This was our first time using this car rental company and the experience was great. Their cars are brand new and I loved the fact that ours had winter tires so we did not have to worry about driving in the mountains. Their office is conveniently located at the Pan Pacific Hotel in Vancouver, right where the ship terminals are. The service was very friendly and the guy working there was extremely knowledgeable about the area, he answered all of our many questions as this was out first time in BC. The price was very competitive and I feel we got everyone and more for our money. I would highly recommend Ascent Rental Car.

We were staying in Pan Pacific Hotel and needed a car to go skiing in Whistler. Ascent rent a car was conviently located in the hotel lobby. Very easy and friendly communication and the rental process itself. Car had winter tires which made driving in Whistler a breeze.
