They totally disregarded my boyfriend and I when we showed interest in leasing or financing depending their options. They didn't speak to me, they spoke to my mother who had accompanied us. I expressed wanting certain style of vehicle and they gave me one option. Their newer car that I didn't like. In addition the sales person we had was disinterested and when their friend showed up they walked away. Rude and unkind. Ended up buying a vehicle from Hyundai within 30 minutes the same day.

Very poor service, we saw a car on their page on the internet. Called them before heading there as we did not want to go all the way before checking if the car was available. Mr Majid personally assured us that the used car we wanted to see was still available. We went all the way there to find out that the car was sold and wasnt even available and we got stuck in traffic for 1hour and 45 mins for nothing. Shame on you and on your service! We are really disappointed.

Crooks and dishonest maintenance crew. Diagnostic always asks minimum 1 hour, and then say they need more time. I paid 3 hours @ $150/h and they did not even find the issue. This is not the first time. I went to a local mechanic and he found the issue in 20 minutes at half price. Always bring your car in for any recall and early. If it's 1 day outside warranty, they will not honor it. Never buying a GM product again.

Et que la personne s'obstine à dire on a eu cette voiture en 2008 donc il y a toutes ces choses à faire. Ils ont peut-être eu cette voiture mais elle n'était pas à moi à l'époque et je ne vois pas le rapport. Est-ce qu'on peut réellement penser que les anciens propriétaires n'auraient jamais fait de réparation alors qu'on sait c'est faux... Mais même quand je leur expliquais qu'ils avaient été les faire ailleurs, la personne n'a jamais voulu comprendre et et a insisté sur ces fameuses réparations indispensables.. Autant vous dire que je ne reviendrais plus jamais ici. Pour info j'étais une cliente habituelle du Relais Chevrolet sur Papineau... Bon courage à ceux qui essayeront quand même!

I bought a new car here 2 months ago. The sales team made the process very long and unpleasant and the service department is no better. Slow, inefficient and frustrating. Love my car, hate this dealership. Came back for a tire change as it was included in my lease for free. They tried to charge me for storage of tires and service. Manager Ron said if I didn’t like it, I could leave. There’s an expression “a fish stinks from the neck down”. Avoid this dealership at all costs! Worst service.

Il faut aller à une place de trailer, il faut un adapteur spécial", mais l'aviseur ne m'a jamais mentionné que le concessionnaire ne faisait pas ce genre de travaux, bien que ce soit écrit en noir sur blanc dans le manuel d'amener le véhicule au concessionnaire si on veut connecter ce type de contrôleur. En gros, ils m'ont chargé une heure en sachant d'avance qu'ils ne feraient pas le travail, et ne m'ont jamais mentionné de vive voix la vraie raison pour laquelle ils ne faisaient pas les travaux. C'est la dernière fois que j'amène un véhicule de ma flotte ici !

Worst experience when buying a used car. Told that whateveer is wrong with the car will be fixed and covered for the certified gm inspection. The inspection was a joke a list of problems that were found after a few days of driving the car. Told by a salesman that everything will be fixed upon receipt of the car. A non mechanic should not be able to do a better inspection then a certified mechanic. No care when it came to the inspection.. if i knew all the problems the car actually had i would of never bought the car . Car wasnt even a week in my possesion before calling to get it checked. A month later im still waiting for all the problems to be fixed. In my opinion these guys shouldnt even sell used cars with a promise if your not going to stand by anything you say. Horrible communication between staff. Appt for 7:30 two hours later im waiting for authorization for a rental when i was told there would be on. No manager to authorize it. Overall most unpleasant process when it comes to buying a car. And even now. After picking it back up. Still having problems which have been broughten up sinc eweek 1

I've been there for oil change. Despite the fact of the website having multiple prices they agreed (by phone) to charge the cheapest one. When I get there, for my surprise, they said they have hidden fees (not mentioned on the website) and wanted to charge more. Then I didn't do the service loosing my time out of work and gas to drive 30min to get there. Be alert with hidden fees.

EDIT Oct 9: My car was brought in to get re-evaluated without cost and the real issue was found and resolved (actuator). I did not have to pay the 100$ deductible and even got a certficate for a complimentary lube, oil and filter service. Updated to 5 stars for their excellent follow up. Thank you Kosta and GM Des Sources. -- Horrible service. I paid 135$+tax for an hour diagnostic to service parking brake. I was told the issue was the plastic shields behind my front tires which they replaced. However, once I picked up my car, the indicator to service parking brake was still on. So far I've called Kosta three times, left 2 voicemails, got hung up on, left a message to the receptionist... I paid for a service that was not fulfilled but now that they have my money, I get ignored.

This is the worst GM dealership ever, I took my car for a recall, first they ordered the wrong part, they said they will call when they received the correct part. They never called back also while car was there engine light came on, they said I have to pay for them to check it because car is out of warranty, turns out car is still on warranty. This is my Fifth GM car but because of these dealership, I will probably not buy a GM car again.

We’ve been into different dealerships in the past two months looking for a new car. This dealership was by far the worst. We had a terrible sales experience at this dealership that we’ll never forget. Maxime Labrie, the Sales Manager, is the most unprofessional manager I’ve ever seen. He’s flat out rude. The worse is that when I sent an e-mail to the two higher managers complaining about the way he treated us, none of them bothered to write back or contact me.

A family member had asked for some help shopping for a new vehicle as her current lease was coming due. As someone in the industry i’ve learnt how low the bar is as I called a total of 5 dealerships explaining what I was looking for and dealt with one uninspired employee after another. I called the GMC dealership in the West Island regarding a Cadillac however I explained the vehicle was for a family member and what her criteria was. Laszlo over the phone explained to me how he had the perfect vehicle which ended up being a Buick. What impressed me was the genuine interest that he took in understanding what we were looking for and took me serious when I said I was shopping for a relative. In the end after getting off the phone with Laszlo we were at the dealership within 2 hours. my aunt fell in love with his suggestion and he made a deal the same day while 4 other dealerships could have had her business if they had 2 brain cells that connected. Thank you to the team for giving my aunt an amazing experience. I can’t stress enough the high level of customer care that was provided and I look forward to providing referrals as I know they will be taken care of. Thanks again Laszlo and the team out in the West Island.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! On June 12th I purchased a 2012 Chevy Cruze and by June 16th I had to bring the car back for a faulty thermostat. I got the car back on the 18th and then by the 24th I had to go back with issues because my power steering would cut out, traction control system issues, the car would not start on occasions, and the electrical features would cut out. After being assured by the manager that it would all be fixed after I wanted a to return the vehicle for all the issues and being refused, the vehicle was repaired and I was told everything would be checked over and it would be fine. I go the car back on June 27th and was assured there would be no more issues. TONIGHT (June 30th) IN ONE OF THE WORST RAIN STORMS IVE DRIVEN IN IN MY 7 YEARS DRIVING MY WINDSHEILD WIPERS CUT OUT FOR A SOLID 15-20 SECONDS WHILE ON THE HIGHWAY. I WILL BE SEEING YOU AGAIN FIRST THING IN THE MORNING ON TUESDAY JULY 3RD WHEN YOU REOPEN. THIS WILL BE MY THIRD VISIT SINCE PURCHASING THE CAR 18 DAYS AGO!

I discovered that it has an accident 6 months prior the date of purchase which they hid on me. Now I suing them at court, I won the first part of the case and waiting for the second part court date. I bought the new Chevy Cruze RS from the dealer in Montreal West Island (Chevrolet Buick GMC West Island). the salesman didn't mention that this feature is not available on that car. Driving during the winter in that or similar area is extremely dangerous especially driving alongside with trucks on the highways without the washer fluid, accidents take only a sec to happen, at least if we got the waning light available than we can prepare to take first exist safely to fill in the reservoir. GM is trying to save money by removing that important safety feature. I won't recommend to buy GM product anymore since it doesn't care about the safety of drivers. Now i don't trust GM's cars anymore and i don't know what else has been removed and if it is safe to have my family on board.

When you go for service, don't be pressured to let them sell you any of the over priced things they say your car needs. Just get an oil change for the first few years. All stealerships do this and it's a real scam. Besides that the service was fast and professional. Oh yeh and don't wait until your oil life drops to 20 percent or less for an oil change. Change oil every 7500km to maximize engine life.oii I'm

My last 5 cars have been from GM Always happy with the vehicles. But this incident at this dealership has tainted my opinion of the company. In the summer, I took my 3 year old Equinox in for a trade in estimate on purchase of Trailblazer. After giving v.i.n., I was told (by Michel) my car (that I owed 19k on at the time) was worth about 10k because it was in an accident. Obviously discussion of trade in ended there. Fast forward 3 months to now. Went to a different Chev dealer (Lasalle) and was offered 18.9k. A Nissan dealer 17.5k and Kia dealer 18.5k. Clearly the dealership did not want my business for whatever reason. I would complain; but who would care? Cutting up the GM visa card and moving on.

I was looking for a 2020 Colorado and had been to 2 other dealers who did not seem go out of their way to help me and was told that I would be lucky to find one and to reserve it right away if I did! The next day I was in the West Island and walked into West Island Chevrolet where I met Bradley Rogovein and asked him if there was a chance to find the truck I was looking for and Brad positively told me that he would find one. I live in Ottawa and I drive a Chevrolet Trax, which I use as a personal Courier vehicle. Yesterday, (April 15, 2021) I had two critical, time sensitive deliveries for downtown Montreal and Sherbrooke, Quebec. On my way onto the West Island, the Trax developed severe engine problems making it unsafe to drive. I exited the 40 and found my way to your dealership. The service department was very busy on my arrival and I did not have an appointment. The Conseiller Technique, Kostas Sarantidis listened to my story and problems. He promptly booked me in and asked if he could arrange a rental vehicle for me if needed. My personal backup at home (my wife) had already booked me a rental about a block away, so I did not need this service. Kostas went further to get a diagnosis and repair estimate and repair time before I had even completed picking up the rental – to save me the cost of the rental. Unfortunately, the deliveries were time sensitive and I needed to proceed with the rental. All of this was done well within an hour of my arrival at your dealership. I was able to pickup my Trax before the end of day and (safely and happily) return home. I would like to thank Kostas Sarantidis and your dealership for going above and beyond in assisting a wayward traveler in a difficult situation.

Went in for a tire and oil change. Got prodded for +$300.00 worth of unnecessary add-ons and inspection fees for a new lease with barely 12,000 km on it. I understand your service technicians need to upsell but this is overkill. Icing on the cake, also got charged for a "missing" windshield washer fluid reservoir cap. Had to remind them its still under warranty... smdh.

This has been the second time I’ve leased a vehicle from GM West Island, and I felt more like part of a family than a customer. Bradley, Oren and Marc-Andre were all extremely helpful and very obliging. I left a very happy satisfied customer with my Buick Encore. Keep up the great work folks! Being a customer support specialist I understand how great service delivered with an even greater attitude will keep customers loyal and coming back! Myself included! Even the lovely smiling and cheerful lady at the reception, keep on smiling! - Dawn Follow up to my review from June, I was advised by my representative Bradley that winter tires would be in storage, I just called yesterday to make an appointment to have the winter tires put on the car, and was advised that there was no record of any tires in storage for my car. Bradley followed up today, advising me that indeed there are no winter tires and that he would have to speak with his manager. The manager called to see if there was a resolution to the problem. The resolution being that I have to provide documentation that there was an agreement regarding winter tires for the car.... Given that my father was a General Motors Employee at the St. Therese plant, and we have purchased and/or leased cars for 40 years plus. This is first time we've experienced anything of this nature... Given the same situation has happened to my mother who leased her vehicle around the same time we will be contacting General Motors Employee Services to advise them of out situation. We would be more than willing to work out a compromise but the overall attitude in this after sale situation is not pleasing at all. - A pleasant experience has turned into a customer service nightmare.

I finally decided to get a new car (for those of you that will read m other reviews you’ll notice that my old car would break down every month or so and I would go to different mechanics) Ask for Ayman Bouzid if you go to this dealership. He is very knowledgeable for all the cars and will listen to your needs in a vehicle and suggest either used or new. I didn’t feel pressured at all, I was even googling prices in front of him and he was always giving great prices. The place is clean and everyone respects COVID measures. Although I expect my car to last me many years, next time I need one I will definitely come by here and ask for Ayman. (Drove away with an equinox LT btw)

UNETHICAL & DISHONEST Dealership I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership a few months ago. The vehicle was advertised as Certified Pre-Owned. After taking possession of the car, I had to have the vehicle Safety Inspected in my home province. I discovered the Safety Inspection and GM 150 Point Inspection report data were misrepresented. The vehicle was not sold in Certified condition. I was fortunate to require a second inspection otherwise I unknowingly would have been driving an unsafe vehicle. Contacted Yvon Leduc and sent photos of the retained parts. Of course I haven’t had a reply. Contacted GM and put them on notice (with supporting documents) as to the fraudulent activities of this dealership. They are investigating. Ask yourself if you want a loved family member driving/riding in a vehicle “Safety Inspected” or maintained by this dealership. Based on this and other reviews save yourself the aggravation and legal recourse needed to resolve an issue. Do your homework and find a dealership with integrity.

If I could give no stars I would... Horrible experience! I always go to have my car serviced here and now no more! The service advisors aren’t polite what so ever, they do not listen to what I tell them to do, and do not come get you to say your car is finished! Then when I went to see her about my car I kindly asked how much more time will I need to wait for the car she then told me oh your car is done, but then when I paid for everything I asked now what row is my car in? The answer I got was “do you know how to use your panic button? “. After finding my car I found garbage left in my car from the garage people! Not to mention when I was waiting in the waiting room the service part guys were swearing and burping like I need to here this at 7:30am! Very unprofessional! So again I do not recommend this garage!

Today's appointment, Oil change. The lady told me they are expired, i told her i didn't know they had a date, no one emailed or called me to inform me, if i knew i would have called to get in before the date. I went to see the front desk to ask them questions, Another lady called Maxime over, Maxime told me that i didn't spend any money here, that i didn't pay for two years for oil to check my book. Completely Rude and insulting. When me, my family and friends lease and buy cars from Gm. He didn't say, let's see your profile since covid hit i understand we were close and busy when we reopened, let me see if we can do something. He just wanted me out and wouldn't even get out of his chair to help. Such a lack of customer service and respect. I miss it by 5 days, today was the only today they were free. Wont be leasing from them in the future.

Awful service, will rip you off (tried charging me $900 for 1 mag) and won't even finish the job properly. I've had my Chevy serviced here 3 times, every time I am left disappointed and absolutely appalled by how terrible they are. Unfortunately, certain parts for my car can only be found at the dealership leaving me with no other option. I will never again buy a Chevy simply for how awful their service and maintenance is.

Not very professional service at all. I went for oil change several times to the service department and the experience was not good at all. The lady in the service department, Ms. Anne Corriveau, is extremely rude. If you have to go for any service, I propose that you will try to not to deal with her. Also, there is one of the staff in the parts department that usually whistle with his mouth and since the waiting room is close to the parts department you can hear him whistling all the time. Sorry but not very professional when someone whistles and very annoying when you are trying to read some papers or watch TV in the waiting room area while you are waiting for your car to be delivered. I saw this behaviour twice already.

Run don't walk away from this dealership. Have been leasing cars from various dealerships for many years. This time, my wife loved the GMC product. Cannot say enough about how poorly my wife and I have been treated. From the sales manager Maxime, to Ron in Service.... First, all promises of service included, tires changes and storage included are lies. The sales team will promise, then service will tell you they will not honor as you do not have a "coupon" (which doesn't exist). After tire change, wife noticed black marks on the side of vehicle. When Ron (service manager) was asked to come take a look he responded "I do not have any time for you). Eventually, a nice mechanic came over with a spray bottle and was able to remove the marks.

Horrible dealership,. Warranty issues are not taken seriously with my 2017 Cadillac ATS. I repeatedly had to bring my car in for issues that I was having and it took 3-4 visits before any work was done. The driver's side strut was finally replaced, but they did not replace the other one. Also, after my steering column was replaced, it was returned to me unaligned (it was in perfect alignment when I brought it in). I was told that an alignment was not covered under warranty EVEN THOUGH the work they did caused the car to be unaligned. Also, there is so much miscommunication. I bring my car in and I am told on the phone that it should only take an hour or 2 for the work and it ends up being a full day! It happened to me a few times. Cadillac Canada is of no help. You would think that buying a Cadillac that you expect better quality and service. The car is only 3 years old and I have been replacing more things on this car than I did with my Buick LaCrosse. I will never buy another Cadillac ever again.

Recently bought a used car, its broken down a few times within 1 month of owning the car and they refuse to help me whatsoever and are refusing to refund me my money or even fix the car. very condescending salesman who are just there to get a commission cheque. stay far away from this dealership, worst experience I've ever had purchasing a car in my entire life, DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME.
