All the service are great part and service has always saved money for me as they are specialists in all problems to their product they are often cheaper and use new partes compare that with a guy who know a bit about alot but not being in one make alot of times it just takes longer a rebuilt part you can really save staying with dealer and they are a good bunch at Algoma Chrysler best part service ,body .

An odd dealership that just doesn't want to take an easy sale. Asked Darrin for a quote on a brand new Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk 4X4 and he couldn't seem to be bothered to give me a price, even after giving him several days to respond from our initial contact and consistent follow up from my end he just "didn't have the time". Last straw was him hanging up on me today!

Tried to purchase a used truck with agreement to be ready in a few days, two weeks later had to get my deposit back and even then I was told to sit and wait for another 20 minutes. I'd prefer to walk than deal with the likes of this dealer

Firstly, Darrin in sales is an awesome dude would definitely deal with his again if it weren't for the vehicle they sold me. Paid $10,500 out the door for a 2005 GMC Sierra that seemed good only to have the coolant lines blow the day I picked it up. Also needed a wheel bearing and brake lines, and an maf sensor in the intake that part alone costed $300. I'm less then happy with the service they did when safetying the truck as all this happens withing the first few months of owning it, most happened withing the first few weeks. The best part is they didn't even check the rockers and cab corners which when I checked looked ok, but fell off about 2 months after getting home when I washed it for the first time as well as a rust hole in the door someone "patched" same with the one cab corner. Not happy to say the least, but darrin was a nice salesman to deal with.
