Every time I go to their shop it's always a great experience. Staff always so knowledgeable and polite. But today they went extra mile. It was 4pm in the middle of highway my AC broke. I went straight to Mitsubishi West as I knew they were closing soon. The lady there welcomed me so nicely. After I explained her how important for me is to get this done right away, she went and talked to someone and they took me in. Mom of two, running small local business, with husband out of town, in two days going on a trip, this was huge for me! Huge! They explained to me what happened and that it could be done the same day. I didn't even have to wait that long and it was all fixed. Now I'm ready for our trip and don't have to worry if I'll have time to take my car to shop the next day. Thanks a bunch!

On July 17th, 2021 we purchased a brand new 2022 Outlander, paid in full, and were so excited to drive it off the lot. Less than 5 months later, it is already causing us trouble. On Saturday, December 4th, I tried starting the vehicle in -18°C. It had trouble starting, and once it did, a warning showed up on the dash saying “Engine Malfunction, Power Reduced, Service Now”. I drove it 10 minutes to get home, and the vehicle was driving in “Manual Reset 1” and would not drive over 60 km/h. On Monday, December 6th, I tried starting it and the same warning came up, plus the check engine light, and both front and rear sensors. We called West Side Mitsubishi, who said not to drive the vehicle and call roadside assistance to get it towed to Northside Mitsubishi. So, we did just that. We called roadside assistance Monday morning. First they said they will have someone there in 3 hours. After 4 hours we called and they said that they are looking for someone who is willing to drive to Edmonton. Anyway, long story short, our vehicle did not get towed until Wednesday, December 8th. It was only -10°C that day, so no warning showed up on the dash when the tow truck took the vehicle. I called Northside on Thursday to get an update, and they didn’t have anyone check on it until after 3:00pm. They said they needed another day to get a proper diagnostic. On Friday morning, I got a call from Northside saying that the car is ready. They said it had to do with the EGR and that there was condensation that they cleaned off. They said they have never seen this happen before and they didn’t really see anything else wrong. They never replaced or fixed anything. We live in Fort McMurray, so not only did we not have a vehicle for a week, we also had to arrange our own ride to Edmonton to pick up the vehicle. My fiancé got the bus to Edmonton, costing him $75 and had to drive it 4.5 hours back to Fort McMurtry. We asked for a rental vehicle multiple times and were denied. Now today, December 15th, the same warning message is showing up. So, all of that stress and money for nothing. Nothing was fixed. A brand new vehicle, and it is causing us so much trouble already. We are 100% regretting buying this vehicle now. Honestly, I wish we could get our money back. A brand new vehicle is having issues that apparently cannot be fixed. We tried calling Customer Relations multiple times but no one ever picks up. I will never recommend Mitsubishi to anyone. A 0/10 experience so far.

Worst experinece with them, my friend has given some deposit they never mentioned anything befor about refundable or not. But my friend changed his mind so me and my friend gone to ask them to refund sales representative asked my friend why he not want to buy he said I didn’t liked your service. Then sales guy goes to his manager ANDREW, and told him same. He aggressively came out and directly told my friend that we will not refund. I asked him why not, you have not mentioned anything about this before so why we can’t get our money back. He angrily sees me and asked who you are. I said I am his friend he diectly pointed me to the door and asked me to get out. I said why, I am came with my friend and my friend also mentioned he is with me. I said I will not go out. He says I will call the cop. I said go ahead. He showed me his phone that he is going to dial but not called the cops. And he just said that we will not refund, complain who you wanna do. Searched online about store owner they ahad not published any info about him so that we can contact. Worst experience ever with them.

Overpriced, I went to the Northside Mitsubishi and found it to be literally half the price it would have costed me to get my two struts done, drive belt and block heater replaced. I wont go there for repairs anymore, only oil changes are cheaper here.

Absolutely the worst. If you want to buy a vehicle, check other dealerships as well and compare the deals, customer service, and ..... They smile at you when you go in, but zero responsibility after. They sold me the car and the next day they told me the car they sold me was sold before and deposit is not refundable. When I asked for the refund they yelled at me that it is not refundable and I must buy another vehicle from them. They cheat easily.

Wish I could give this place a 0 star review. The service advisor Melissa and the fixed operations manager Paul do not return calls nor emails. They schedule you in and they do not have your loaner vehicle as promised. They say it is the customer who must make sure they have the appointments checked. SCAM SCAM SCAM !!!!!!!!!!!! There are a lot of hidden fees when you purchase a vehicle at this dealership. I came to buy an used car which was listed for $13000 but there were hidden fees, $1500 CVP fee and $700 administrative fee. WASTING people’s time. They try to attract customers to come with the competitive price but after adding the RIP-OFF fees, the price becomes the highest in Canada. Thinking of negotiate with them? You would always get a NO. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY. There are a lot of much better dealerships out there.

Hi I went to buy a vehicle and ask them to tell me the exact price what we have to pay for Mitsubishi 2021. They said original price $28000 around.They showed me it is very good deal if I give my 2017 Mitsubishi RVR to them, and they said me I don’t have to pay a lot. So I was going to do the deal, and they asked me to pay $500 until I do the paperwork told me they will refund it after sign all the paperwork. Before signing any papers I asked from the administration how much exactly I have to pay then she said it will be more than $30,000, and it’s included my 2017 vehicle too. I thought that’s not fair. If I buy that vehicle without giving my car I would have to pay the same. But this deal they got my vehicle too. I said them I wanted to have time. I asked them to refund my $500 which I deposit 10 minutes ago, Sales person Christen said me earlier that she can get it to me but I will not get the same deal. I said it’s ok we will come in 2days, refund my money. then the manager, Christen, and Sam said they don’t refund my money. That was the worst customer service ever. I don’t recommend this place for anyone to buy vehicle.

Buyers beware! READ YOUR DOCUMENTS. Make sure you are clear on all fees BEFORE you sign. Other reviews confirm that they love to get you to sign quickly and flip through documents quickly so you don't notice things and this was also my experience. Christina, the internet sales manager, is very immature and unprofessional at times. She kept calling my fiance and I, "kids" and referred to him as "young man". I'd like to know her age, she can't be much older than us, if even. She also laughed in our faces a few times while negotiating, disrespectful but easy to brush off. They love to waste your time and make you sit so prepare for that. Shauntel, the finance manager, went over all her extra possible sales despite me telling her I wasn't interested, and it took her 3 tries to do my documents and then they were still wrong! She loves to flip through them quick to get to the signature page asap. She kept ignoring my questions as to why it was more than it should have been, there were some overcharges. Finally, Kathleen (another finance lady), actually listened to me and figured out where they were overcharging me and corrected it. I thank her for her time and honesty, she is the only reason for the 2 stars. She is very pleasant to deal with. Also, Jim, a delivery guy is a very nice man. Aaron, the general manager sent me an email when I first inquired, letting me know he wanted to make sure I had an exceptional experience. When I had the overcharging hiccup I sent him an email, but still have not heard back. My experience was far from exceptional.

Illegal business practices by management. The manager attempted to charge me over 3000$ in hidden fees even though it’s illegal to charge them on a vehicle that has been advertised. I had to walk out on them!! When asked about the illegal fees the manager just said “ I believe you”. Do not shop here, the saying used car sales man came from this place.

Worst experience ever buying a car. They dropped vehicle off with a 1/4 tank of gas, oil change light flashing, window washer empty. 1 set if keys. Was told they would make it all good when I pick up other set if keys in a month. When I phoned they knew nothing about it and I should go to another dealership to get keys and tell them I lost mine to get another.???? if your looking for a vehicle go somewhere else and save yourself the pain and incompetence that is this place.

Went to look at a car I wanted to buy here. Horrible customer service, Melvin was busy talking to other more “valuable” customers and just ignored me completely. My fiancée looked at this car the day before me and he made an offer which Melvin had no problem accepting, when I went in he was telling me it was thousands over their asking price additionally would not negotiate anything about being overcharged and would not take their nonsense fees off that I didn’t want the service of. Sexist, rude, ignorant and lost my business.

The worst service. My PHEV battery kept on discharging for 1 year had to re boost with AMA and to replace cost me $450.00. They said it was not under warranty anymore. I also called the finance people 6 times to get my account number, the finance company telephone number , the settlement balance and today have not had a response. I had to call NORTHSIDE mitsu get my service done there and and got the information from them

I do not recommend this place to anyone! I had an unpleasant surprise today. My new Mitsubishi Outlander had a breakdown. The closest to me was the West side Mitsubishi dealership so I went there quickly. I was hoping that someone would help me because I was there with a small child and the breakdown seemed serious. The staff showed 0.0% of professionalism! I was immediately asked where the car was bought. I replied that at North Mitsubishi and immediately the desire to help had dropped to zero. Of course, they wanted to take the car to the site, but that was it. Together with the baby, we were left without a car. The dealership refused to lend us a car in return. On the contrary, they told me to call a taxi and not bother them. Even before that, they told me to call North side dealer to help me (which I did later and got immediate help and a new car rental!). I got the impression that if I wasn't their client, why would I waste their time. I would like to add that it was an engine error and I could not go to another Mitsubishi. I felt very disregarded and ignored. Now I am not surprised by other negative comments about West Side Mitsubishi Edmonton!!! ????

Don't believe the reviews. Most are posted on the same day and obviously bought. They are not a trustworthy dealership. Make sure you get everything in writing, even then they will try to renege on deals and not put items negotiated on the bill of sale. Finance will hide all the detail pages and just try and get you to sign documents without letting you read them first. There were many mistakes on all the documents. Walked away from the deal, at least they gave me my deposit back. They lack communication and the whole experience is sketchy. Just don't buy from them.

My car buying experience went from nice to a nightmare!! Was sold $2493 worth of packages that I was not aware of, didn’t know what they were when I did see them the day after and would have never wanted!!! Spend 7 days if no return phone call and on hold for over an hour! Only to get the manager who had no remorse and said you signed you got it it. So very upset, wish I could take the car back and deal with another dealership. Be aware and hopefully this doesn’t happen to others!

I do not recommend getting a car from this dealership, they are incredibly dishonest and included multiple hidden costs without telling me. Because of this I payed 5000$ extra and payed more for a used car than I would if I had bought new. Staff did not give me a bill of sale until I picked up the car despite me asking for it. The manager simply did not care when all of this was brought up and was just generally unhelpful. To this day I still don't know what half of the "features" that I paid 5000$ for even are as they never explained them to me. If you do plan on going to this dealership do not trust anything they say and make sure to ask for an itemized list of all fees and features that they will be charging you for before signing anything. Also be on the lookout and tell them you don't want any features called a "canadian value package", "etch" and "tires and rims program" these features alone cost more than 3000$ and will probably never be brought up during the negotiations and will instead be included without telling you.

My PHEV Outlander charger cable melts outlets and is a huge fire hazard and they won't cover this under warranty. I can not safely charge and pre-heat my car. When I came to pick up my car. The entire store shut down early even though I had arranged to pick up my keys from sales staff. I can not access my car seats and the sister dealership KIA next door, where the service manager for this location works out of. Was absolutely no help at all. No sympathy, and blew me off. Worst service I have ever got. Did I mention the first time I came in to show my warranty issues. The person took all my information down and never entered it? I had to come back again for them to do the documentation all over again. Worst service and warranty ever.

If i could i would give zero star .I regret my decision going at westside Mitsubishi. So much misinformation and Misrepresenting. We went there to buy 2022 outlander and liked it .I was looking for White GT PREMIUM they assured they will let me know by the evening How long it's gonna take to get That Model in store.They ask me to put $1000 Deposit for it and assured car will arrive in couple days.But once i did the Deposit they tried to sell me the Regular 2022 outlander with Black interior which i refused because we agree to put Depoist on GT PREMIUM and calculated the payments accordingly. Next Day sales guy called me in afternoon to ask me if i wana buy Same regular GT 2022 instead of GT PREMIUM.I refuesd to get Regular Model and they said it will take 1 month for GT PREMIUM MODEL to arrive.I told them i can't wait that long and asked to refund my Deposit. But they said they don't do any refunds at Westside Mistubishi.I have no choice but to wait unknown time .I requested to talk to GM or sales Manager they said i have to go to come to the Dealership to talk to Manager.I told them i will come tommorow Next Day when i went there salesman was not there neith Manager one i supposed to meet. I asked for visting card of GM so i can contact him they Gave me a Different visiting card .Now i emailed them couple times they never answered. BEWARE IF YOU GO TO WESTSIDE MISTUBISHI .They are very Unprofessional, Rude and Ignores you . Please make sure they have a Vehicle in the dealership before you give them Depoist.

Contacted Richard Bordallo on Facebook to ask if he can help us refinance our SUV and possibly get a cashback despite of our current credit status. He responded right away and without hesitation he started the application for us right away. We just sent the requirements via online and additional info were discussed over the phone. He told us not to worry and he will do his BEST together with his finance team to help us out. After 2 days, he got back to us with a good news- we were APPROVED with cashback. That same day, we came in to meet with him personally and with Kathleen in finance. Kathleen, a very nice lady, explained to us everything about the refinance stuff and we were out of there in just 15 minutes. Richard on the other hand, after we signed the papers, explained to us what we can do in order to have the interest rate lower in the future. He is very friendly, knowledgable, and will not judge you regardless of your status. It is a great feeling to know that there is someone willing to help out without any hesitation.
