Ordered a pizza....was told 45 minutes. Went back in 50 minutes to find out it wasn't even put in the oven and it would be over an hour still. Spoke to manager who gave me my money back but I think they should of offered some type of discount on my next order or rushed to put it in. I understand they were extremely busy but I'm the one who had to go back home and explain it to the little ones.

I am visiting Elliot Lake from Niagara Falls, home of some of the best pizza and wings. My friend suggested ordering in from Toppers pizza. The associate I ordered from on the phone was helpful and upbeat. Pizza arrived on time. Pizza toppings were fresh and the deluxe theme pizza toppings were perfect for a traditional thin crust. Wings were moist and tender and the coating was spicy and had a great non greasy taste. All for under 30 bucks delivered to our door! Good job and I will be sure to order again when I am in Elliot Lake Country! Sincerely,

Ordered the margarita pizza .... had enough Basel to supply a small nation. 3 of us attempted to eat this atrocity. Comments from the room: This tastes like bile and heart burn! Did they do a multi layer of basil? This is not food. The bead sticks are good. I would stick with that ... lots of em.

If there was a zero star I would put it in,.WORST pizza I have ever had,.,.My large pizza was Overcooked & Sparse,..I had ordered a large with everything except anchovies,.double cheese & double pineapple also,..Very disappointed,..as it hardly had anything on it,. They even had my name wrong!!,..I contacted them after I spoke to a main person,.they never returned the call ,..This was my first & only experience with this place,..

There's something about the pepperoni and cheese at this place. It might seem like a stretch to call it perfection, but it really is. The sauce is perfectly tangy, the cheese piping hot and if the pepperoni is cooked just right it holds the right amount of grease like a little grease cup.

It was satisfying to see that any Topper's location lives up to their high standard of quality. Pizza is quite delicious, but it was the garlic bread strips that were better than most. They weren't just plain pizza dough covered with mozza and Parmesan; they were actually really good even as a main course. Good job, Topper's Elliot Lake!

Best pizza in town. If your in Elliot Lake and want pizza, this is your best bet. A little expensive but well worth it. And make sure you try the house dip.

After waiting for 80 minutes to have my pizza delivered COLD ! ....keeping in mind my delivery address was 500 meters from the STORE ! . I was informed they were very busy with deliveries ! I'm not a geographical genius but logic tells me , deliver the product to the customer closest first .... NOT LAST !.... they could have walked it to my house on their hands quicker than they delivered my COLD pizza ! No need to reply to me with some pre written excuse , I will NEVER purchase from TOPPERS AGAIN !!!!!!!

Living in Alberta now for 12 years, I still compare every pizza I eat to Toppers Pizza. So far, no other pizza joint has taken the crown. I wish they would expand there franchise into Alberta. Maybe ill have to look into franchising and open my own out here. When ordering the bread sticks, ask them to slightly under cook them...so amazing. I cant wait to come home this summer for a visit and finally get to eat here again.

The pizza recipe isn't good anymore. The crust is chewy/rubbery and doesn't rise up. It tastes like a cardboard box. Used to love Toppers pizza, it's not the same anymore unfortunately. Don't recommend and I'd rather eat a frozen pizza from now on.

Ordering online and over the phone is very easy, dont get that a lot these days. I've been to Toppers quite a few times, great people, very friendly. Definitely suggest visiting and ordering from this location.

It's a franchise pizza place in a small town with virtually no competition. The pizza is OK but not worth the price. I grew up in Toronto and miss the low price pizza places that would outshine Toppers by far. Do yourself a favour and buy a big bag of flour and some yeast instead of ordering from Toppers.

Quality is hit and miss but staff are friendly with one exception. The local chain opts out of MANY specials that are on Topper's main page. Coupons don't work often on the site. After a bunch of times my wife commented on the order and they took the time to call me tell me she is wrong.

Do not order from toppers. Malfunctions with their app caused for my order to be charged twice and no pizza. They have said that I have even been refunded on their end however nothing shows in my account. Terrible customer service. The people they have representing them can only say “I’m sorry” no remedies, no “we value your business” just .. it’s the app and we have no control over that... what a joke. I feel sorry for the people that have to work there and are given limited resources to keep customers happy.

Visited Eliot Lake and decided to order from Toppers Pizza. Our order was lost due to their system being down but hey that happens. We replaced our order and waited another 30 minutes. We were not offered any compensation for the extra time and inconvenience and when we got back to our hotel the food was terrible. Hicken wings went into the garbage. The staff was friendly, but I would reccomend it.

Great pizza! We love their specials (check the website!!), as we find the day to day prices can get kind of high. Our favourite is the BBQ Beef Pizza with Topper's house sauce. They are fast, staff friendly, and the pizza is always hot. We have only had one incident in the last year of ordering that we were not happy with our Buffalo Chicken Pizza (not many toppings or sauce), and we regularly order from them.

Best Toppers Pizza I've ever had. Hot fresh fast friendly. And perfect amount of cheese. I'm from a big city where the major pizza joints rip you off for cheese on a constant basis. If you get extra cheese here it's really extra cheese. Decent prices as set by toppers franchise. Glad Elliot lake has a toppers and not a pizza pizza. Will be back.
