICATION". I called six different times at two hour intervals with the phone not being picked up. Is this a business? People, go to budget rent a car or discount at the airport if you value customer service.

excellent service here. i called for a pick up and they were there in less than 5 minutes. getting the car itself was also very quick. when i returned the car, all i had to do was park it and walk in to check out and give them the key. they were able to drop me off at my hotel which is less than 5 minutes away. it also started raining so i was super grateful for this drop off service. both guys that picked me up and dropped me off were SO nice. i didn't catch the first guys name but LG or LJ (sp?) was nice and we chatted while he drove me back to my hotel. if i need another rental car while making this type of trip again, i would use them without a doubt. thank you guys!

This location was a little tricky to find. I had to park underground, then take an elevator up to the main floor of the building in order to check-in. The cars are all stored in the underground parking so be prepared to ask for an extra parking voucher or you will have to pay to park your personal car. I made the mistake of not asking, so I only got one in order to exit the underground parking with the rental car. The day I went, the computer systems were down, which made everything slow and frustrating but the staff were very friendly and helped make the process as smooth as possible.

This location has terrible customer service. Inconsistent information, reps passing you down to each other to avoid helping you, no one properly addressing your questions or concerns. I've been renting with Enterprise on a personal and commercial level for the last 6 years and never had any issues. This location has single handily; make me doubt if I ever will deal with Enterprise again. I've clearly voiced my concerns to "Stephen" who's the truck assist manager and politely asked for the name of the customer service rep who's impolite in her treatment and he declined based on his manager's instructions. Instead of covering for your employees and hiding, perhaps this rep should be addressed for behaviour. Make sure you dress well when visiting because the treatment will highly depend on your looks.

The reps dropped off the car on time and in an efficient manner. The car was new and ran great. The car was, unfortunately, very dirty, inside and out. I'm not sure how the rep didn't notice this when driving it there. Definitely an area that needs improvement at this location. When you call this location after hours, or during hours and they are too busy to answer... You reach a voicemail box that hasn't been set up yet and you can't leave a message. You just get hung up on.

Be aware of this rental location, I’ve been renting cars from enterprise for years and never had an issue. I’ve rented a car from this location and on the last day they have stolen the car at the hotel. Only the rental company does have the second key for this rental car while trying to get rid of their 2019 old cars. The manager is just not a human being. They also tried to claim it on my insurance while I also bought insurance from them. BE AWAKE NOT TO BE SCAMMED BY THIS LOCATION.

Dont go to this location if you are a woman. I had a suv via insurance. At the end of the leased time my credit card was billed for detailing for smoking... the suv was spotless and cleaned and never smoked in. The guy who inspected the suv was sick and couldn't smell and told me everything was good so i could leave. Other charges were billed that shouldn't have been. Dont waste youre time with these idiots. Soo many other companies around who have a lot more respect for customers. We have rented car from Enterprise before and have always had a great experience. But this time they definitely deserve 5 stars for their excellent customer service. I had a car accident and my insurance company got me a rental car from Enterprise. The insurance company had assured that I would be able to have the rental until my car was fixed at the shop. My car was still at the work shop but the insurance company decided to clear their accounts with Enterprise after one month, without informing me. Enterprise promptly called me and gave me a heads up on what was happening. Since it was my first accident and I wasn’t aware of the dirty tactics insurances have, Enterprise representative was very cooperative and also guided me through the process. After two months when my car was finally ready for pick up. I went to Enterprise to drop off the car to find out that my insurance still hadn’t cleared their accounts as they had promised. Long story short instead of creating any more problems for me Enterprise representatives were very supportive and helped me in this situation. I truest recommend this Enterprise location to everyone as they have very high customer service standard.

Not very clear with the fine print. The car I rented was horrible on gas and it should not have been. I have driven the same car and it had better mileage. I felt like I was talking to a car thief that rented the car to me. In my opinion it was pretty shady compared to other rental car agencies I have rented from. I hope I don't become a victim of identity theft from this experience. Oh well I ges the customer isn't right these days. I am staying away from this place for good. G John

Worst experience ever! Zahir Mawji was ignorant and condescending. After renting us a car with no brakes which later broke down on hwy 427 he refused to pay the tow truck operator that rescued us. Only after I lost my temper and refused to leave was I reimbursed.

I can only describe it as a miserable experience. I had a reservation made by my insurance company while my Genesis G70 -V6 sedan was in the shop. Expecting a comparable loaner for the week (as stipulated in my insurance contract), there were two cars on Monday morning at my disposal, both sub-compacts : Ford EcoSport and a Toyota C-HR !!!!! Talk disappointment .... That coming from an Entreprise location that supposedly specializes in luxury rentals !?!? . Simply false advertising, if you ask me. I grudgingly settled for the Ecosport; I never realized that I was putting my life in danger taking that car. Not only is it cheaply made (yes, I realize that this what some people can only afford, and that's fine), but merging on the highway it took between 12-13 seconds to get to 100Km/h ; I thought the 18 wheeler that was once in the far distance in the rear-view mirror was about rear-end me. And to add insult to injury, when I called the location the day after, hoping that I could replace the vehicle with something more suitable, the rep who served me the day before tried to make me believe " ... we tried to call you yesterday for another car, but we got a busy signal" . I pointed out that I have my cell at all times, that I have call waiting , and their number never showed up on my call list. When I asked when they called, the rep deflected with: "... Oh, I don't know. It's my colleague who called".... what Bovine Scatology!!! I understand the pandemic has tremendously affected the car rental business model and the scarcity of vehicles, but please STAY AWAY away from this location. I informed my insurance company of my experience. I would have been kinder, if maybe if a little effort had been made to see if another location had something more appropriate ,

Wanted to write this review to compliment the great services at this Enterprise Exotic Collection rental location. Sal has been courteous and helpful in setting up my rental car due to an insurance claim, he follow up diligently on the whole process from vehicle booking and all the way to vehicle return, the process have been seamless. He even message me on letting me know what vehicles are available and organized drop off time and location that is at my convenience. Ramin delivered the car to me on time, he has a wonderful personality, he offered to show me the features of the vehicle that I am renting and even set up my Bluetooth connection. Overall it's been a great experience and now I am now renting from this location a second time.

I have made a reservation to pick up a vehicle and when I get to the location the reps tell me to go to YYZ to rent a car since they don't have any cars available. I made the reservation and I get told theres no car for me. Customer service is horrible. Then they say the contract is not transferable so the yyz location price was higher.

I was entitled a car rental through my insurance. I wanted to use my own car rental company but my insurance company strongly suggested I deal with Sal at Enterprise Exotics. At first I was hesitant but then I realized it was the MUCH MUCH better choice. The staff at Enterprise Exotics were very professional and 100% on top of things. They made me feel like I was their only customer and the level of priority was outstanding. Next time I need a rental I'll know I have 1 less thing to stress about because these guys will make everything easy. Thanks again for the great experience!

Made a Cargo Van reservation last week for the following Saturday. Get a voicemail on the Friday night day before pickup that they don't have any van's for my reservation. No sense of customer service, No offer of an alternative solution to a problem that they have created. Apparently there booking site has had issues this last week and they waited till day before to let me know.. In the words of Seinfeld what's the point of taking my reservation if you can't hold the reservation. Google asked for a review.

Usually, this location has great service. Today the employee I think lied to me about car availability. After that, I called call center and confirmed car is available. Also enterprise.ca and third party site all show available. Employee claimed to be the manager (based on what on phone customer service told me). I have employee name and my reservation number if real store manager is interested in hearing about this. I think I have the recording of call as well. So, I have a reservation but no car. Be prepared for them to call you last minute and say no car is available.

Called this place as they are preffered rental company from the insurance company. 1) calling them is like calling the insurance company to file for a claim. They want to know where your vehicle is being repaired! If it's a total loss or fixable??? 2) they are so busy that they can't even tell you what vehicle they will give you as a replacement. I got we have a Ford or GM they have no idea what they have in stock or what they have on their lot 3) they are making so many reservations that if they do promise you a vehicle that it can change within the time frame they come to pick you up So what do they need a reservation for if it can change within the hour?? All said and done the gentleman got off the phone and said will call back when they know exactly what they have available on their lot or what they can get. But they will keep in touch online with the repair facility where your vehicle is being repaired. I'm shocked that they can't even keep track of available vehicles on their lot or within their facility

Customer service is most often good and their cars are clean and well maintained. Pick-up and drop-off is always quick and easy. The most recent time I had a car from here I had to decline an upgrade (for an extra cost) 3 or 4 times before their representative finally backed down.

Well do not use this car rental service as the person attending calls have really rude tone. I had terrible experience with this person. When I asked for his name he denied it. And on top of it he pretended to be the manager of the place when I asked him if I can speak to his manager. I won’t not recommend renting out from this enterprise location. Never had this kind of experience from other enterprise locations. He disconnected my call several times and he said don’t call us again and again. I would like to file grievance complaint to enterprise that this location of their company is not good in terms with customer service. The person has a rude tone as if I am renting out car for free from him. I would like to give them zero stars for their horrible customer service.

I had a great experience with enterprise, I’m a “difficult client” and I was coming out of the most negative situation ever. I took my anger out on the staff when things were getting complicated and they basically killed me with kindness. Great customer service, extremely professional and I will not go anywhere else. Our two companies deal with enterprise and I never had one employee complain about their experience. If you are going through a negative situation and you need someone to get the job done professionally ask for (Khador Tecumseh rd) OR from the exotic line ask for (Melissa). They both understood what I need and they met my expectations and more!

Very poor customer service from the staff. No acknowledgement when we walked in from any staff sitting in the office, other than one staff members sister who claimed “she didn’t work there in case we were wondering”. The phone was ringing off the hook for a solid 5 minutes with no effort by any of the 3 staff to answer it, or acknowledge us as customers. I finally asked if we were in the right place and was told that someone was finishing up and would be in, again without eye contact or an ounce of intention to help. When the other staff member came in, he had to answer 3 back to back calls since the phone had been ringing off the hook for 10 minutes. The car we got was nice, but the tank came half full... when we asked why we aren’t getting a full tank, we were told that not all customers fill the tank up even though they are asked. This should be the responsibility of Enterprise as now we were inconvenienced and had to make an additional stop to fill the tank. There was no apology. Only excuses on why it was at half and blame placed on the previous customer. Overall, not impressed at all.

This location is the absolute worst rental car service I have ever dealt with. I unfortunately was forced to pick up a rental vehicle here from my insurance company, which is also a pathetic excuse for a customer service oriented company. I was practically bullied into taking all kinds of extra coverage and options that after returning the vehicle, was told were not covered by my insurer. I plead with you to consider any other rental agency other than these rip off artists.

Had a great experience renting a Jaguar F-Type for a Saturday. I dealth with Robbie, who provided professional and efficient service. They dropped off the car in the morning at exactly the time they said they would and the car was very clean. Unfortunately there were limited options for dropping off the car at the end of the day, but this was due to reduced hours because of the pandemic. The whole experience was also a good value for the money. Overall a great experience and will definitely be renting the car again this summer.
