First of all I was yelled at to get out of my own car. then they toped off fluid I specifically told them not to and charged for it. when I objected I was called a liar and accused of trying to rip them off in the past despite it being my first time there. then they told me not to return.

Best best oil change in town! Harvey has excellent customer service skills. They do all kinds of vehicles, they are reasonably priced and the best of all offers 6th oil change free.

Completed synthetic oil change on Friday at the Esso mobile one quick lube in Dauphin Manitoba. My only advice is that I believe they are probably very talented oil change specialists but what lacks is their customer service . It said it opens at 9 AM and they did not arrive till 9:35 AM I was waiting in my car no apologies for the wait. I feel bad about the one star rating but I hope this will spark up some motivation and Dialogue amongst themselves about customer service. I grew up in A family and ran a business with my family for over 40 years ......... It’s truly all about customer service gone beyond expectations. I hope I just caught them on a bad day and I wish them all the best in running their business. I will return again just to see if it improved. I hope you take this review As a person I really want you guys to thrive as business is very tough during this Covid. And the ones that do the best customer service will survive. Thank you
