Just plain bad. Had a recall on my outlander, called to book an appointment and was able to get on the next day. I asked the rep how long it would take, she said "if you drop it off at 7 am then it will be a couple of hours, we'll have it back to you before lunch for sure". So I go to Hyatt Mitsubishi at 6:30 am, am they opened the doors right at 7 am, my vehicle is the first one in. I ask when it will be ready I did not receive a call during the morning, or during lunch hour. I decided to call at 2:30 pm and inquire thinking that they must have just forgot to call me. So I call and the rep tells me they haven't started looking at my vehicle yet! The rep says "should be ready at 3:30 pm", at this point there was nothing I could do except be frustrated. I tell the rep that I dropped the car off at 7 am, I was the first one in, I confirmed twice (once when I booked the appointment and again when I dropped off the car) that the car would be ready before lunch hour, and all the rep says is "yep" and then there is silence, no explanation at all. So I wait for the call until 3:30, and again, no call so I call back. Now the rep says "it will be ready at 4:30", WOW, what kind of a dealership is this!? I say the same thing to this rep as I did before, and the rep says "you should have had them put a note saying that you needed the car earlier". I tell the rep about the whole confirmation I made when I booked the appointment and during drop-off and the rep just says "yep", then silence, nothing else. Worst experience ever, I needed the car at noon, had to cancel plans. Do not get your car serviced here, they sat on my car since 7 am in the morning and the vehicle was not completed until 4:30! Disaster, do not go here!

I went there to see a truck that was advertised. It was sold I was told they take forever to come off social advertising. I choose to look at a 2007 Ford escape. The salesman pulled it out when I opened the doors it was absolutely filthy. I don't know about anyone else but if your a dealership the least you could do is detail the vehicle. First impressions are important to me.

Stopped by to look at used vehicles one day. I was quickly introduced to AJ who was very friendly and helped me narrow down my search based on some specifications I gave. I took a few test drives and I fell in love with one vehicle. Shortly after we went inside and sealed a deal on it. Couldn't have gone smoother, AJ was more than helpful as well as his other colleges. Overall 5/5 experience for sure! And I am really happy with the vehicle so far!

We walked into the showroom at Bow Mitsubishi after going through the auto-mall, and were greeted with enthusiasm by a young man named Morgan. He quickly assessed our vehicle needs and budget, pulled up a 2022 Outlander and sent us on a test drive. Although we didn’t end up buying due to the third row space, the entire experience was amazing and would highly recommend Morgan to any friends or family looking for a vehicle!

I had 4 recalls on my vehicle (lancer se) so I booked in an appointment to have all recalls looked at and replaced. The service here was excellent, I mentioned a concern about a sound and they found out that my air filter wasn't closed properly. They fixed all my recalls, properly closed the air filter box and to my surprise they washed and dried my car. I waited for my service at the dealership, their bathroom is kept clean, all the departments at this location made me feel welcome and respected, they post free Wi-Fi passwords for customers, have lots of things for kids as it's a family friendly place, have a fancy coffee/latte/cappuccino and other hot drinks machine, and the best part I got one on one detailed information about their new vehicles with no pressure to buy or trade my current one in. My wait time here was really enjoyable. I walked away with a great experience! I feel like this place is definitely trustworthy and they take good care of you and your vehicle. I walked out paying nothing but gaining a lot from this appointment. Thank you to everyone who made this a great experience for me ????

I had a recall done on my car, I dropped it off a night before and confirmed with two different people I would have a shuttle by 1:30 the next day. I had work so I needed the car. I waited half an hour and the shuttle never came. So at 2:00 I called and they said there was a delay and the car wouldn't be ready for another 45 min. I hadn't received a call or a voicemail to notify me about the delay. I am super unimpressed with the service at this dealership. I picked up my car the next day and it was dirty. I asked if it had been through the wash and they said yes, yesterday but with all the wind- i'm sorry if it's dirty. They did not even offer to put my car through the wash again. I definitely expected a much better experience.

I have been going to other Mitsubishi for previous services for about 10 years and have always had a mediocre time dealing with them. I was recommended to come to Bow Mitsu by a friend. Even though it is about a 25 minute drive from where I am located, the service is very much worth it. They take good precautions with Covid protocols and have a 24-7 pick up/drop off which is amazing! I was lucky enough to interact with Michael Cox, and had a great experience as he was beyond friendly and very helpful. The service team did a wonderful job with my car, definitely will be back.

I am skeptical when it comes to acquiring expensive investments such as a car, however before and during my visit at the dealership I was welcomed by David Harding and discussed advantages in having a new RVR especially its safety features. He was prompt in answering my calls and emails, gentle and considerate to any of my inquiries, got in for a test drive, setup my loaner car, introduced me to anyone and had thorough training session before I finally drove off the car. One week after purchasing two years old truck I've discovered one defective tire with 40% tread left. After sending an email with attached picture of the defect my sales rep invited me to bring the truck at my convenience reassuring me that the problem will be taken care of. If these were one of my employees they’d be out of there double time. There is a car there that I was serious about but the salesmanship has me saying no way. I have been a customer here before it changed and became Bow Mitsubishi when it was part of the Hyatt group of auto sales. that dealership would have gotten 5 stars from me. I took my outlander in for a regular maintenance, they added on extra work without discussing it with me that cost more than the service I came in for. their explanation was that they always do that service combined with the regular maintenance at the KM range. it was not written anywhere that this is what they do and the price for the services rendered were not even on the board. I have 2 Mitsubishi vehicles that will now be serviced at Platinum Mitsubishi in the north. My 2021 RVR was about to become a plug in hybrid outlander Platinum can have that sale as well.

Very unhappy with the service I received today. Called a week ago to book my appointment for a simple oil change as well as to put on my winter tires. I dropped off my vehicle in the morning at 6:00 am and was going to pick it up at the end of my work day (4:00 pm). They called me around 10 to confirm if I would require a shuttle to pick me up which I said I wouldn’t need. After that they said my vehicle will be ready at 4:15. I got a call at 3:40 saying they had missed my call (i never called) but they were working on my car and they will be finished in half an hour to an hour and that was because there was a mix up with my tires as they somehow misunderstood what I wanted done. My husband went to go pick up the vehicle on time for 4:15 and had to wait an hour and a half more for the vehicle to be completed. They didn’t really do anything to compensate us (aside from a very small amount taken off the bill) for the miscommunication and major delay on completion time.

Honestly really disappointed. I took my car here for servicing to get my tires changed over and it turned into a high pressure sales incident, not a big deal It was my own fault for asking questions in the first place. Then I had a request for a survey through email and I answered the questions I believed to be honestly, and I received a call from the service department- they left a voicemail in a very rude and condescending tone. They asked my opinion, I gave it then I got yelled at essentially. I’m really close to trading my car into a dealership that gets me out of Mitsubishi. Don’t fill out surveys for them If you aren’t going to give them 100% or you’ll just get yelled at via voicemail. Avoid this place, we have had such better service at other dealerships. So done

Recently, Courtesy became Bow Mitsubishi, and with the failure of my 13-year-old Outlander, I decided to explore a new car as an option. I'm very glad I did. I shopped around to a couple dealerships looking for the exact car I wanted and I was incredibly frustrated with the majority of the dealerships and how pushy they were and seemed to only care about the sale. That was not the case at Bow Mitsubishi at all. Not only was Mason incredibly helpful, but he listened to and showed me what I wanted to see and it never felt like he was trying to pressure me into a purchase or upsale. Brandon who was the sales manager did a phenomenal job on working out pricing with us. Nothing felt hidden, left out or unexplained and was able to give us an even better deal than we expected. The deal that I walked away with on my brand new Lancer was great and made me feel like I landed an incredible deal and value. And based on all of the other great reviews for this place, I know that me and my new car are in good hands. Couldn't be happier and more excited to get into my new car and this will definitely be the dealership I come to for all my purchases in the future. 5 STARS!

The original experience was fine. Got conditionally approved for the loan, but after some deciding, I ultimately didn't purchase the vehicle. I walked away from the $500 deposit on good faith. However, a few months goes by and I have noticed that when they did the original credit check, they hard checked my credit FIVE SEPARATE TIMES in a single day. If you have recently financed a vehicle through Bow Mitsubishi I would recommend looking at your credit history to see if they have made the same mistake. Really glad I didn't give these guys my business now.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM BOW MITSUBISHI. They are crooks. Used car pricing through AMVIC dealers has to be “all-in” plus GST, but they will add $1000-2000 dollars of fees and mandatory add ons once you come to a price. I can’t even imagine how many people they have ripped off and how much money they have made through these illegal sale tactics. They have been reported to AMVIC.

It's well taken care of, additional costs (and cost-saving measures) are discussed in advance and we're able to take most repairs at the pace we can afford. We were in a great mood spending our Saturday looking at vehicles around Calgary in our price range. Halfway through our day after seeing many other vehicles, we came to Bow Mitsubishi where everyone was busy with appointments until Kyle met with us. Kyle was incredibly kind and EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot without even being prepared as we were walk-ins. We looked at a used vehicle that we were interested in but it was clearly priced too high for its year and model and especially since it had very intense cigarette smoke inside. There was a $1,500 add-on of dealerships fees (and taxes obviously) on top of the asking price. Kyle sat us down and discussed our options and the potential of offering a lower price and went to talk to another manager. Then, Guy sat down with us and our 5-star experience immediately tanked to a 2-star. Guy budged slightly on the price but only focused on what the dealership needed and its hardships making our needs feel unimportant. He made excuses about the dealership's poverty of not being able to get more vehicles in, which may be the case, but felt quite self-absorbed. He did not talk at all about what we as customers and a family need and provided no other options to look at, writing us off as potential customers. We left feeling insignificant, not worth his time, and no longer in a good mood. Up until we met with Guy, we were LOVING our experience, the initial vibe of the dealership, and the delicious coffee. My partner and I were enjoying our time there so much that we were excited to begin full-heartedly recommending this dealership to our friends and family. This was the first dealership that day that we felt this strong and positive about. Based on Guys' attitude toward us and lack of desire to help us find a vehicle, we no longer want to recommend this dealership or come back to purchase our next vehicle. My family had a long week, that ended up stellar. Monday: Michael Cox has been our go-to Service person for years, and when the engine light came on while my daughter was driving, he was able to offer a few on-the-phone solutions that enabled her to get home safely without a tow. Tuesday: We dropped off our car for Michael to take a look at, and he did everything he could to get it back on the road, but since it wasn't a Mitsubishi vehicle, he was limited by what he could ultimately do. Wednesday: After many back and forth communications, including a couple of excellent Test Drives, thanks to Mikael and Kyle for setting those up, and explaining all of the various features, we ended up trading in both our aging vehicles, and they got us into a 2021 Mirage, and a 2021 RVR. Everyone stayed late that night, between discussions on financing, and vehicle options - making sure we understood our options and making sure that we had the best deal possible. Jon and Sylvain were in the background, crunching numbers and making sure that their team was supported. Thursday: Canada Day - Maynard did some additional magic with the financing companies and we were able to seal the deal. Friday: My wife works late, but the team stuck around, even with the impending thunderstorms to make sure our vehicles were ready for our very busy weekend. Michael and the service team worked all day getting them ready, and Mikael bravely headed out into the rain with us to show us our new vehicles. We had to wait out some of the storm with the team, and these guys all stuck around to make sure that we were well taken care of. We eventually headed home, crawling along the Deerfoot, safely passing all the cars huddled under the bridges, and got home safe and sound with our new rides. Saturday: In all this time, we really hadn't told my daughter what was going on (she was working, and we wanted to surprise her. So, Saturday morning, I pulled up at her work, to pick her up for an appointment in our (well, really, her) Mirage. She was over the moon! The Mirage hooked up smoothly to her phone, and she gushed the whole way home about all the features. We also love our RVR - it is the perfect size for our family and isn't overloaded with features; the team really made sure we bought what we needed and could afford, without any major upselling. I really felt like the whole team cared and put our needs above theirs. I really recommend the team at Bow for both their service team, and their sales family. We usually deal with Platinum for purchasing and servicing. They're very good to us. However I could not get in a service appointment in the time I needed. I called courtesy and they took me in with no hesitation. The lady who booked my appointment was so wonderful BUT she was obviously pushed to do up sells. I booked the appointment for my uncle and his 2014 Outlander. It was due for the 32,000km service which is fairly basic and costs around $150. After she confirms the appointment and the vehicle being serviced, I thought I was done booking but she tells me that Mitsubishi recommends a brake fluid service and an alignment. I was stunned. On what planet does a car that's less than 2 years old and has under 32,000km need new brake fluid and an alignment?!? I work at a dealer in town already and smell BS very easily when talking to a sales team or service team at another dealer and sadly, courtesy Mitsubishi is no different. In no way, shape, or form does Mitsubishi recommend those items that would've costed me over $250 extra, when it's not needed! I had no choice to get the service done there so I booked it. I knew better but if someone who didn't know better, called in and was pushed to do those items, they'd be completely taken advantage of! All in all, the service was quick, and the advisor was very nice. So for that, they did me well, but I just can't believe how much management pushes them to take advantage over innocent customers...

The salesman was friendly but probably was new or inexperiencedas he was just reciting the car's features but not listening to my questions. The sales manager was totally uninterested on us, he didn't do much to help his rookie salesman that didn't even take our phone number. I love the RVR but as we had similar experience at Platinum we lost our confidence in the brand. We ended buying with Nissan.

The sales associate Scott was fabulous. He provided answers to all my questions. Once I made my decision on the vehicle I wanted to purchase. The experience with the paper work and the cost was time consuming and painful. They couldn't explain charges on the bill and how it was calculated. The financing process was equally bad as it put values for the vehicle much higher (10k) then the MSRP. It was a long wait for the paperwork to be prepared then it was wrong. The up sell for addons was long and the charges were inflated. The process after the sales part with the business administration needs to be improved a lot. I love the vehicle but I am not sure based on the customer experience if I would go back.

Went to Bow Mitsubishi to get a new key cut and programmed for our car. They honoured their quoted price (unlike other companies). I totally expected the dealership would cost more but they were actually priced better. This was the first time we had the car in for service and I have to say the staff were GREAT. Friendly and efficient. Car was washed and sanitized when I got it back in less than an hour. While I can't speak for the other services, if you need a Mitsubishi key cut and programmed, visit Bow Mitsubishi and you won't be disappointed!

To start off, if I could give this dealership zero start I WOULD. My girlfriend took her car (Lancer) to get the recalls done, and came home furious on how terrible the service was. After having the car stay at the service department for 8 HOURS they called her up saying that it was done, but in her surprise the a/c (heat or cold) does not work anymore. So in short, SHE CAME IN WITH WORKING A/C AND RECEIVED IT WITHOUT WORKING A/C. To agitate the situation, the staffs there said that if she wasn’t satisfied with the service she could take it to a mechanic. How would someone drive outside without a heater when it’s cold outside, to the point that it fogs up your windows. I was baffled with how these guys treat their customers, and how they consider the safety of their customers.

I have to say that, John, our salesman, was so not typical in his demeanor - meaning he was very relaxed and let us ask the questions - that we actually had a good time taking the 2014 Outlander for a test drive. He gave us the facts and was very soft-spoken. We like NOT PUSHY as I suspect other people will so this was refreshing. We are still deciding on which small SUV is right for us but I have to say the pleasant experience we had at Hyatt would encourage us to go back there, unlike other dealerships we visited. I needed a failed wheel bearing to be replaced (which means the car should not be driven) and was sent driving by Platinum. Worst dealership.. scamsters.. if your math is not strong and unable to calculate on the fly they will rip you off.. if you are planning to buy Mitsubishi (very good car makers.. I am a satisfied owner of a RVR) buy from platinum.. I was quoted $1600 extra for a mirage and they justified it saying it was the Canada package they put in the car. On enquiring what was that, I was told.. not kidding.. nitrogen air in tires, cleaning the car before delivery, a block heater (probably worth $100).. The finance person Alex there worked out a monthly payment, which when calculated over the entire period of the finance came up to $5000 more than sale price ($17000 car - mirage).. and I was told that's how finance works and it was due to interest amount that I end up paying so much.. seriously they are scamsters.. The total interest I pay for the rvr I got from platinum is $280 for a $26000 car! If you cannot calculate interest rates etc on the fly, these guys will confirm fleece you.. avoid this place.. go to platinum.. they are more decent professional people..

Second time reviewing because this experience was different from my last. Not impressed. I ordered splash guards the last time I had gotten my car serviced. I was told 1-2 weeks for the parts to come in and they would call me. Week 3 and I call them only to be told yeah my parts are there but no one bothered to call and tell me, but I'm going on vacation the following week and decide I'm better off making an appointment for after I'm back in case any more issues pop up and I do not want to time crunch . I make an appointment for Monday morning after I return so I can drop my car off Sunday night and pick it up after work the following day. Monday afternoon I call to see how it is going only to be put on hold and have a girl come back and tell me that one of my splash guards they ordered is cracked and a new part will not be able to be ordered same day. You don't check parts when they come in for quality assurance ? I get told I will have to come back later in the week. I work weekdays so I get told come in Saturday morning and I will be pushed to the front and I will be in and out. No apologies, nothing to makeup for me leaving my car there for a day and having nothing done to it because they cant be bothered to do a quality check. I don't appreciate having to make arrangements for a ride to work in the morning and a ride to the dealership after work twice in one week when I should have only had to do it once. I come in Saturday morning to see that they were obviously open before 9 and several cars lined up waiting to get in. I get told by another girl that she will try and have my car back to me this afternoon. Completely ridiculous. I explained the run around I have been given and how frustrated I am to receive the same answer but a "promise" that she would get the tech to work on it the same time as another vehicle. Several hours later I get a call saying its ready and when I go I ask for confirmation that both splash guards I ordered were put on. Girl cant tell me nothing and goes to talk to the tech. Comes back and says I'm pretty sure both were out on. I'm not looking for pretty sure after the run around and disappointing service I've gotten, I am looking for a yes or no. Almost a month to put on 2 splash guards. The only reason I'm leaving 2 stars is because Ryan actually knows what hes doing and I wish it had been him that I was dealing with for this.

If I could give a lower review I would. Zero communication between Finance Manager Gady and Salesman Mikael. I had to chase after both of them to get any answers on the deal. After 2 weeks of my questions being half answered and no returned calls I had my boyfriend call to try and get some answers. Gady the Finance Manager then proceeded to give all my financial information including credit score, amount in chequings account, credit card/student loan amount to him OVER THE PHONE. Which is VERY illegal and goes against the privacy act. For all he knew it could have been anyone calling pretending to be in relation to myself. This dealership is extremely unprofessional and I strongly advise against anyone doing business with these rednecks.

I Took an appointment for a trade in/appraisal. They had a similar valued used car for sale, so I took mine to get appraised by their management and see what kind of deal we can agree on. The Sales people look friendly, but boy, management is a different story.... After finishing the customer survey and all, I waited around 40 minutes for the "Manager" to show up (appointment at 4, he showed up at 4:44). He did not address me or say a word, took a very quick half tour around my car, then went inside (Still without saying as much as Hi). 15 minutes later, I see him leaving (Not a word), then the sales person comes to me and gives me their final "offer", which was Around $7K less than an appraisal I got the previous week for a different dealership, and $10K less than the similar valued car they had on sale (Mine was one year newer, less mileage, full warranty...).....I obviously chuckled, shaked hand with the friendly sales person and left, but this says tons about what kind of experience one would expect from this business....

Since the whole Lancer platform was discontinued I get a call about every 3 months to buy my Raliart. Quite annoying. Further shuttle service no longer goes to the one place it needs to go for literally everyone there at 730 am... DOWNTOWN. So I have to shuttle to the train then take two trains to get to work, wonder if Subaru does the same. EDIT: Shuttle does go downtown now, again, which is nice. However still annoyed about the new lineup.

I struggled leaving this, because I imagine there must be an insane amount of pressure placed on the dealers to sell covid stock from 2020. But I still have a bad taste in my mouth, days later so here goes! 1. The price advertised is not the price of the vehicle. For some reason the sales team was trying to charge us for items already installed or applied to the vehicle. Leading me to believe they should just adjust the advertised prices and be more transparent right out of the gate. 2. We tested two, and one of the vehicles we drove was filthy. I understand they don’t detail it after every test drive, but it had crusty milk in the seam of a backseat, and dog hair all over. As well as parts for a completely different car in the trunk 3. Our initial sales contact was good (Mikael). It would have been easy to have bought a car from him, but we began to feel a bit uneasy, especially after seeing sales add up the nickels and dimes for accessories that should have been priced in when the dealer evaluated the car for sale(ie:3m coating). We said we needed to think about it and would like to leave. He was patient and clear that the quote wasn’t going to be valid after the 1st, as it had special dealer promotions on it that ended month end. We understood and asked for our keys back (they had been assessing our old van for trade) 4. After he left to “get the keys” we then had Jon(?) land to tell us this deal wasn’t going to get any better, how amazing it was and how this is the best deal, and how it’s too good to pass up. I firmly asked for our keys back, and was met with him claiming he’s “not trying to be combative”, etc… but kept talking. He made sure we knew we couldn’t get that pricing again if we came back later this week. Which was fine, it wasn’t the deal of the century anyway, despite what he thought. 5. To be fair, I do not recall what happened next, I was surprised to hear him still talking, but my spouse somehow got through to him and as he was huffing away he did this big dramatic rip of the quote paper. ( I have a kid that takes firm boundaries and rejection better than him.) 8. Here’s the kicker, my spouse gets a text today asking us if we had any questions on the vehicle or wanted to proceed. He was told they would could honour the quote. After all that! We were made to feel like we were pulling dukes out for wanting to take a minute to think. I’ve never felt like that while trying to purchase goods or services from anywhere before in my life I can’t imagine why anyone would want to go there.

So to start things off, I was one of the many who had been taken advantage of by the Gallery of fine cars. I got taken, repeatedly. They sold me my dream car, that turned out to be a nightmare. We The staff at Courtesy not only had a thorough go-over on my Ralliart, but also jumped on recalled parts without question or charge. I had no idea (even after multiple visits to the gallery shop) that there were even recalled parts on it. To add to it, the service department even reset my differential without hesitation. It was an excellent service and a very positive experience. Out of curiosity, I asked about a trade in. As much as I loved my ralliart, it was more than I needed, and could afford. An amazing car, a very thirsty, amazing car. After a few minutes, I got to meet Chris and Justin and the team and from there not only took my painfully early trade in seriously, but put in the time and effort to make sure that they could make a deal, and ensure that I would ride away in something to be proud of. Now, I am in a 2014 nissan rogue sv, and am loving it. They could have stuck me with something that I didn't need, but they made sure that not only I would be excited with my new car, but it was something I can bring back when the time is right to get another ralliart, and still retain value for the trade in. And I will. And it will be from Courtesy. TL;DR: If I had the extra digits, I'd give these folks four thumbs up. This is now "my shop" of choice. Hands down. This was the worst experience I could imagine at a dealership. I simply asked why they couldn't match the pricing that the calculator spits out on the website. I just wanted an explanation of what was not accounted for and they refused to account for it and just said that was the price. They had added over $4000 to the price of an RVR. When I walked through the calculator with Tyler in sales he saw what I was talking about and said he would call me back when he figured it out. Never did. I bought my Lancer 10 years ago at the same dealership when it used to be Hyatt Mitsubishi - the experience then was FAR better. Their GM Mike Lowton stopped emailing me simply because I questioned the pricing. I requested assistance from Mitsubishi Motors Canada and they said that the dealership can lower the price but when I asked if they are allowed to add $4000 to it they never responded. They spoke with Bow Mitsubishi as well and said that they would be in touch but again - nothing. I am a brand new Nissan owner and couldn't be happier. What an absolute joke of a dealership. Special shout out to Sales Manager Fazal who couldn't possibly be a worse people person and salesman in general. He was disrespectful and sleazy as can be. Stay away there are other dealerships that will earn your business.

I bought a new 2012 RVR in the fall of 2012. I've had experiences with many dealerships over the years. In my opinion, Hyatt is much better than others. Matt in Sales and Shirley in Service are the two people I feel I can trust. That doesn't mean they are perfect; just that they work hard to do a good job and take responsibility when situations arise that need to be addressed. After two years and many problem-free KM's, I still love my RVR. The 10 year / 160,000 km warranty is the best. My strong advice: Don't buy Mitsubishi and go to another dealer. If you already bought, check the car carefully before 5 years warranty. The dealer won't tell you any problems. I have an Outlander 2016, the less reliable car I ever owned. In the first 5 years: battery charger dead, needed 50Km tow; battery replaced; both shock boots broken - see photo; top rails gone after the first automatic wash and so on. Last service cost more than 1,000$, simple oil change 2 hours...

Be careful. Our experience here was all but great. We started off discussion via their website and emails. We were told they would do what they could for our business. Without boring you, I will make it short. Sales person was good, nice, friendly and made connections. Once "Guy" got involved for the numbers for a vehicle we got to a bi weekly we were somewhat okay with. Overnight we crunched numbers to figure out why the bi weekly wasn't lower. Turns out after I went back to see what was going on, the verbal agreements did not line up with what they were doing on paper. Instead of admitting fault, or being kind and trying to "earn my business" as they put it. "Guy" told me how much of a loss the verbally discussed prices would be a for him and argued with me when I told him I can just go elsewhere and probably get a better deal. Sadly, had the approach from "Guy" been any different, we probably would have bought from them. I had to ask twice for my deposit back and when I was handed it "Guy" was non apologetic and just said "here is your cheque". Now I will go out of my way to find a better, worse or comparable deal at a different dealership and yes, I will also make sure it's not affiliated with this one. *update: The dealership called to apologize with the old “we went above and beyond” along with the “I’m sorry you feel that way”. When I said I would not come back for them to have my business (despite them wanting to “earn” it) he concluded the call with “well, good luck”. His verbal judo skills over word choice was an attempt to make me feel I was in the wrong. Whoever owns this place needs to get their finance people some communication training and manners. **update. A different dealership offered us $5000 more for our trade in.

I suggest you don't bring your vehicle to this location unless if you want them to joy ride in your vehicle. The mechanics over here think their smart by clearing the KM's on the dash, but they didn't account for the gas going down. To make matters worse they didn't complete the job. I found my experience fairly unprofessional and dishonest. Not willing to show you any numbers except for rough uneducated estimates about the value of their cars. I managed to get convinced I was getting a decent deal after getting blatantly lied to about my vihicles worth and told there was nothing else in a similar price range with no others in western Canada for clearance 2016. So I broke down and impulsively took the car only to get home and realize that the price I paid was only fraction lower than the 2017 model and identical to the 2018 prices of the competition. The transmission on my 2016 lancer already jumps every time you put it into drive or reverse and with only 500 km on the car they told me my warranty should cover it. I've had better luck buying trucks off of Kijiji with 300000 km, never did I think I'd get ripped off on a brand new car with a slipping transmission straight out of the dealership.

Have made multiple trips in to the service dept have an open case have left messages and have even offered to leave my vehicle there all week if they can just fix it and still nothing. They don’t have a courtesy car on site to lend you when you need one. They don’t return your phone call when you have an issue with the billing. Before I brought my car to their service dept. I first ask with the a customer service agent online and was asking if there are any charges for parts and labor of my car. I was told that its none coz it covers the 10 years mitsubishi warranty. They found blown 10 a fuse and replaced. Note that after its done they charge me $65 labor and $2.55 for a new fuse + with the $3.77 gst. Very disappointed with their service. I should had not brought my car to them instead take it to another dealer which I used to and don't charge me even a single penny. Just couldn't get an appointment rightaway coz their busy. Advice not to go to this branch for service. You will end up paying big amounts of dollar.

We bought an SUV from these guys. They had it listed, and we called and confirmed we would come look at it that evening. He was very reluctant and told us we couldn't bargain if we had to share two salespeople. We were under agreement that the car was 100% covered for 30 days after purchase. When a week later my engine light blinked on and off I called if this could be fixed and they said it was not covered and it would be under my own expense. We had the winter tires put on at time of purchase, and went this spring to have the summer ones put on. They told me the summer tires were severely unsafe to drive with, they were the original tires on the 2006 model (even though they told me they were only a couple years old and still good for a couple more years). I still paid full price for my brand new 1000$ tires that I did not budget for. The worst part is that they wouldn't shuttle either, and paid 60$ to get to and from home each way. I am never coming back here. Horrible service.

I wrote a review to the Dealer Site, but that Site has 85% 5-Star reviews, all responded to (i.e., monitored) by the Dealer. Even so, they fall short of what Putin has done in Russia at 89% Approval Rating. Still not bad, right? So why should I be in any sort of doubt? Like, such high Approval??? Maybe because it's that "loyalty flaw" I fall prey to, that idea of "trusting". After all my wife and I had bought two Mitsubishi Eclipse cars from this dealer in the past, and now have had servicing/winter tires for another $2,300. So we followed a Dealer recall about air-bags and asked for some things to be looked at. There were, we thought, small nagging stuff and simple things to be looked at. NOT. Muffler, our initial concern, we were told to go elsewhere. At 83,000 kilometers, we were told to get a new new timing belt (Duh, safety? Really?). For speaker distortion, i.e., ("turn on the radio" to see a speaker is blown), a "diagnosis" cost us $130.00; and then to turn on the A/C switch to see two positions do not work, a "diagnosis" $130.00. No debate about the bill. The best comparable I can offer is that on top of the $130 Mitsubishi "diagnosis", speaker cost installed would have been an extra $243 (so $373 total Mitsubishi), while Visions would have done a basic speaker/install at $150. For $373 I am looking at a very good sound system, and real Hi Fidelity. Bottom line problem: you can't talk with these guys. So how can you trust them?

We received excellent help from the service department. They were accommodating in getting our vehicle into the shop and ensured we were also updated regularly on the status of the vehicle. Once the part came in they ensured the work was done in a timely fashion. The only reason I have three stars was because I was extremely disappointed in the fact that I did not get a loaner vehicle for the time that they had my vehicle for repairs/waiting for the part (8 days). I spoke to the original dealer that I purchased the vehicle from (northern Alberta) and they too were also shocked. When I spoke to Bow Mitsubishi again, I was informed that the owners have decided to forego having loaner vehicles available to their customers. I was told that the only way I would have a loaner vehicle was if the part was on back order. Again, the service department was kind and patient in answer all my questions.

The staff were polite but they keep changing the price and adding stuff we did not agree on. We agreed on a price and then they backed out.. they took away the FREE tv to adjust the price.. charged us for FREE oil changes. One boss would come in and then could not make the decision as he had to clear it with his boss. Etc Etc.. Their admin fees were double the price of the other Mitsubishi dealer in Calgary . They give only $250 for referral where the other gives $500.00 They were going to sell us a cosmic blue outlander 2018 but it was silver and they called it blue. We did not buy from them but went to Platinum Mitsubishi where they came in with a better price, then added $2500 of extras .. which Bow was going to charge us for. I will never go back or refer anyone to Bow. Too bad it used to be a great place .

To be honest I’ve never liked bringing my car back to the dealership to get it serviced. I had poor experience two or three times and was hesitant to bring my car there for the two recalls that I needed to get done. I called and made an appointment and the part was ordered. I dropped my car off the night before and the next day I picked it up. When I picked it up I walked around the car to make sure there was no additional damage to the exterior and there wasn’t any from what I could see. I got in the car and started it up and looked around the interior. There were some zip ties left on the floor mat and some stripped wires that weren’t cleaned up. Nothing to big, but a little annoying as I just cleaned and vacuumed the car. As I was sitting in my car i notice the trim plate for the radio was loose, but no big deal I just popped it back on. I was still looking around my cars interior and then notice a new scratch or scuff on the dash. I get out and get a towel with some cleaner and try to clean it, but it’s not coming off. Call it as it is, it was a new scratch on the dash. I didn’t bother letting anyone know and I thought about it for a while, but I just asked my self what is the dealership really going to do? Probably not a lot cause my car is 2006 and so I drove away. I will just live with it. Today I notice that the SRS light is on. I’m not sure if it was on when I left, but I know it was on when I came in and that the SRS light is to do with the airbag. Maybe it just needs to be reset, I’m not sure. I will have to call the dealership back and ask or try to reset it myself. Overall it was nice to get the work done, but the Scratch on the dash and the SRS light coming back on give this a poor review. The best part of the service was booking the appointment. Rick was very professional and followed up when he said he would. No complaints with him. Hope this review helps.

Bow Mitsubishi is such a great dealership. I had a bad experience with my diamond care warranty coverage and roadside assistance not working for me. I got it towed to Bow Mitsubishi after hours, they have an automated 24 hour drop off kiosk. It's the coolest thing I've seen at any dealership and it made it super simple and fast to drop off my vehicle. Despite the warranty coverage and roadside assistance hiccups, due to a third party, Bow managed to make time on a busy Saturday to take it for a drive to diagnose the issue. They also called in a second technician on a Saturday to make sure they would get to my car by the end of the day. Everything was covered under warranty and no matter how busy they were, they acted with 100% complete professionalism the entire time. The entire service staff was friendly and professional. Stuck in Calgary for 2 days and it started off stressful but thanks to Bow Mitsubishi it ended feeling almost like a 2 day vacation.

So far I have had very poor service with Mitsubishi and I haven’t even had my vehicle for a year. Staff are not kept up to date with services offered such as diamond care. Courtesy Mitsubishi is very unorganized and you’ll need to explain your situation to every single person as no one seems to know what’s going on. I was told that the comments/notes don’t save in their computer sometimes, which is not a valid excuse. Spoke with a finance advisor as that is where I was directed to voice my concerns. I did not even receive a simple apology nor did I feel like anyone care about how upset I was with the service. They will sell you a vehicle and act all nice, but once they have made that sale they do not appear to care about their customers.

Not impressed. We bought a car, and with three other people with me at the time of purchase the salesperson said there was a 30 day cover from top to bottom on the car. I have three people who can confirm that the dealership said absolutely everything was covered for 30 days other than oil changes. Noticed my brakes have been sqeaking like crazy, very very bad a couple weeks after purchase. I tried to make an appointment and they said it was not covered in the waranty and they did not have time to get there car in, although the website stated the time slots were available. Way to keep your customers happy mitsubishi. I will not be back. They are scarm artists, make sure you read every single detail of your paperwork if you buy a car from them.

This place is disgustingly racist. Just walk in and you will smell it. I have stopped going to this place for any service. I went there for some time because I purchased my vehicle from this place and wanted to get serviced from the same dealership. However, the people in the service department are rude and they behave badly to customers depending on the color of my skin. I even took the issue to the management but the person I talked to was basically another racist who said the behavior of his employees was appropriate (!!!) and tried to blame me for it (!!!). When I asked him specific examples (after giving my own), he failed to respond and gave me made up stories. The bad behavior of the staff is promoted by the management. Or may be they only want white customers and hate people with color riding vehicles. You will notice their staff isn't diverse either. I have stopped going there and advise people to stay away from their low behavior. Will never go to this place again and don't recommend. My plans are to take this complaint to the owner and even to AAA and Mitsubishi Canada.

I brought my Lancer into this dealership for an oil change and asked them to check my car because it felt like it was hesitating when I excelerated. I was contacted a few hours later saying my car was finished, they didn't find anything wrong with it but it would be an extra $60 dollars for the tests. I called back saying I was not informed I would be charged $60 for them to drive my car and hook a machine up to it, and didn't think it was fair they charge me considering I was not informed AND they didn't find anything. I understand that service costs money, but I believe I should have been informed of this prior to the test being done, as I wouldn't of had it serviced by them if that was the case. I also spoke with the service manager. He is a complete a-hole. I told him that I would not be bringing my car back to them if this is the way they do business to which he replied "well if you act like that then you're definitely going to be charged $60". My $60 oil change cost me $120 and Im no further ahead then I was before. Do not trust this dealership. I should have listened to the other comments

I came in about a month ago for the first time and my mind was set: I was ready to buy a brand new lancer. I was super excited but upon entering, I was greeted by a salesman, Sam, who was not very professional at all. He was chewing food when he greeted me, talking with his mouth full, and when he took me to his desk, there was food all over the place. That aside, I told him I was very interested in purchasing a lancer and would like to know how much it would be monthly on shortest term with my down payment. Now at other dealers, they’d print me a nice clean quote of all the details of financing. Sam just scribbled some numbers down on scrap paper and told me “if you divide x by x, that’s how much you’ll be paying a month”... he didn’t even bother to use a calculator? I had to pull out my phone and do the math for him. I felt like he wasn’t taking me seriously and was judging me because I was young. I’ve been to many dealers and I have never gotten treated so poorly. Unfortunately I did not purchase the lancer, but a Lexus IS instead. Funny how I was “sold” on the lancer when I was coming in, but the salesman “un-sold” me. Isn’t their job the opposite? I wish I had Keith as a salesman, he seems to get plenty of positive reviews.

Nice staff but just another sale, was not professional. I bought a truck for 32,000$ and when I signed it became 38,000. I found out after not before that they added all these other perks like undercoat and tire care etc. Also I was approved on a very nice payment bi weekly and sat for 4 hours to be told that they had approved me on a truck that was 2 years newer and the one I had come for was a 15’. So I had to adjust my monthly to 745 to accommodate their mistake.....I wouldn’t recommend going here.

They tried to convince me to pay for more services like change filters, then they asked me after they start work in the car to pay more for filters, when I told them I paid already for that, they told me no that was for inspection and rotation, cheating .... they just care about money and I assume that the dealer has a good service, but not, I'll never go to them again. 3:47 PM update: I got a telephone call from them and they offer me to change the filter with no charge, So I appreciate what they did not because of the offer, but because they take care of their customers, thanks Courtesy Mitsubishi.

I bought a van from Courtesy Mitsu in Nov 2016. I took it back this summer for an AC Recharge and was upsold on the AC System Inspection (vacuum test, pressure test, refrigerant fill). They gave me a receipt stating everything checked out fine. A half hour later, it wasn't blowing cold again. Underneath the vehicle, the hitch bolts had worn into the AC line and caused a leak, and it was noticeably spewing refrigerant out. How could something that audible and visibly wrong be a pass in the inspection? I went back to this dealership for service because of my experience with the salesman. He personally would get 5-stars. Since he has moved onto greener pastures, so will I.

Initially, he was GREAT, but after that it was difficult to get a returned phone call or email. Everyone’s busy, I get that, but where I got annoyed was when he took a walk-in when I came to get my new car. I just spent $50+K and one would think he could make time to show me the features of the vehicle before. I thought it showed poor business etiquette. Having said that, another member of the team was there to assist and he was very nice.

My recent experience with Bow Mitsubishi was not a pleasant one. I took my 2011 Outlander in for a new timing belt. My phone conversation led me to believe the cost for this service would be $700, with any tensioners, etc. covered under Mitsubishi's warranty. Later in the morning, I received a call advising a recommended alternator belt and tensioner replacement (not warranty), and was told the person who gave me the $700 figure was no longer with the company. The final bill came to $1304, including a "goodwill gesture" of a $33 discount - hardly significant. Also included were a $36 amount labelled Misc. charges and $70 for shop supplies. Does anyone else find this a bit high? I'm sorry, Bow, but I can't give you any more than two stars for this experience.

I went in after getting 3 letters about how they would love for me to come in and see if I wanted to trade in my Mirage. Sales person I am supposed to meet with isn't there so a brand new sales associate is here to help me. Fine, whatever, he seems nice. I test drive 2 cars and go to find out how much my car is worth. The finance guy tells me my car has depreciated in value by 75% in the 14 months I have owned it. I have no words, just the urge to run as far away from this dealership as possible. Stupid for them I had done my research on the value of my car and would have made a deal if they had gotten with 2 grand of what my car was worth. Oh also, I noticed they don't have prices on their cars. Made me wonder how much the car was actually worth.

The shuttle got me to work on time, service representatives communicated clearly all the issues and even identified (and repaired) factory recalls and warranty issues. My only complaint is with the key fob reprogramming. While not specifically an issue with this dealership, a car that can lose the fob programming should not cost me $70 to reprogram.

However, I had received a few recall notices and decided it was in my best interest to book my car in. From the beginning, Bow Mitsubishi was nothing but a pleasure to deal with. Bought a used vehicle from this dealership, the dealers lied about items on the car being covered by warranty. They lied about the season of tires on the car and tread remaining. I took the car in myself after to find the tires were not all season and had half the tread quoted remaining, they were required to detail the car and it was still a mess inside, (coffee stains, dirt on the dash and floors and glass smears all around). They charged 1,399$ for 3m guard which I have had to go back repeatedly to have redone and it only seems to get worse each visit. They charged additional pricing on a wheel alignment that wasn't done, a second party dealership found it to still be unaligned. They promised a follow up call from the dealer and dealership to see how things have gone, I have yet to receive a call from anyone I talked to in person, but a email telling me I should come back for servicing on specified dates. LOL, I definitely wont be returning to this location for anything even after having bought my car from them. Horrible customer service and horrible follow through/ completion of their jobs at hand on all fronts.

We bought a $50k 2018 Toyota sienna and we're.straight up lied to about the car among other things. We knew what we wanted and the car had everything we wanted or so we thought. The salesman (Tyler) told us it had remote start and we believed him. We completed all the paperwork on Thursday and were told we can pick up the car on Saturday. As part of the purchase agreement, they were supposed to replace the cracked windshield, buff up some minor scratches as well as do full detailing for the inside on the car. we didn't want them to rush it, so we elected to pick up the car on Monday. Monday happened to be a stat holiday so we couldn't take out our bank draft. we called Monday to let them know we will be picking up the car on Tuesday. we show up Tuesday around noon to a car that looks exactly as it was before. Tyler assures us it's been buffed and detailed by the shop. I was in disbelief because there were some minor stains on the seat that I know are super easy to remove and I showed him the pictures we had taken at the time of purchase. plus the windshield wasn't replaced. same with some minor scratches that could easily have been buffed out. when I asked for the paperwork to show what had been done to the car, Tyler comes back and says that the shop had been closed over the long weekend so they didn't actually even touch the car. Their excuse was that they thought we were coming at 5pm (no clue why, as we were scheduled to pick up the car the previous day). We live really far from the dealership and have 2kids under 2years of age so we told them it's really tough for us to trek out that far the pick the car up again. they graciously offer to get the car delivered, and asked us to leave the license and registration in the car. When the car eventually got delivered, they had somehow lost the license plate and registration, so we had to wait till they got us a new one. we also had to go file a police report to make sure the old license plate wasn't linked to us anymore. So we finally have our new car and we're happy to let go of all the inconveniences we faced but apparently Tyler had straight up lied to us about the remote start. The car had no remote start. we contacted the dealership right away but Tyler was apparently no longer with the company. I've since been in touch with a couple of people including the sales manager (Glen, who was involved in the actual purchase) and am just being jerked around. I've been calling pretty much weekly for months. I'm always told he either needs to talk to someone else or that he'll call me back later. I've given up on getting anything from them but want to warn others against dealing with such an unethical enterprise.

After going to a few used car dealerships, I came in to Bow as they had several good options to choose from. I told the sales rep, Moe Hackem, what I was looking for and what was in my budget and he grabbed several keys to test drive. They worked with me on a great price and Guy (sales manager) and Elias (finance) were great in closing the deal. I didn't feel pressured or uncomfortable at all. Would recommend. Their post-delivery service was also very attentive.

Used to love this place Not so much anymore. Service Deparrme t is deplorable. They used to track what needed to be done. Now they don't even write it in when they book the appointment, which they have a tendency to lose as well. They don't see to have a clue what they are doing. I was booked in for the day - they didn't have the appt in their computer. Booked again for the day based on what was recommended for the vehicle. Get here and all they have me down for is a CV joint check. I guess if everything they booked me for causes issuesbthey can hopefully fix it under warranty.

Mikael and the team at Bow Mitsubishi were incredibly helpful on my recent vehicle purchase. Unknowingly, I walked in right before they were closing up for the evening, and Mikael stayed hours late, walking through every detail of the vehicle I had my eyes on, doing everything possible to get it done for me.
