I rented a 3 Ton truck to move household goods and the truck was equipped with a ramp and a lift which made the task much easier. Thank you Clearway! What makes Clearway Chilliwack such a great business to deal with is that they have had my rental ready to go each time I have rented from them, this is so refreshing com pared to OTHER equipment rental companies who took my reservations but on two different occasions had no truck to offer me. I recommend that you take your rental needs to Clearway Chilliwack. Thanks to the helpful staff.

Have used Clearway the last few moves and I can't say enough good things about them! There is no comparison to other budget friendly truck rental companies where you have to pick up a truck out of town and pay extra mileage, not very convenient! With Clearway, I pay a little more but it's worth it for convenience, secure a truck which gives peace of mind, great trucks and wonderful service. Highly recommend for your next move!

My new car is being fix under warranty by local GM dealer. They set up rental and told me to go get the car. Dealer drives me to get the car and clearway won't rent it to me cause my legal name on my driver's license is different than my credit card. I rented cars my entire adult life. Thanks for wasting my time. Even if it was free I wouldn't waste my time with these guys.

Late March 2020, I found myself in need of a moving truck so I called Clearway as I have a couple times in the past few years. I was not disappointed!! Cindy, helping out from the Langely depot and Alisha from Chilliwack were amazing. They were so helpful and provided excellent Customer Service. They are both Rock Stars in my books and a guarantee that I will recommend Clearway as the ONLY way to go for truck rentals. P.S...the truck was very clean and had been sanitized for my use and for the next customer. Thanks a Million Cindy, Alisha and Clearway!!!

Fantastic staff and service. They were able to set us up quickly when Uhaul fell through on a unit that was reserved for us twice on 2 weekends - strike 3 for Uhaul. Uhaul wanted me to drive for 4 hours out of my way due to their mistake. I have another bigger truck booked with Clearway again this weekend. Thanks again Clearway!!

Charged $656.46 for extra milage on a rental car, (3647 km. x 0.18.) I like the competition better, (Hertz) with unlimited milage. And thanks Mike, with your professionalism by saying "you signed the contract." That pretty much guaranteed never coming back.

SO thankful for the guys at Clearway Rentals an here’s why: I rented a truck for my move on Canada Day. Upon returning the truck, I dropped the keys at the Key Drop Off Box, no staffed desk because of the stat. Only afterwards I realized I had left my Home Keys on it, the keys that I had to hand over to realtor for the new home owners (facepalm). I called the After Hours Emergency line. They took my information. Called back within 4 minutes that somebody from the Abbotsford facility was coming out to open up the office and key box for me. The person that showed up, was the CEO of Clearway Rentals. SO sorry I spoiled your Canada Day, but huge thank you for helping me out so swiftly and accurately. I won’t forget Clearway in my future bookings.

I rented a small car from Clearway last week. I only needed a car for a day and I read all the reviews of the big name rental companies. Some reviews were positive and some were very negative, which led me to suspect that rental company staff had added positive reviews to offset the negative ones. I figured the best bet would be to find a company that was owned and operated by a local family...people who live next door to their customers, so to speak. I came upon Clearway in my search and this looked like a long time Chilliwack family run business. I went there and the whole experience was pleasant with no little hitches. I just remembered....the gilrs behind the counter paint their nails interesting colours! :)

Have to say dealing with Eliesha at chilliwack location was a very nice change from where I would normally rent my vehicles.I was looking for a car for the day and Enterprise had nothing.I then went into Clearway were I was greeted with a professional positive attitude by the young lady running the counter,something I was not really used to at Enterprise.I highly recommend this location for rentals and now will be using Clearway for my Buisness rentals.Thank you once again Eliesha and keep up the good work in the same cheerful manner I was greeted.

Rented a truck here when I was moving. The staff was helpful and showed me the truck controls and gave me tips on driving the truck. I had originally booked with uhaul, but had a tough time, so I went with clearway instead and am glad I did.

Dropped my car off at the dealership for service and told them I was unable to rent a car from the 'big two' rental companies to get to work the next day. They asked if I had tried Clearway as they use them a lot and were impressed with their service. Called Clearway near the end of the day and wonderful Elisha drove right over to pick me up and bring me to their office. She followed all of the COVID-19 protocols and within minutes had me in a nice clean, newer car. I couldn't thank her enough for taking care of me and being so polite and efficient and all within minutes of closing for the day. Their rates are very reasonable so I know who I will be calling first next time.
