I explain to him that he told me that it was not necessary but the comis tells me that it is not his problem and requires a deposit I do not have a credit card with me because it is my spouse who has it I therefore suggest that she pay by debit but she says that if something happens she must be protected with the credit card She also refuses to take payment by phone even if we are on our third rental with this card I then offered to pay $ 1000 which is the amount of the deductible but she categorically refuses to find a solution to help me I then drive 30 minutes to join my wife who leaves her work and takes 30 minutes to give me the credit card I come back and take possession of the truck 45 minutes later and the comis refuses to add time to my rental to have my full 4-hour block. She also refuses to deduct an amount for the loss of time caused by their lack of professionalism. I have obviously shown some dissatisfaction and I have rarely seen an employee so indifferent to the dissatisfaction of a customer. The kind of attitude that seems to tell me nonverbally If you're not happy, rent your truck elsewhere Basically lack of organization, lack of professionalism and glaring lack of customer service (Original) J'en étais à ma troisième location à cette endroit Je suis aller réserver un camion durand la semaine et le comis ne me charge pas de dépôt m et m'explique que cela n'est pas nécessaire avec le dossier Je revien 2 jours us tard pour ma location et la comis me demande un dépôt... je lui explique qu'il mon dit que cela n'étais pas nécessaire mais la comis me dit que ce n'est pas son problème et exige un dépôt Je n'ai pas de carte de crédit avec moi car c'est ma conjointe qui la en sa possession Je lui suggère donc de payer par débit mais elle dit que si il arrive quelque chose elle doit être protégé avec la carte de crédit Elle refuse aussi de prendre le paiement par téléphone même si nous en somme à notre troisième location avec cette carte Je lui propose alors de payer 1000$ qui est le montant de la franchise mais elle refuse catégoriquement de trouver une solution pour m'aider Je fait alors 30 minute de route pour aller rejoindre ma conjointe qui quitte sont travail et fait 30 minute de route pour me donner la carte de credit Je revien prend possession du camion 45 minute plus tard et la comis refuse de m'ajouter du temps à ma location pour avoir mon bloc de 4h complet. Elle refuse aussi de déduire un montant pour la perte de temps causé par leur manque de professionnalisme J'ai évidemment démontré un certain mécontentement et j'ai rarement vue une employée aussi indifférente a l'insatisfaction d'un client Le genre d'attitude qui semble me dire non verbalement Si tes pas contant loue le ailleurs ton camion En gros manque d'organisation manque de professionnalisme et manque flagrant de service à la clientèle
