Great team here! They were busy when I first called to book an appointment but were great and apologetic when they got back to me a few hours later! Very friendly while I was at the shop, I was shown around to see where the magic happens in the bay. The mechanic was awesome and went over my wheel alignment so that I was able to understand with ease. Very reasonably priced as well! Looking forward to coming back ????

I waited a bit to write this review as I wanted to make sure the car I had purchased had no "hidden" underlying conditions. I purchased a Honda civic from this place and let me tell you I'm amazed! It has been wonderful so far up to this point. Exceptional customer service and extremely welcoming! Felt like nothing less than family. These guys are the classic used car salesmen. They made guarantees and promises over multiple visits that they never totally completed. When I brought the vehicle home the last time, my mechanic found a leaking seal that they had said they replaced. I sent an email with no response and when I called, they cussed me out and that was that. Cannot recommend. They'll make it sound great but they won't come through.

If I could give no stars I would. Worst place to buy a car. Doesn’t care about the people. In fact said “he doesn’t need any business”. My $3995 truck broke down in less than two months with engine problems. My son and I barely made it off the highway before it died in the middle of a busy intersection. He Offered no advice or help in the repairs when contacted. It’s all about the $ for him and not about keeping customers happy so they’ll come back or send more business his way once they leave his lot. He “doesn’t care” Turned my first car buying experience into a nightmare. AVOID at all costs or you’ll pay for it more shortly after. And he said he “doesn’t care about these reviews”. I’m not posting this for him. I’m posting this to save another hardworking mother her hard earned long time saved money and hopefully spare her the same frustration and heartbreak. Merry Christmas to me and my kids.

First, disclaimer: I have never reviewed anybody before and have no intention to do it in the future since there's nothing easier than faking reviews one way or the other. This google account is my son's account. Gotta make exception here though. Generation Xer here... Was looking for a lower end Toyota Camry hybrid, found one at Elite Auto. A bit of a drive from Niagara but so be it. I showed up, young guy - owner - made it clear the very first second that I'll be feeling like a human being there, not like a leper that some places treat you like in these interesting times. Without any pointless sales pitches, he set me out for a test drive. I didn't find anything wrong with the car so as I returned, I asked him all the questions I needed to know, he answered them with ease without resorting to painting everything in rosy colors. Then I offered him "mandatory' 5% below listing price. He accepted and I started pushing him to get the paperwork ready ASAP since I really needed the car. He said he would shoot for 2-3 days - Service Ontario doesn't operate the way it used to. Lo and behold, the very next day in the morning I got text from him that car is ready to be picked up. I was ecstatic. It really made my life easier. So I showed the next day, everything was ready and I was told: "By the way, I have a set of winter tires on rims for you at no extra charge". It was not part of the deal and at that point I was really feeling guilty for not paying the full price. Put 1000km on the car so far, absolutely love it, got lot more than I was shopping for - of course credit goes to Toyota engineers here as well. Did I mention that he is a young guy? The main takeaway from all this is that there IS a hope for the future I guess.

I wish I could give more than just 5 stars. Both the owner and other tow truck operator helped pull me out of a ditch after my car spun out on highway 6. They blocked off the highway enough for me to safely pull off and assess the damages. They even went so far as to help take off my rear bumper so it would not drag on the ground! Extremely professional and very quick to help me in a time of need! If you are in need of a tow, receive a flat tire or just need some assistance, I highly recommend Elite Auto Care!

We got a 2016 Ford escape the dealership was great he met with us after hours (1130pm) because I worked all day. Also when the car was ready for pickup he allowed me to come at midnight to get it. (Nothing shady I just work all day and was not able to meet during the day) The car runs and drives great and was as clean as a new vehicle. He had great prices for the type of vehicles, we paid in cash and the suv was ready for pickup within less the 30hours. I would definitely go there again.

Had an appointment for 9am. Got there just before 9am, sign on the door shows they open up at 830am. Doors locked. As I am about to leave, someone shows up to open the door, I got to talk to him and he tells me I need to wait until someone else shows up to talk to, when this person finally shows up, at about 910, I tell him the issue with my car, he nods his head and starts walking away. I follow him into building and then stood in the gross dirty lobby for about 10 mins until he finally comes out to tell me that the mechanic won't be in until noon. This is the worst way to run a business, not one person I talked to seem to have any idea what was going on. I left and did not bring my car back to give them a chance to overcharge and mess my car up. I then called RPM Automotive on Elgin and even though he was booked solid, he got me in to check my car out. DO NOT go to Elite Auto Care.

Bought a car from this place awhile back ended up needing multiple repairs costing me over $5000 a month later, whatever "machanic" that safeties these vehicles is doing it illegally and should be shut down, be warned DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE, YOU WILL BE LEFT ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. I will comment now because you can't discuss after the owner gives his usual cocky remarks, I was 100% a paying customer and regret it every day. Hopefully one day all these chop shop dealerships will be shut down. Enough is enough.

I bought a car and just after a week, Its cooling system is faulty.When I let them know, they behave like they didn’t know anything and blocked me. They asked me to give good reviews at that time , and I also gave it but the whole thing turned upside down in a week . Its my first car in Canada and had worst of worst experience with these scammer guys.

Worst service ever. Rude and untrustworthy staff. Swore at my in front of my two year old. Put used parts on our car. Lied about battery problems that we then had to deal with - battery died the night we pick up the car. Primed AC so it would work for us - knowing there was a leak in one of the hoses. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE GUYS - DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.

Highly recommend Elite Auto Care without a doubt! The new management is amazing. Ahmad sold me a 2013 Dodge Avenger a few weeks ago and when I test drove it before buying it the car was making noises from the front end, when I asked about it Ahmad told me not to worry because the car has not been saftied and certified yet. I took his word and bought the car 4 days later he called me and told me my car was ready, when I came I couldn’t believe my eyes they have detailed the car for me and it literally looked brand new! ahmad told me that every car he sells he provides the platinum detailing package which includes full steam and shampoo of all the carpet and seats as well as shining it all up from the inside, and it was completely waxed from the outside as well as the old dull headlights I originally saw looked brand new. I then sealed the deal, took the car and went home, I honestly thought I was driving a totally different car. All the noises were completely gone, everything was fixed and ahmad also mentioned that he did a free engine tune up from A to Z and did a fully synthetic oil change. Long story short I had such a low budget to begin with and I thought I was not going to ever find anything even have decent for that price until I came to elite auto care. I know this is a long review but honestly if I could do more I would I was in much needed help and ahmad and his staff were the only people who were fair and honest. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for an honest business and honest staff
