Avoid this dealership at all price. I waited over 5 months before leaving this negative review, trusting they would make up for the issues around my car purchase. The only thing I got is promises over the phone, but never real resolution. I purchased a less than a year old vehicle here; at delivery they provided 1 key only with the promise that the other keys would come later (never happened). A few days after delivery I noticed they've replaced the passenger side window for unknown reason without informing me, that popped up questions and further trust issues (car broken into, keys missing). Not to mention the paint damages that I discovered at delivery and got promised to get fixed, another promise that never got fulfilled. Based on the above I would recommend to be extra cautious when dealing with this business.

Bought my Hyundai Santa Fe from here and I love it. The experience purchasing the vehicle was pretty awesome, especially considering the horror stories I have experienced previously. I had actually come in to look at a Hyundai Tuscon, but it didn't have what I was looking for, so Nick listened to what I wanted, and showed me the Santa Fe he had, which fit what I was looking for perfectly. He is a really chill guy and super easy to talk to so it doesn't really feel like you're sitting in a dealership being intimidated into buying a vehicle, it feels like you're talking to a friend across a kitchen table. But he's also straight up with you and very professional. The other guy there was absolutely awesome to hear interacting with other clients on the phone. Super professional and upbeat, even when it was clear not everyone else was having as good of a day haha. At the end of negotiation I didn't feel like I was pushed at all in any one direction. He made it clear he would be here if I was interested in coming to look at that vehicle or any others if I wasn't ready to make a decision or if we couldn't come to an agreement on numbers. There was no shoving of contracts in my face demanding I sign to buy the vehicle now, no demands for deposits to be left, and best of all, no BS admin fees when buying! If you've read my review of Leduc Hyundai, you'll know why this was such a relief. They wouldn't even negotiate with me unless I agreed to leave a $500 deposit and sign a paper agreeing to buy the vehicle (go have a read Nick, I gave you guys a good review in there too haha). I believe it's a family owned business so when I went to pickup the vehicle, the mom was at the desk and I had a really nice conversation with her. Everytime you go in there it's such a comfortable atmosphere because they make you feel like family. I had a small issue with the vehicle at pickup and they fixed it immediately, which was awesome. All in all it's been a great experience.

I just bought my car from this place, and I have never had a better experience buying a vehicle. Jason was the finance manager who helped me and it was a totally different experience than I had at the hyundai outlet or with go auto. He saved me thousands and thousands of dollars in interest alone, and he processed everything extremely quickly without once making me feel pressured or rushed. I wasn't able to show up until after closing hours, but he stayed late on both the day I bought the car and the day I picked it up without batting an eye. Everyone there was friendly and courteous and I felt he really fought to get me the best deal possible. Although it's not as flashy as the big names around them, they offer so much more than the bigger lots in terms of peace of mind and professionalism. I cannot recommend carwest highly enough. To be honest, I thought i would be a scam coz i have hard a bad experience with online purchases. Car West via Dan Zahr, have restored my trust. So the finance company had to unwind a deal I had with a different dealership due to undisclosed hail damage so they got me in touch with Nick! Right from the first contact with him the acquisition of the new suv I bought from him went as smooth as one would hope for. They held the suv I wanted without a deposit as I was away at work and when I got back into town I met up with him and signed the paperwork after a no pressure test drive! An awesome experience. I recently bought my third car from Car West Auto. My new car had a problem with the car starter. On Saturday, late afternoon, I figured this out the hard way. Called Nick, as that is who I always deal with. He "made" his installer come out to my house on Sunday morning, even though it was his day off. Unfortunately it would not start. Nick was very quick to go from the north end of Edmonton, all the way out to Leduc to pick up a loaner for me. This was on a day when there had been a heavy snowfall. Well since I am a middle aged woman, and single, he was so sweet to shovel out a full spot for me to park the car in front of the house, and the sidewalk to the front door. He had the car sent to a Hyundai dealership. He phoned around to different places to see if they had had the same problem with the remote starter to ensure nothing would be missed. He kept the car for a few extra days to ensure the problem was solved. During the financing process Nick spent time to find me the best rate possible. I would strongly advise anyone looking for a car to go see Nick at Car West
