I rented a suv from this place a couple months ago and ive gotta say that they have a very friendly staff and good customer services i difjt have any issues for the car either. I recommend this to anyone thats looking for a rental at a more affordable cost compared to others.

If I could give this company less than a star I would. I consider this business to be very dishonest because the TOTAL that is listed on their website is not what you'll pay when you get there. If you have a website that allows your customers to run the numbers by picking a car etc etc then the total listed on the website should be what you pay. Any place else you go on the internet to do shopping you will find a product and go through checkout. Once there you're shown a total and that's what you pay. The employee here had the nerve to tell me that everybody does it. That is, ADD hidden costs to the total once you get there to pay your bill. I should have been suspicious when a confirmation wasn't sent after the booking was done on line. After our trip I attempted to go online to their website and could not get access. That's very odd in itself. Instead of looking for a deal you would be better off renting directly from the airport because this company does not honor what they advertised online as the cheapest rental agency.

scam and bad.i make booking online.....they told me your car ready to receive... When I went to pick up the car. they told me it's not available but there is another car available and its price is more expensive.... I lost my time and my day and my appointment

Horrible. First, they required the insurance papers that were IN OUR STOLEN CAR. Then, they stated on the phone that they deal with ICBC, but when we got there they said they can't rent us a car because ICBC was closed today. They made us drive all the way there and we didn't even get a rental.

Worst service in Canada. I would give less than one star. They offered discounts and hold a deposit money from Your credit card. After the trip, They will give "N" Number of reasons to take the whole deposit. FORGET ABOUT THE DEPOSIT. It happened twice. End of the day, We are paying more than the standard rental companies. if You ask about the deposit, They wont respond either over phone or mail . The sales guy even doesn't know anything. His regular explanation is " Im just an employee. Decision is from management". In fact there is no customer service or another line to contact.

Great customer service. They sent the car to the airport and even dropped me back at the airport after my stay in surrey was over and the car was in very good conditioned. Prices in comparison to other car rental companies were also better. I strongly recommend this company if you want to rent a car.

I rented a car from ABC car rental this past weekend and I was really pleased with their service. Staff was really helpful and friendly. They were super accommodating for my last minute reservation. The car was clean, fresh and well maintained. The price was excellent aswell! Their pick up and drop off service is a bonus! I will definitely be coming back in the future and will also be recommending them to family and friends.

Website does not work, called and they answer 'hello' ....makes you think you go the wrong number, not an actual business. No cars to rent. one suv left for $40 a day. Grrrrreeeeaaat........

This is my first negative review on google. I don't recommend this to anyone and will not ever rent here again. The information on the website is deceiving because the TOTAL is different from what you will pay. From $330 we got charged for $455. (The website says total days rent is 2 same check in/out time) But Gil, the employee, told my parents it will be 3 days. He didnt PROVIDE FULL DETAILS to them. He asked for $500 deposit, in the end we were left with $45. Theres nothing he could do cause the docs were signed already, as said by the employee. I also spoke with him on the phone beforehand and the details he provided were different. No consistency at all. I was hoping he would give us consideration since we dropped the car at 12pm instead of 5pm. (we were charged for a full day) He couldve told us dropping the car early wouldnt make a difference. Its been 2 days & im still waiting for him to send the receipt but he kept making excuses. I think he's the only one working there too. I also don't know why they don't provide a copy of documents signed to their customers. It's our family's first trip, and our experience with abc is very upsetting. As first time renters, my parents felt we were taken advantage. Lesson learned: Will not remt here again.

I had rent suv from ABC rental it was good experience. Vehicle was clean when i picked up and staff services was great very friendly staff . And very helpful staff . Next time when eaver I need rental vehicle I will go back to ABC Rental again. I recomend You should try ABC rental Rather you have rental from your insurance company or you having rental on your own you will be not disappointed. ????????????????????
