Great used car store that has an amazing team of salespeople to answer questions and are patient enough to let the customers makes their own choices. Not a lot of inventory, but they have a fairly good selection of used cars ranging from compact sedans to luxury crossovers. Give this place a shot if you are looking for a non CPO used car.

What can I say about Peninsula Automotive that hasn't already been said, truly a great dealership with a pleasurable experience. Dropped by with the wife and kids to look at a particular vehicle and ask a few questions. We first dealt with Matt, discussing the value of our trade in. The conversation was very positive and enjoyable.... got a very good feeling deep in our guts after that. Doing my due diligence I knew what my car was worth if I was to trade it in or if I sold it privately, I was more then satisfied with Matt`s offer, truth be told I was very happy with it. Next we sat down with Melanie and worked on the finance of the vehicle. She was very pleasant to work with and found a way to make the payments work for us. My wife and I had a great time joking around and laughing with Melanie. That leaves Keith, in between everything, he was there to answer all our questions. Like the true professional he is and with all my requests and demands (I put him through the ringer lol) he got everything done. Even after having the vehicle in my possession, Keith is still there helping me with any and all questions and demands. I know that if I need servicing, parts or winter tires, I can return to them and still get the best deal. I don't even know where to start!! This team of people are just so awesome! Nate was quick and responsive when I inquired online. He had the car ready and sanitized before my arrival. I decided on the car within minutes and they gave me top dollar on my trade. When I picked up my vehicle he seemed a little rushed on showing me the car and all the tech involved, but overall Nate was great. Very pleasant and fun to work with. That being said Shawna in finance was the real star of the show. She made my dream car a reality and really went to bat for me and my credit repair situation. Her customer care went above and beyond. My wife and I came in during Covid lock down and Marcus showed us a number of used cars. We made an appointment and all the cars were warmed up, sanitized and ready for us. We were very very impressed with this dealership and the knowledge of staff and quality of the vehicles. The unfortunate happenstance of our search for a new (used) vehicle led us to another dealership for the car best suited to our needs. I urge anyone looking for a quality low KM vehicle that this should be your first and hopefully last stop. For it didn't work out , but I will certainty recommend to friends and colleagues.

We came in on a Sunday afternoon at 3PM, and met Nate. By the time we were done with our decision making, it was already 8 PM. Nate actually stayed back on a Sunday evening and helped us make a great decision with our first purchase. Next day, Shawna was amazing too, she helped us with financing options and meet our budget goal too. I would 100% strongly recommend Peninsula Automotive to all friends and family, even strangers. I think their customer service is by far the best which automatically makes you feel a "wanted customer" and taking the leap of faith. Never in all of our dealings has the experience been so pleasantly lacking of the anxiety that accompanies large dollar spending. We were looking for a new model Mini Cooper Clubman and found a few to our liking at 3 different Auto Sales lots. Although the cars viewed were all relatively the same, it was the first class treatment we received from Ron Alexander that made our decision easy. Ron's honesty and integrity were clearly evident, qualities not always exhibited by auto sales people. His easy going style and willingness to take time to ensure all of our questions were answered was much appreciated. Nate greeted us right away and immediately helped show us several cars and test drive them all and gave us all the time we needed (without pressure) to make our decision. Everyone was very attentive but not in any way pushy. I particularly liked working with Mark and did purchase our vehicle from them. The sales manager Keith was great. I live in Port Dover and when we were negotiating the trade in value of my old vehicle he let me text him photos and discuss a value over the phone which saved me a two hour round trip for him to see it in person. The business manager followed up with me, mentioned a couple of options or upsells but he was in no way putting on any pressure, just politely mentioning a few options with warranties etc. The paperwork as all ready and the vehicle was detailed and ready to go when I arrived to pick it up. A Completely painless transaction and I was in and out in no time. Overall I would recommend and wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle from them.

I started the process of looking for an SUV and Peninsula Automotive caught my eye when I noticed they had the vehicles I was interested in, in stock and for a very fair price. I contacted Marcus and he was very attentive to my needs and to what I wanted to spend on a lease on either an X1 or an X3. He immediately emailed me with a price breakdown for both models and a very detailed description of every question I had asked. Marcus was also able to provide me with a rough trade-in value via email without seeing the unit in person which gave me a better idea of what everything would look like if I actually went ahead and leased either of these units. He suggested the X1 was a better fit for me both vehicle wise and cost wise and I agreed with him. I booked an apt to come see the X1 and Marcus was very accommodating to my busy schedule, he said to take my time getting to the dealership and that he would be waiting for me. When I arrived I was welcomed by Marcus and we went over the numbers once again and then went to see the vehicle live in person. He offered a test drive and it was a very pleasant experience and I really enjoyed the drive in the X1- it felt perfect and a nice transition from a sedan. I never felt any bit of pressure to purchase this unit at all, it felt like this decision was totally up to me 100% and Marcus was just guiding me to see if this was the right choice for what I was looking for, and it was! After that initial visit I was emailing Marcus back and forth with questions about leasing the X1, and about my trade in and he was extremely informative and answered every single question I had in a very timely manner. Marcus made the entire experience very simple, clear, and took care of everything including my window tint and my rim dip. I did not have to do very much on my end to close this deal. He even arranged to have one of this workers come out to my place of employment to pick-up my licensing information so it would not inconvenience my day! I contacted Peninsula via Autotrader over the long weekend in the summer. I got a quick reply and follow up even though it was a long weekend. A week later, other dealers kept telling me how busy they were, but Peninsula had a quote, had an estimate for my trade in and were ready to go. I must say that buying a car from this dealership was one easy breeze. My whole impression all the time was that instead of working with the usual sales persons, I've dealt with a bunch of nice young guys who genuinely tried to make your buying experience as pleasant as possible. Now the good: - no pressure at all. I chose the car (it was a 2014 Mercedes C350 - not a cheap one) , I've been given the keys and I've been let go on my own without any dealer rep on the passenger seat (or in the rear). I could really test the car in all circumstances without having e severe eye on me - they have really high end cars and these are in great shape. Also, most of them are almost brand new but the sticker price is way lower than the original - my car was very well prepared before was given to me - I've got by far the best trade-in value for my old car (it was so good that I didn't feel that I should pressure them to leave something from the sticker price. As a goodwill gesture though, they cut me a slack from it too without asking too much) - the after sale experience was great too. I had a problem with one of the keys but the solved it in a fast and professional manner without too much hassle for me. Now the bad: - none whatsoever. As a suggestion though, probably they should invest some in a coffee machine :-) And in the end I must say that definitely they are on top of my list for the time when I'll have my next car purchase

What caught my attention was that they included the carfax and safety in the price which was a dead give away that this wasn’t a shotty dealearship. I think transparency is super important. They really pay attention to the details from the photos, to the description (lots of dealerships leave very brief descriptions), and in person. I visited the dealership during COVID. I called beforehand to set-up a time to view the car and go for a test drive. I was convinced by their post that it was worth the drive from Toronto. I was not disappointed. My husband and I dealt with Marcus (test drives, technical questions, price) and Chris (paperwork for financing and sales agreement, scheduling of car drop-off). We bought a used SUV. The buying experience Marcus was straight forward, did not employ any bombastic sales pitches or pressure us in any way. He was patient, letting us test drive 3 different cars of the same make. He worked with our timelines - late evening appointment and a slow turn around time while we were doing our research. Closing the deal Chris and Marcus helped us move fast once we had made our decision (we decided we wanted the car on a Wed and were hoping to take it out for a ski trip 2 days later on Friday morning; they made it happen). We did not have car insurance so we had to get that done fast and send it over to Chris. He was super responsive throughout the process, prepping any papers he could ahead of time, getting us the financing we wanted and the necessary licensing, so we'd be ready to go once we had secured insurance. There was an accounting glitch and we did not receive our $1000 deposit back automatically after we had closed the deal. I emailed Chris and Marcus once I noticed (a few weeks later) - they responded right away and got it fixed within 3 days. Car state when delivered The shop sent someone to drop off the car near our specified location in downtown Toronto. The drop off was free of charge, it was made on time, with complete paperwork to sign, and the car had been fully serviced. I was concerned about a humid/spillage smell coming from the trunk when we had test driven the car. Very happy there wasn't even a whiff of it when the car was delivered. Car state 2.5 months later No concerns/issues/trouble whatsoever.

I recently purchased a 2020 BMW X3 from Peninsula Automotive Sales and leasing. I worked with Marcus Stoklosa through the process. I had been looking for an X3 specifically and initially enquired with one Marcus had listed. That X3 was not a match however I really felt so comfortable with Marcus from the start that I asked for him to look for the perfect match. He found it within a day or two. I bought the X3 without leaving Windsor. The vehicle was mint with only 3300 km. Marcus sent me photos and a full video of the exterior. We negotiated a price that was thousands less than any other GTA dealer could come close to. And believe me I checked everywhere. The car was delivered to Windsor. We were updated regularly during the delivery process. Further there was a guarantee, if for any reason we did not like the car, we could walk away. The car arrived and was exactly as described. The driver completely sanitized the vehicle before we could look inside. There was a minor stone chip on the bumper, from the drive up, and Marcus immediately approved and sent a bottle of touch up paint at no cost. The way we buy cars is forever changed. This was by far the easiest transaction of a car for me ever. If you are looking for a great deal on a car, high end or not, call Marcus. And don't limit your car search to a specific region, the best prices are to be had at Peninsula and with free delivery there are no boundaries.

Purchased a GLC 300 from Marcus back in June and encountered an issue (nothing to do with Peninsula Auto) during recent winter tire swap with 2 lug bolts that a local tire shop tech couldn't install due to misthreading. MB dealership wanted over $1k to install a new hub. Called Marcus to ask his advice and he immediately called his repair experts at AG+R Burlington and was told that it was probably a simple fix with a relapping tool to rethread the holes and unlikely that a new hub was required. Lo and behold, they were exactly right and the local AG+R Kitchener shop was able to do just that and installed the bolts in no time - all for $50. Called Marcus to thank him for his advice and he asked me what it cost and I told him. Next thing I know, I receive and e-transfer from him reimbursing me for the cost of the repair which was totally unexpected and so very nice of him as this had nothing to do with Peninsula Auto. Exceptional customer service and after-sales care that is so rare to find these days! Much appreciated.

He was not only knowledgeable and helpful regrading the presale but days after the purchase I had additional questions and contacted Nate. I just want to give them 110% of my vote. All exprience was superior from A-Z We looked for a car in several car dealerships before but After speaking with Marcus over the phone we decided to check in person the dealership. Marcus was very professional and custome service oriented not to say that the few option he showed us were priced very good as well as there condition was much better than other cars in other dealerships we saw before. Marcus also gave us very competititve offer for out trade in car (better than three other offers we got in other dealsrships) more over his transperency was great. After we agreed happily on the car we dealt with Shawna which was also extremely nice patient and mainly knowledgable and expreienced. My girlfriend and I recently bought a car here. I found out through autotrader that the company was selling at a lower price than other car dealers, so I contacted them. They answered the mail very quickly and with a very kind attitude, I felt like I wanted to buy a car here before the visit. Also, on the day of the visit, they gave us ample opportunity to test-drive the vehicle we wanted, even though it was quite late because we arrived at them 50 minutes before the end of business hours. Also, due to our late visit, Marcus and his staff treated us kindly until the end even though they left work late for a few minutes. It took about a week to decide on the purchase and receive the vehicle, and during the week they were nice to us until the end, and the car was delivered home on time. I would highly recommend this place if someone around me buys a car. Lastly, I would like to say thank you so much to Marcus and Chris for their many kindnesses!
