Every time I rent with these morons it goes wrong.....wrong car....not full of gas...made me wait weeks and weeks to get my money back........and they get the cheapest POS out there. Do yourself a favor and save the headache and go somewhere else.

We lost (actually forgot) a pair of glasses in a rental car returned at Toronto airport location. We are happy that we got a call from Enterprise corporate office that they found your glasses. Customer service was not bad. There is no front desk and We have to call from an extension to the staff and we can't go inside the office directly (may be security reasons).

Worst service! Left stranded at airport. No cars even though I had a reservation made for weeks. Was told to take a cab! Have tried calling customer service no response! Avoid this company!

My boss had rent a car. I had return it to airport Toronto terminal 1 enterprise, i had left my bag with and all my documents and my dealer plate GPS pastport, sin card license, citizenship car keys, and house keys i have called many times to Enterprise went to the place less than two hours after returning the car my documents have not been found my plate and everything is missing they don't know who rented out the car or where the car is. they can not contact the person wgo currently has the car.they didn't clean the car they didn't check or anything before renting out the car to Someone else. my full bag with all my documents were right on the back seat. After all this they say I am irresponsible for leaving all my documents. Yet they failed to follow standard procedures after a 48 hour car rental. Poor customer service They can't help you in the slightest Don't rent from this company

I am very pleased with the above and beyond service I received from the Whitby outlet! I had left some very important papers in the glove box and my Mom went there to see if she could retrieve them. The management trainee was not only kind and respectful but also went out of his way to track it down to the person who rented the car after me! Big shout out and thanks to Adil!!

Had a van reserved at simcoe office for a planned trip got call Wednesday night just before the office closed telling me that they couldn't supply me with the van that I had booked they said they would try to get me a suv from different dealer. Thursday morning I called to have him tell me there wasn't any suv.l won't do business with these people again no point in booking with them.very disappointed the way it was handled..

The review is in regards to an experience that I had at your 133 Mapleview Drive W, Barrie Ontario location. I just had the most horrible customer service experience dealing with the manager (Charlotte) at this location. I had called and asked if I could switch out the Ford 150 that I had rented from an Ottawa location of Enterprise Rent-A-Car for a RAM. After putting me on hold for about 5 minutes she came back and said that she didn't have a RAM on her lot. I was right around the corner, so I decided to drive by to see if they had another truck that would be comparable. Unfortunately, to my surprise there was a RAM on the lot. When I went in to inquire about it Charlotte said that the RAM was not in her fleet, but in the Enterprise truck rental fleet. I then spoke to Jim from the Enterprise truck rental side and he confirmed that the RAM was in his fleet, but unfortunately it was for towing. When I left the counter area, I went over and looked at the RAM which did not have a tow kit therefore was an Enterprise Rent-A-Car vehicle. There is nothing worse than being lied to. Honesty is always the best policy. I am sure this location could be a great place if it wasn't for this manager (Charlotte).

I use to have great experiences with enterprise, until this episode. While heading home from vacation it was pointed out that the tires on my rental were balding, and after I inspected the tires, I noticed the wires were exposed in the front tire, and Of course while driving back the tire blew forcing me to come in contact with the railing causing more damage to vehicle. I had to wait hours for the nearest mechanic to open and buy a tire and have it installed. This is when the mechanic pointed out that the other tire had exposed wires in the tire. Long story short, they reimbursed me for the cost of the tire and the tow, then later tell me I had to pay for the damages to the vehicle, caused by faulty tires on a vehicle they rented out, and during this they are more concerned with the damage rather then acknowledging that I could have possibly died. But I guess that's what lawyers are for.

I have never been treated so unfairly by any company as i have with enterprise. I was in a car crash my insurance was covering the rental car. I returned thr car may 7th was advised my refund would be in my account the 13th then 15th and then was advised it was a cheque i should of received on the 15. It is now the 28th no refund no cheque in mail. Been on phone for past 3 hours attempted to find any information. Have yet to loacte anything. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

I left my phone in the rental car after I turned it in, and the car disappeared to their "far away" back lot. The attendant got on his mobile phone and tracked down someone to look and find it, probably in a massive sea of cars! They found it!

Called 3 locations in Windsor Ontario none had vehicles available. Booked through expedia for an mid size SUV which ended up being from the Windsor airport. Get there and they have no clean vehicles. Told us they need 24 hours notice to have a vehicle cleaned and ready. So why are they at an airport, if they need 24 hours to get a rental ready? They also did not honor the "no surprise price" quote from expedia. They wanted to charge us more money for a dirty car. Tried to email enterprise customer service but the site kept rerouting me.

Very disappointed with the fact that we rented a car online but when my wife went to pick up the vehicle at the Kitchener location they didn't have any; let me correct that, they had a frigging huge pickup truck. I don't see how you folks can claim award winning service when it isn't true. They did say that there might be a car available in Waterloo but she would have to get there on her own. I highly doubt if we will use Enterprise again it your agencies can't provide the services that you call award winning!
