Friend who uses middle name was not granted a vehicle for rent even though his license had his signature showing Ontario gov. allowed his signature using said middle name. Credit card also had it but printed licence showed first name.

Older vehicles: squeaky brakes, shaky on highway, loud muffler. Stated that a vehicle would be available even after signing confirmation but was not a few days prior to pick up date. Information from one front desk staff to the next was inconsistent and conflicting. Would like to be supportive of locally owned companies and also wanted to gave it a shot due to its excellent reviews however I would skip this place next rental. (Ms. Inthavong)

Doesn't get much smoother than Kelley's! Over three weeks we required 3 different vehicles including the 10 seater van. Vehicles were in great shape and clean. I highly recommend renting with Kelley's!

The customer service at Kelly's is exceptional. I had booked two vans with other companies in town and both of them fell through due to inventory. I was left in a bind, called Paul at Kelly's last minute and he was awesome. Very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately I had to cancel the reservation at the last minute due to the van not fitting one of the items I was hoping to transport. Paul was super kind and understanding of the cancellation and then went out of his way to call me back when he realized he had something else available that would be more suited. After dealing with poor customer service at larger chain rental companies, Kelly's was a breath of fresh air! Thanks again Paul, you were awesome.

Paul really came through and helped with my move in a pinch when U-Haul screwed me over with no inventory at the very last minute. Can’t thank him enough for the amazing support and response. If you need a moving truck skip the big chains and try Kelly first. You won’t be disappointed!
