Went in talked to a sales men Jordan I believe his name was told him what I needed and what I was looking at and what I might spend he got me the keys to a van told me it was out of my price range should he bother ......I backed the van up so I could check it out with some space when I was done asked him if he could put it back he said no I'm not good at driving went inside without him borrowed a pen and paper wrote down my info he had 3 questions for his manager was gonna get back to me ......still waiting. Wonder if he still wants to buy my bike have since bought a 2016 F150 just skip this place and do to Kitchener Ford

I would not recommend this place to anyone and I am being honest here. I received a call from them on Monday, June 15th, 2020 from someone from Leamington telling me that my vehicle will be shut off because I missed my appointment with Jordan. There was no scheduled appointment with Jordan at all. Throughout the week I was connecting back and forth and I was going to buy out my vehicle but it really wasn’t worth it of the repairs it needed being over 200,000 km. I called them on Friday, June 19th, 2020 to let them know where the vehicle is as my vehicle was considered not safe to drive at all according to my mechanic. They told me I would have to bring it back I said that’s fine. As I was clearing my vehicle and once it was cleared a woman goes into my vehicle and drives off I followed her she put dealership plates I asked her about my plates she just shrugged her shoulders. I told her I will be picking them up next week as well as my deposit. Jordan throughout the week was rude to me and I have been a very good paying customer for about 3 years. The way Action Auto Leasing conducted themselves is very unprofessional and uncalled for I am sorry I have chosen not to continue to conduct any further business with you as this business relationship has come to an end. I wish them well and I do not recommend for anyone to go through Action Auto as I don’t feel that they are in the best interest of their customers.

Never again will I get my vehicle from this place. People from head office are rude. Loyalty means nothing. I don't recommend them no matter how desperate you are. On top of this, this interest is beyond ridiculous. Stay away.

At the beginning, I thought it was a slow process, but instead he carefully developed the best option for us to help clean our credit and put us in an SUV we were looking for. We had the ability to choose the best car for our needs and budget, and we finally got a 2019 Kia Sorrento, amazing car, almost like new, still under OEM warranty, we could not expect any better, he was very professional and thorough. Do not buy from this place, you will regret it. Signing that contract is the worst decision of your life.. And I've been married. Every single 5 star you see is a result of this company making their customers sign a non-disclosure agreement. They basically blackmail you into giving them a 5 star review. They will hold you hostage constantly by always threatening to disable your vehicle. Also don't be fool by their "residual value". I was told it was the value they would give me as a trade in, not the amount of money they expected me to pay at the end of my "lease"(its not a finance, it's a lease). It was literally the worst experience of my life. Don't get me wrong, some of the staff is very good.. But they never last that long because they usually find a better company to work for.. But this business is a legal scam.. It's the easy home of car finances. They will rip you off and ask you to thank them for doing it.

Probably the worst company I have ever worked with. Ignored messages, non returned emails and when they DID return emails or messages they never had a solution or any information. The most unreliable company and worst customer service I have ever dealt with! I have purchased my vehicle out because I refuse to EVER get another vehicle through this horrible company! Dustin is an amazing sales assoicate, without asking he puts him self in your shoes and picks cars that are both a fit for ur lifestyle . Yes you can pick ur own cars. But he is the most thoughtful sales associate me and my boyfriend ever encountered, he thought about the possibility of me and my boyfriend wanting to start a family, our work and made sure the car had enough room for us to expand our life. I've been with these guys for the 8 years wasn't planning on doing anymore and just keeping last car until a new salesman Andrew Kennery had reached out 4 a possible upgrade thought nothing of it at first till I spoke with him. So arranged with him to just look at it thinking to myself not again not this time but wow an upgrade it was I mean night and day compared to the car I was driving... Needless to say that upgrade is now in my driveway because of Andrew's honesty kept payments where they needed to be and went above and beyond to make sure everything was the way wanted. I have 2 vehicles from this company. So far with the car everything has been awesome!!! We got a van recently and did have an issue but once we were able to connect with someone in regard to it they have been very good with our concerns and are going to have it looked at and fixed up as soon as it has been diagnosed. I would recommend this company to anyone with bad credit. Mine and my hubby's credit sucks and they have been great with extending us 2 different leases.
