This is the absolute worst car rental place I have ever dealt with!! Stay far away from them. They are complete scammers!!! They rented me a car with a dent in it that was involved in a robbery. I got a stone chip in the windshield that is one tenth of the size of a smartie and they issued me a bill for a $1000! I offered to repair it at an auto glass place and they said that I needed to pay the $1000. Now they have charged my credit card with an unauthorized $1000 charge. Don’t be fooled by their cheap rates, they’ll get you on the repairs!! I’ve asked to have the manager call me several times so that we could come to an agreement and he has never called once.

We had a fantastic experience here! My car had been totaled in a car accident and I found a replacement vehicle at xtreme in Cambridge. They were so friendly and kind! They took great care of us - suggesting lunch spots, offering water while we waited. They also held my car for weeks for me until my insurance money came in! Thanks so much! :)

A negative experience quickly turned into a positive one! We scheduled an oil change but the mechanic had gone missing when we arrived. We waited while the owner made some phone calls to track down the guy, then quietly slipped out after about 30 minutes of nothing. The Manager, Mat, came out to find us and offered his apologies and two free oil changes for both me and my partner. I took him up on his offer today and was very pleased with the service. Mat and I chatted, he was very friendly and welcoming. The service was good, and they did not try to guilt me into any add-ons, like other oil-change places. With their price of under $20 for a basic change, I think I'll be going back for future service.

I called almost a week in advance to book a rental car. When I arrived on the pick up date/time, I find out that they had no record of my reservation! They were able to get me a car anyways but I had to wait 15-20 minutes for staff to finish putting on the winter tires. If I hadn't booked the car with a lot of time buffer, I would have been late for the appointment 30 minutes away that I had scheduled this rental for. The man who helped me and seemed to be the owner (just a guess on my part) basically shrugged this error off and said "Sometimes [the staff] don't communicate so well." Car was clean and I had no other issues, so I am giving one extra star. But I will never book a rental here again. This was my first reservation with them, and they've shown such a fundamental break in their process at a critical step that I cannot trust them with my business moving forward.

In my most needed time, Xtreme Rentals came to my rescue but not only did they give me a car, they waited until after hours and not just a minute or two but actually an hour after if not longer! THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Thank you guys so much for your accomodations and the excellent customer service! You guys made it super easy and took a huge weight off my shoulders especially cause this was at 7pm on a Tuesday! Thank you again

Shopping for a car for our mother and it was such a horrible experience. ZERO service and after viewing two cars alone inside and all we were looking at other options in the lot and my brother and I were cut off and told “we are closed now bye bye”. Keys taken abruptly from my hands. I Guess they don’t believe in customer service or sales. Thank you but no thank you, you made or decision very easy.

Beware!!! I post many reviews and I enjoy letting others know true experiences. My dad rented a car from this company and turns out a big mistake. I only authorized a $500 deposit on my credit card until the car was returned. While he rented the car there was a malfunction that could have cost him his life. Ended up with slight damage to the bumper and the airbag deployed. He went straight to them but they were closed. A police report was filed and he left a note with the car to call him and what happened. While my family and I were traveling back to Canada I noticed 3 additional unauthorized charges. $1500, $500, $433. I contacted the company and the manager refused to refund or reverse the charges, so my cc had to flag fraud and close the card leaving me with no emergency or credit card to pay for hotels. As you need cards to rent from hotels. This company won’t acknowledge their own issues, steals from those who are not even on the contract and refused any money from my father. Please don’t rent from them. Biggest mistake. I now have to wait for my new card. What the others said about unauthorized charges is true and they lie when they have you in there knowing they are going to fraud people. I also filed a police report. I will upload photos. Beware!!! ** another note he can’t run he can barely walk. Airbags due come out even with no damage to a car. Do your research. I haven’t admitted to anything but let people know of people like you who are frauding people. You caused me a lot of anxiety and undue stress and anxiety. Your company isn’t a company who can be trusted and I filed a police report. ** this is to let people know not to talk about what didn’t and did happen. You were not authorized to charge my credit card period. **

Disorganised, office staff not helpful. Don't expect to get through on the phone. They don't put you on hold either, they just put the phone down so you get to listen to conversations at the desk while you wait. Ended up here because we were renting a u haul and they were the closest to home with an offering, but were still quite a drive. The road is divided, so be prepared to use the roundabout if you're coming South bound. Based on the service, would not recommend

You on Google, trying to find a place to rent a car? Run from this place. Someone scratched the bumper of the car while the car was parked in a parklot (truly not my fault) They charged me 1200 dollars for the fix. You read that right... 1.200 dollars for a scratched surface of a bumper. (The paint its still there) Run from these small renting places, try finding a more reliable brand out there.

I booked an appointment on Friday June 30th for an oil change. After being sold a vehicle from Mr. Dooud and believing it to be a professional establishment I was unfortunately proven wrong when it came to their service department. I was told my oil change would not be completed because 3 other vehicles were being serviced. Apparently there are time commitment difficulties coupled with disregard for a client's time, evident by lack of strong communication skills. Driving 40-45mins in heavy traffic one is understandably frustrated and in distaste.

Avoid at all costs! We booked a van 4 weeks before we needed it, only to have them cancel within an hour of the booking. While booking, the receptionist did not seem to know how to work their reservation system and was very unprofessional. We followed through anyway, only for them to send a text 45 minutes before we needed the vehicle saying it was unavailable and offering no alternatives. When I asked about the possibility of getting a similar vehicle, all I was told was “Sorry again”. I understand that these things happen, but they dealt with it in the worst way I can imagine. If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. If you need to rent a vehicle, go a little out of your way to avoid this place.

The staff are pleasant, the rates were surprisingly very affordable, and they were open and hooked me up with a car on a holiday Monday when I desperately needed something to get to work the next day. This is my go to, when ever I need a rental, I pick up the phone and call and there is a car ready to go when I get there, the owner Ali has even gone in a little earlier to accommodate me.The prices are great and the cars are excellent on gas. He also has a hidden gem in behind, an auto shop that I have taken my car to a few times. I have been nothing but happy when I got the bill, I think that says alot. Great Mechanics! and Great rates! No extras!

open until 5:30 on saturday and no one else was, had a comple cars to choose from i went with a economy car. hyndai accent 2017, it was clean inside out and the service was good on pick up and return. will return there again for a rental.
