Rented a wonderful vehicle from Loue LAuto, I was particularly impressed with the great customer service initially. As someone in hospitality and very much aware of the importance of the customer, the car came to me as opposed to me going to the car. That attention to detail was very much appreciated. My car was in a garage for over two weeks and while the rental car was excellent and reliable, again at the end of the rental, I was met at the garage and exchanged the transaction with ease. I have rented cars all over the world and many more in the States with the usual big brands, but Loue LAuto have my confidence for repeat business. Very good communication and personal touches. I even left my garage remorse on the sun visor and received a call immediately and it was returned.. The little details go a long way..

Last week my husband and I wanted to rent a car to do some errands around town in Montreal. We searched around and decided to rent from a local company rather than the big companies. We chose Loué L’Auto Car rentals. We were not disappointed. We were picked by a very personable gentleman. We had reserved a mid size car but he upgraded our choice of car at no extra cost which turnout to be really handy to us. We will rent from them again any time! Renting local is great!

Wow! All these posts & not even 1 negative review! Well here's one. My insurance company sent me to the repair shop CarStar St Charles, they called Troy to bring a car for me. Had it for 2 weeks and brought it back. 2 days later Troy calls me to notify me that they found a nail on the inside wall of one tire, very coincidental I didn't get a flat for the 2 weeks. They charged me $247.22 for a brand new tire. I called the Better Business of Canada (BBBC) they said maybe they picked up the nail delivering it to me from their location 8 kilometers away or, when they picked up the vehicle to bring it back to their shop again 8 kilo away. I will now open a case to be on file with the BBBC unless they resolve this with me. However, beware people of Loue L'auto, very poor business principals!!!

I’ve done business with many rental companies and won’t mention names but when your dealing with the owner himself such us this company and not an employee, there is a big difference in information provided to you, reliability of the cars, pricing and specially availability. Either you reserve in advance or last minute they will find you a solution of course in reasonable circumstances. Also what I appreciate from them is that the gas is really full when I get it.
