After getting hit by a drunk driver I lost my vehicle for approximately a month. During the span of the month I was sent to deal with enterprise on Ontario Street. From the start their professionalism and courtesy was unmatched from every employee I had to deal with making my transition into a temporary vehicle as simple, hassle free and helpful as possible. Not only were they extremely welcoming, they were very accommodating at trying their hardest to match my vehicle needs as I needed something I could use for work as well. In my most recent vehicle change over, the manager here, Trent, also went above and beyond what was expected and definitely more than what I ever expected from a car rental company. In this instance I needed to upgrade the size of my vehicle and instead of sending me off to Toronto or another location on route Trent was able to secure and prepare a ride for me in a couple hours and also ensured it was thoroughly sanitized as a result of the recent Virus pandemic. I just want to say thank you and appreciate your assistance at it saved me a lot of time money and stress. I’m happy that the dealership I’m connected to was connected with this rental agency. Mark T

Me and my family have been coming to this location for years now (and only use eneterprise when travelling abroad as well), and the service has always been tremendous. I don't really like taking the time to write reviews, but this enterprise location has been nothing but amazing. It is a very well run branch, with great friendly and curtious staff, along with clean and ready to go vehicles (with good selection). I've reccomended several of our family members and friends to enterprise because of the amazing service that we have been recieveing. Great location, and amazing people!

Customer service failed so bad that we couldn't even get the car rented despite our earlier reservation. Location is clean and the cars probably are nice, but the staff don't seem to be too interested in making things work for you. If already renting the vehicle turned out to be too complicated, I dare not even think what would have happened if there had been any problems on the road..
They don't have a large selection of cars to choose from. Linda was very friendly and helped me out when I had to switch to a smaller car the next day ( to fit in my parking space)

They'll keep calling if your insurance hasn't paid them yet, but when they make a mistake and you call them, they just keep deflecting you to someone else or to call back or the big one 'they'll call you back' but never do. It's been months and I'm still waiting on the manager to call.
3 days ago. I called them for renting a CARAVAN. They gave me a price as 525 dollars for one week. But I need to go there at Saturday for the confirmation. Unfortunately. When I have been there. They increased rental to 841 dollars. Unbelievable and bad experience!

Well I didn't have a good experience with this service I waited like an hour to get the keys of the truck Then I filled up all the tank cause they told me that I have to keep the gas full and I spent 140$ and I dont even last with the truck two hours i never got the money back I sent many times email to Anastasios and i never got any answers

My number one place for car rentals. Basil, Andrew and Justin are very helpful. A couple times they didn't have the model we reserved, but we were given free upgrade for the next model up. We even rented a truck here to go pickup and engine from USA. When my previous personal car was hit I actually had a rental for 5 weeks from them. Everything was covered by my insurance I didn't need to do a thing.
The Ontario Street location is A++ for customer service. Highly recommended.

If I could give minus 100 Be the judge: Spoken to the location and reserved a premium SUV 3 days ago to find out that they did not have it. Spoken to head office and reserved it again and I was promised that they will have it for me , after calling location 30 times Used another number to be told that they don’t have it! I lost my hotel reservation for tomorrow as I do not have the suv I emailed them with the issue, they never replied.
The staff are always happy to help, friendly and do their best in busy times. We rent a car from them 3-4 times a year and in my experience, the staff were always great. The cars are not always 100% clean but considering how busy they are during pickup, the staff do their best to get everyone their cars asap, which means they likely pass on the detail cleaning in order to prevent longer wait times. The cars have still been fairly clean, but not perfect.

Received a rental car from insurance while my car was being repaired. The staff was very friendly. They picked me up promptly and quickly got me set up with a clean, modern SUV, even though my vehicle was a sedan. When it was time to pick up my repaired car, the staff was once again very quick in dropping me off at the auto body shop.

Im not quite sure what prompted an entire overhaul of staff but the one they have now offer a completely new level of customer service. The staff is incredible. I know its JUST a rental company by that I mean im not ordering Alaskan King Crab but the level of customer service is something one would expect from a 5 star resort. Every interaction goes above what one would expect from a local rental agency.. I was assisted by Tyler. He took great care of my disabled mother and overall provided excellent servixe...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Absolute crook. Rented a car from Toronto and brought to St. Catharines, no accidents or damage at all. When I dropped the car at St. Catharines I saw the east asian guy taking in the car looking exceptionally hard for damage but he wasn't able to find any and confirmed that to me when he came into the office after inspecting and said I would get an email receipt. I just got mail saying the car was damaged. See that's the thing about taking it back to a different location is that they don't know that I take a video of every vehicle I rent before I leave the lot and ensure that I am seen doing so. And just like I always do I took a video of this rental before I left the lot. I will call their location tomorrow and make sure they know that. Do not rent from this location. Update: I complained to head office and received an email saying they would be covering the repair since I am a regular customer. Its still important to know that there was no damage to the car. Since this I have had no choice but to rent from enterprise to come from Toronto to St. Catharines when my mom broke her leg at work. I was informed by the rep that cars going between Enterprise locations are looked at more closely. The two reps that I dealt with at this location upon return were both professional and helpful and were different different reps than the manager who previously reported damage which I had not made. Make sure you take a video recording of the dents and scratches etc on any rental you do with any company. Contact the Better Business Bureau if there is an issue that the company won't resolve and depending on the value of the claim you have you can also contact the Ministry of Consumer Services to see if they can help resolve the issue.
First Review on Enterprise (Trafalgar Location) Old cars. Required lot of formalities to credit the credit card back after the rental. Review is only in this location. I am a loyal Enterprise customer. I would not go here again. Edit - We wanted to give them another try as it is closer to our home. We went back and rented the car again, at least 3 times now. I found cars to be new. I did not get any old cars. Also I noticed the credit card is being credited without any delays or completing any release forms. Staff are friendly.

We called Enterprise to rent a SUV everything was good! the day we go to pick it up. We got turned down cuz my 78yr old grandpa used his card and didn't want to dive out to our cottage I was going to help him out and do some of the driving. I was told I can’t do that. I take our business elsewhere.
They were very helpful and had some good vehicle options. Place looks almost derelict on the outside but I assume that it was because it must have been an old mechanic shop.
They were super accommodating at the last minute when I needed a drop off towards the end of their day. Everyone at the location were very friendly and the price was better than having to uber back and forth to work.

Manager was supposed to call back within an hour and it is now end of day (8 hours later) with no call. Frustrating because other companies would have had the vehicle ready for us.
Convenient place for collecting and returning. I was over charged by a misunderstanding but they very quickly rectified the problem by refunding the excess charges. I will always go there when I need a car.

I just wish that every google page of car rental companies include an instruction on exactly where to park the rental car and where exactly to drop the keys. as well, what does the recipient look like to where to drop the keys, is it a mailbox, is it a metal box. because there is nothing more infuriating to spend 30 minutes going around looking for something in a haystack and on top of that when you call customer service to be answered by a person who is requiring 20 questions information when ALL YOU WANT IS TO RETURN THE CAR! also please update your google listings because your 6900 blvd decarie location still shows pictures of your old location where I WASTED MORE TIME GOING TO AGAIN.

I was charged over double the amount agreed to on the invoice email sent to me. The deal was for $33.73 and the charge on my credit card was $67.46. This is the second time this has happened with Enterprise. The other time was in a south St. Catharines location. How can I trust Enterprise any more? -CP
Very clean car, and was able to support us after having a negative experience with another company (Ace Rentals out of Toronto). The car ran great and we had no issues in our trip or upon our return. We will definitely come back for our next adventure!

Terrible experience twice in a row!!! Dealt with Adam both times, he was unprofessional and not helpful at all. We were trying to rent a car as students and was first told a major credit card is what they would need, so once we returned with a credit card Adam said 'proof of liability' would be needed as well even though he never mentioned it the first time we were there. Adam was not helpful and didnt seem to care about customer service. If youre looking to rent a car dont both with this enterprise or with Adam not worth your time!

Both times I have used enterprise I have had major issues, not to mention the terrible customer service from the manager. I tried to reach out to head office and the claims department with no return call. I have been dealing with this issue for a year. I have emailed and called more than 50 times to resolve the issue. What kind of company is this?? I would definitely NOT recommend enterprise to anyone.

A smaller Entreprise location, but the staff are all helpful and friendly over the phone and in-person. I reserved a car online beforehand and picked it up early in the morning. Getting the rental was fairly easy and they gave me the option to swap my ride when I saw the rest of the available options. The only advice I'd give is to check your credit card beforehand whether you have rental insurance already included so you don't have to pay for their extra insurance. I'm sure they get an incentive for the added insurance, but there's no sense in double paying.

TL; DR - Great selection of cars, great people to interact with, decent prices for rentals and an easy to use website. I really like this group of sales men and women. They really go the extra kilometer to get you the car you want. Stick to your guns if you want to pay what you ordered though, they like to up sell (not intended as a bad thing). In some cases, I would have been able to get a much better deal if I wanted to wait for them to up sell rather than book online. So you can sometimes use their enthusiastic encouragement to get the better car to your advantage.

This is the first time using an Enterprise location in which I felt compelled to contribute a review. All of the associates were helping many customers simultaneously. Regardless of the volume of work that was coming in, I still received smiles and recognition of my presence. I was helped by a gentleman named Craig who I believe was the branch manager. He took me through the process at a very comfortable pace. I will definitely continue to use Enterprise for my car rentals. The staff at the Saint Catherine's Ontario St location left a very pleasant impression.

I've been a loyal customer of enterprise for 3 years now. I've never had any issues renting except when coming to this location. I've been here about 4 times in the past 2 months and customer service gets worse and worse each time. The employees here do not care to interact with customers professionally. Not only are they not very polite but also argued with me I retuned the rental with less gas than it originally had which is absolutely BS and I refused to pay for it to which they replied "next time take a picture to prove it". The only pro I had with my last rental was paying for a full size car but I actually got upgraded to an SUV as they ran out of full size cars by the time I got there. Most likely will not be renting from this location again for their lack of good customer service. Overall, experience was not great.

I've been renting from Enterprise for the past 4 months every other weekend without any hassles. The cars have been all very new with one exception. I've been given lots of upgrades and had no problems returning the vehicle before they open. The location is very accessible to the GO train. Staff are always pleasant and helpful. Great option to grab a car from the west end of the city by GO train.
Rented a 2016 Nissan Micra for the weekend to take up north skiing. Was very economical and wonderful on gas! Will be renting again at the cheap price we got!

Very professional and empathetic, but my situation certainly was a challenge. After two months, and my car still wasn't completed for repairs, (no-fault accident), I guess they got nervous, and actually made a charge on my credit card rather than just continue to wait until they heard from the Insurance. All was rectified/reversed when I returned the car in proper order as required.

Severely dissatisfied with the way this business runs! Reserved an SUV online with no hiccups. Only to get the call the next morning that they do not have the vehicle that the system said they do. He then tells me to call another location. I call and get no answer so it transfers me to the call center. They locate said vehicle and swear it's available and now reserved for us at that location. I gave the woman on the phone a 5 star review for her prompt help. Then receive a phone call 40 mins later from that location saying they dont have the vehicle either!!! Now we are an hour away from leaving and have no vehicle sorted out. During a time when businesses have been forced to work via online and phone you can clearly see this company has dropped the ball.

They did not let me rent a car saying that my license needed to be in english or in french , my license was in spanish since i dont live in the country. By law it says that all visitors have 6 months to be able to drive in the country. luckily budget and avis was a block a way and i was able to rent one there.

have been renting cars from here over the past couple of months for every weekend. The service is as expected. Every time on the day i am supposed to pickup the car., I receive a call to ensure I would be coming in. Once there, they will do a walk through first and then make me sign whatever they have which is good. The guy (usually its AJ) will have me start the car and ensure the dash isn't lit up like a Christmas tree. Couple of weeks ago., the rented car was scratched when parked in visitor parking in my condo complex. The insurance (covered by my credit card) was a breeze to work with on either side and promptly handled.

Worst service ever. I reserved a car and called the day before to make sure everything is in order. Yes they said come pick up the car. As I went to pick up the car another custumer was in line and was renting the car I needed to pick up. First come first serve the clerc told me. But I have a reservation I need to get going on a trip ! You guys took a deposit You Muther Effers ! I replied. Ah welll we as for a credit card ... but we dont really charge it... Sorry ! He tried pulling one on me saying the car I needed to have was supposed to be returned but didnt and he cant force they buddy that took it to bring it back. And he ended up leasing the car to the lady and the man that where there. And offered me another vehicule stating that they cannot guarantee any vehicle but just a vehicile... Lucky for me there is another leasing agency not far at around 5 mins away. I took my buisiness there and just spread the word so they can have bad buisiness. They are stupid and UNRELIABLE and they dont care wether you come back or not. No surprise they are small and have a poor choice in cars and models. Anyways I hope they run dry.

Booked a vehicle and got firm confirmation but when we arrived, there was no vehicle in the category we booked. Not impressed and they say it's very common practice. I would never recommend nor would I book Enterprise again. This was booked thru Expedia.
I've been in there three times now over the past month. The service the first time by Alex was excellent. The next time I was in I was again given excellent service by Jordan. I just got back from trying to sort out my next rental in a bit of a rush, and the three ladies there today were amazing helping me out! I wish I got their names so I can thank them individually as well, but it was such a rush I forgot to ask. Thank you Enterprise! You've got great staff at this location (only one I've used so far).

Rented an "intermediate" car to travel up north. They tried giving us a VW Beetle. That's most definitely not an intermediate car. Had to pay more to get the car I should have been offered.

Worst costumer service
Staff was great and courteous. I would have given 5 stars but unfortunately I was not given the car I had booked. I had booked for a full option car but got an mini SUV. Apparently, it sounds like a good deal but the vehicle was not clean, very basic model and driven with high mileage. I generally get a new car from airport location. On top of it, I simply wanted to take the vehicle that I had booked but they could not provide. I was not compensated for this, rather I was asked to pay extra $50 for dropping the vehicle at the airport (a different drop off location). Will consider to come again if they promise to fulfill their promise in future :)

Wasn't to sure what vehicle I wanted and they asked a few questions and the vehicle I ended up getting was not only spacious but amazing on gas. When you call and get a price and the guy calculates it on the phone, confirms the price. You go in and then it's not the price, but more than what was confirmed by the same guy. Thanks Mitch for wasting my time! Clear communication is the key to success. Leaving out small details and confirming a price over phone which was clearly the wrong price gets you 1 star reviews and loss of a customer.

Had a rental for 2 weeks through insurance, price was $36/day. Went to rent the same car again but pay for it myself and it's $96/day. Interesting how you guys give deals to multi million dollar insurance companies but screw over regular working citizens. Sell all your vehicles, close your doors and Restructure yourselves as a company. This is unacceptable
Poor customer service, ended up renting a truck elsewhere
Due to an unforeseen happening I needed to rent a vehicle for a few days. I must say there was one aspect of the experience I wasnt happy with but of course corperate policy dictates and staff must follow those rules. I will say that the vehicle I rented was to my liking. After returning the vehicle I needed a ride back to my place of employment which to the salesmans surprise was not in the immediate area that they service. He proceeded to have one of the employees drive me back. On the return trip I had the pleasure of having a conversation with this young gentleman. A college student who had a goal in mind and was working towards it. A pleasant and very polite gentleman by the name of Ernest was my driver. I commend him on his friendly and polite demeanor and I wish him great success in his future. In closing I would like to say that this experience was very good but it came up a wee bit short of an excellent. I would rent again in the future but would be a little more prepared next time

This car rental agency was close to home and well priced. Very friendly agents, found ways to save me money on rental. Gave me a very reliable car. Unusual though, the vehicles were adorned with accessories that young urban youth would appreciate and we felt a little awkward driving as middle agers. A few of our adult friends gave us a little tease. But the car worked great and the price was right, and that's what matters.

This was my second time renting from this location, Both SUV's were almost brand new and in impeccable condition. We opted for a full size SUV (Ford Expedition Max) for our road trip to Montreal, I explained that I need the car early, Franco had it ready for me, on time. During pick-up, the girl who helped us(Sorry forgot the name) explained every thing very clearly and professionally. I always get their Damage Waiver, it can get a little expensive, but it gives me the peace of mind. All in all a Hassle free experience. Great service.

Got a nice Mercedes GLA250 at a good price for the weekend. Mostly went well. However, representative left me the car at 1/4 fuel tank and verbally advised me to bring it back at 1/4. Brought me outside in the cold to sign the contract on his tablet (salesman tactic), so obviously I signed in a rush considering the super cold temperature. When I arrived home, I noticed that the contract mentioned that the car was given to me with full fuel tank (false). I brought it back at 1/4 and they charged me refueling fees. Not a fan of these dishonest practices. That one negative detail kind of ruins the whole impression.

I just had a rental car service with this company and I can honestly say it was the worst experience of my life I've never seen a place just run by kids the whole place and team makes this company look like a complete joke. They are not organized complete midiocre work they do. I was told they are the best with they're customer service that is a lie. Franco is terrible. He’s chill, so chill that the car I rented in mid-June had expired ownership from March. I called about it and he said he’d check for the paperwork and that he was helping my out by updating the paperwork. In that case shouldn’t an international rental company know to update the paperwork? I rent from Enterprise and not some cheaper option because I trust they won’t mess up like this, and if they do, they will at least acknowledge it and apologize instead of being sassy. I will never rent from Enterprise and especially from Franco again. Absolutely ridiculous.

Worst car rental company ever. Very dishonest team members. One on the employee at this company stole my wallet which had all of my government issues IDs (bahamas) $980 which was my rent money. And a few Bahamian cash in it. I want back to the rental company telling them what happened I got cut off right away and was told “we don’t steal here” instead of going to the wash boy who clean the car to get my wallet. I was then told another customer rented the car I returned. I said to them ask the customer if they can come into the company and I will pay for they customers rental the employee told me absolutely not. Because he stole my wallet or knows who have it. They can keep the cash I just want my wallet back I am from the Bahamas and I need my documents.

I used to rent at Grimsby Enterprise when it was at Slessor.....I went away from Enterprise for a while due to some disagreements with the Hamilton branch. Since the Grimsby loaction changed I have come back to Enterprise. Nour and Tiarra are great to deal with and always treat me fair and make sure I am taken care of. Super renta car
While we were in St. Catherines we rented a vehicle from Enterprise and ran into some issues. But all of our concerns and issues were addressed by Keegan Delanghe, the Regional Manager for Niagara Area to our satisfaction. We are fully satisfied of how this was professionally handled by Enterprise and look forward to using Enterprise again in the future.
Excellent service after ACE rental car gave my van to someone else and had no other 7 seater to offer we called this location of enterprise and they offered us a 7 seater SUV at the van price. Manager Daniel Molinaro was very friendly and helpful. They also helped my brother get a car when their rental with another agency fell through.

(The one star is for the air conditioned building) Was a regular customer until today. I should have learned from last experience. Desperate due to a family emergency and elsewhere had no cars. Last experience: Enterprise took over a month(and thats because I called every day to confirm after the 3rd week) for them to mail my security deposit. Today's experience: Had a family emergency and had to get rental but they insisted that my previous balance on phone bill says 0 balance. My account balance as of today says paid off. Not sure of what they meant, I drove to the mobile location itself and explained the situation. The rep at rogers even printed out an invoice showing payment history with reference numbers regarding the zero balance but enterprise still needed a future invoice from Rogers which the rep didn't even have authority to access. I finally got a hold of Rogers accounting department and they said my July invoice is system automated and wont arrive till a week later during my billing period so their hands are tied and to show the screen shot of the convo to enterprise. Again, after 2 hours of driving back and forth to Rogers store and calling Rogers directly , the Enterprise still wouldn't accept the bill that says "Previous balance has been paid; Reference number" ? I still don't know what more visual aid they needed to prove the balance. My family whom was waiting for me for 4 hours doesnt get. Nor does the 3 different reps I spoke to at Rogers. If a supervisor is reading this maybe you can explain it to me.

I had forgotten my brand new laptop in the car rental as they were taking the car back that day and proceeded to clean and find it.. I couldn't believe that the manager Rachad TOLD ME he had taken it out of the case to look at it before calling me back to pick it up when it is not even his belonging and obviously had dropped out of his hands because my laptop was in no longer perfect condition but chipped and scratched all over when I had come to get it. No one confessed to dropping it and it was not taken seriously. This place is a DISASTER, NO CLASS, NO HONESTY and I was told there is nothing they could do about it because there was no proof. Extremely disappointed and definitely DO NOT recommend to anyone. They have no cameras either anywhere! On top of that Rachad was rude and did not care at all! Disgust.

I had reserved a van for 19/11/16, for a 9:00 am pick up. We were to take a load of belongings to my wife's son in Cambridge. I had also requested a GPS. When we arrived at the office, Stephanie, one of the clerks, advised us that they had no idea where the van was parked. She asked if we wished to upgrade to a full size SUV. We agreed. Then we were advised that the cost was $350.00. This included a deposit of $250 for the full size SUV. The van rental was to have been around $37.00. We had approx. $175 available credit on our credit card, which was more that enough to pay for the van rental. We offered to pay the $350 on our debit card. She advised us that it had to be a credit card. She then proceeded to tell us that there was nothing that she could do. This ruined the plans of 2 families, including ours. We were embarrassed in front of other customers. Through no fault of our own, the plans for that day were scuttled. It is amazing how wonderful a company Enterprise Rent a Car, is portrayed in their advertising. I would not recommend anyone using this company. I plan to contact the manager this week to advised them how pleased I was with interaction we had with the company. John Folusewych
My go to rental company. Have been renting from them for many years now, like 10 years and never had an issue, amazing service, cars are always new and clean. This particular branch on Ontario st in St Catharines is nothing but a pleasure to deal with. Horrible experience with this company. Beware of extra insurance charges levied after enterprise was explicitly informed that it was not required. To add insult to injury somehow it was calculated that the vehicle was returned 4 litres. Short of fuel and was charged 2.50/ Ltr to top up to half tank. I will never deal with this company again
I rented a car from this location and forgot some handbags in the truck that were for donation. No one even tried to reach out and let me know I had forgotten something. When I finally remembered after several weeks and went in they told me look in the lost and found, when I did only one of the 5 purses was in there and their reasoning was I had left them too long so it wasn't their problem. I'm pretty sure the basic chicks that work there took the purses so don't forget anything in the rental VULTURE ALERT!!!
I wanted to zero start but I don’t have choice for it so i have to satisfied with one star.This location is very very worst than other location.These location people are pointing me and my reservation by purposely all the time.I have reserved truck online 3-4 times and all the times they called me and telling me truck is not available for you.if it is not available then why would they took my reservation.whenever they give me truck they gave me dirty truck.I have pictures and i am posting it with this review. My friends also renting from this location but these location people won’t give them Proper customer service and i am going to tell them to share their negative experience on google and also other social media platforms.
HORRIBLE: We reserved a vehicle for seven people, which is what we needed. A few days prior we stopped to verify our reservation and were told they do not guarantee vehicles, we will get what they give us on the day we come to get the vehicle..?? Whats the point of making a reservation. To add insult to injury the young lady was rude and could care less if we wanted a vehicle or not. BOTTOM line, we left and rented from another car rental company who did give us what we needed, with a reservation at a lower cost. I will never deal with Enterprise ever again...

I am an enterprise platinum member and I have rented all across Ontario. This place is the worst and their service is super unprofessional. I booked to pick up a full size SUV at 7:30 am. When I was there at 7:30, the staff who helped me checking in told me that the SUV is not yet ready and another staff challenged me with very rude attitude regarding whether I booked 24 hrs ahead as they could only guarantee reservations 24 hrs beforehand. Obviously I did, I booked 1 month ahead. Then they told me they are still washing the SUV and the only car they could offer is an Economy car (Nissan Note or something of that size) and they would give me an AMAZING offer as apology. I was in a rush so I agreed. The moment we walked out of the office to check that tiny car, I saw a full size SUV was driving out of the wash place. However, they insisted that they could not give me that car. The most ridiculous thing is that the offer they claimed was just to charge me the price of that economy car(which it should be) instead of the SUV price. Would never never never go back.

Poor service. These guys apparently doesn't follow reservations made by clients. I reserved a Premium SUV and confirmed it twice. The day I went to pick up, they presented me a Dodge Journey and told me this comes in catagory of a Premium SUV such as Navigator or Escalade. And on top they kept insisting the above mentioned fact. These guys doesnt have a clue of what they are doing.

I used to rent lots of cars from enterprise, one time I rented a pick up truck, I was greeted nicely by the associate, who took my information and rushed me for my rental as they had a line up, I felt it’s cool , fast service, at the same time I observed that the associate did not walk with me through the truck, SO before starting to drive the truck from their lot I took video all around the truck from outside and inside and I took pictures of the dash for mileage and gas. Later on the same day when I returned the truck, another associate came out and checked the truck and claimed that I dented the truck near the back tire, the associate wanted to charge my credit card for the repaired I declined and and an argument has started and luckily when we viewed my video after 30 mins of looking at it from one associate another and then the manager where I showed him the dent on the video, the manager was upset that I proved him wrong. An excellent-idea to protect yourself when renting from any car truck rentals, to take videos and pictures.

The Asian guy who worked here in the morning on Sep 26, 2020 was absolutely horrible and a total liar. I picked up the vehicle previous evening from another location (German Mills) and the rep there told me that he would not mark down anything less than a dime when we're doing the vehicle check. So after I dropped the car off at this location the following morning, this wise guy said he found two punctures. I told him they were there before and explained to him that the previous rep won't mark them down for the reason mentioned above. I even asked him to call the German Mills location to verify but he ignored me. After he fiddled with his tablet/camera for some more time, I asked him if I was good to go and that I would only be charged the rental fees and nothing else. He replied yes and told me the exact amount that I would be charge so I left. Low and behold, I received a claim email shortly after. I was not going to let him ruin my day as my credit card is covered for incident like this.

Enterprise needs to clarify there use of Debit cards for rentals on their website. Although they claim to accept it at non-airport locations, functionally they DO NOT. You need a manager's approval, 2 bank statements and recent pay stubs. Traveling from the USA for my daughter's wedding and a long time Debit card only user with an outstanding credit score. So please update your website and simply put that you DO NOT ACCEPT DEBIT CARDS end of story. Total waste of time!

(Translated) We reserved a full size SUV two weeks in advance of the rental date. The day before the rental date, we even called to make sure our reservation was then confirmed. On the day to pick up the vehicle, the agent informs us that the vehicle has not yet arrived on time (8:00 AM) and should arrive within an hour. We expect to receive the vehicle, available and ready at the time of booking. As a result, the officer took no responsibility for this situation and used as an excuse that it was a case beyond his control and which could happen often. On our side, we do not want to wait for an hour's delay. Who says the vehicle will really arrive in an hour? We then asked if there was another vehicle available at the moment. So the agent gave us a minivan for the same price as the full-size SUV. It's a whole different line of vehicles and the agent didn't even want to re-adjust the price. We had to show him on the Enterprise website that these two vehicles had a completely different rental price. The latter then gave us a 15% discount on our reservation to compensate for this inconvenience. In addition, the minivan was not cleaned at all and the agent did not even intend to do a cleaning before the departure of the vehicle. Visually, you can notice that the minivan was clearly not cleaned and the officer was not at all concerned with its condition. We had to insist a cleaning before we took the vehicle. This request, which shouldn't even be requested by the customer, seemed to bother the agent. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this branch, the agent in question had no empathy with the situation, did not seem to want to find a solution for the customer, who however is in no way responsible for this problem. It is not just by entering into a transaction that you will acquire customers. Customer service is paramount! (Original) Nous avons réservé un VUS pleine grandeur deux semaines d'avance de la date de la location. La veille de la date de la location, nous avons même également appelé pour s'assurer de notre réservation puis celle-ci était bien confirmée. Le jour pour prendre le véhicule, l'agent nous informe que le véhicule n'est pas encore arrivé de l'heure prévue (8:00 AM) et devrait arriver d'ici une heure. Nous nous attendons de recevoir le véhicule, disponible et prêt à l'heure de la réservation. De ce fait, l'agent n'a pris aucune responsabilité face à cette situation et a utilisé comme excuse que c'était un cas hors de son contrôle puis qui pouvait arriver souvent. De notre côté, nous ne voulons pas attendre un délai d'une heure. Qui dit que le véhicule arrivera vraiment dans une heure ? Nous avons alors demandé s'il y avait un autre véhicule de disponible en ce moment. C'est ainsi que l'agent nous a donné une minivan pour le même prix que le VUS pleine grandeur. C'est une gamme de véhicule totalement différente et l'agent ne voulait même pas ré-ajuster le prix. Nous avons dû lui montrer sur le site web d'Enterprise que ces deux véhicules avaient un prix de location complètement différent. Celui-ci nous a alors donné un escompte de 15% sur notre réservation pour compenser cet inconvénient. De plus, la minivan n'était aucunement nettoyée et l'agent n'avait même pas l'intention de faire un nettoyage avant le départ du véhicule. Visuellement, vous pouvez remarquer que la minivan n'était clairement pas nettoyée et l'agent n'était du tout préoccupé de son état. Nous avons dû insister un nettoyage avant que nous prenons le véhicule. Cette demande, qui ne devrait même pas être demandé par le client, semblait dérangé l'agent. Malheureusement, je ne recommande pas cette succursale, l'agent en question n'avait aucune empathie face à la situation, ne semblait pas vouloir trouver une solution pour le client, qui pourtant est aucunement responsable de ce problème. Ce n'est pas seulement en concluant une transaction que vous allez acquérir des clients. Le service à la clientèle est primordial !

This happened just before. Before I returned a car, I stopped by gas station, paid for the gas, got in a car, and I clearly remember that I placed my wallet on the pocket in driver's door. And then I went to this branch right away, parked at the parking space by the sidewalk. A guy(I won't speak his name) and I took a look the car quickly. There was no problem, so I left. It was around 11:15 am. But I realized soon that I had left my wallet in the car. when I backed to there, only about 10 minutes had passed, the car was already cleaned, and parked at other space. I looked around inside the car, but my wallet had gone. I wanted to talk to the guy who had checked the car with me, but he was in the lunch break. While I was waiting for him, I asked two guys who cleaned the car whether they had seen it, but they said they hadn't. Not much later, I found something in the space where I had parked in. It was my wallet! For details, no car was there and it was on the front passenger seat side which is far from the sidewalk, not the driver's seat side which is close to the sidewalk. The thing which had been disappered was 400 dollars cash! When he backed to the office, around 12:15 pm, I could talk to him about this situation. He said he hadn't seen my wallet when he had checked the car. And after I had left, he also told me that he had backed to indoor to finish document things for a moment and then had came out again, had brought the car to the garage for cleaning. I asked, "That means only you and I knew the space where I had parked in?". He answered with a little hesitating, "Yes." I asked, "but you didn't see my wallet, right?". He said "No" and added "Because the car was next to the sidewalk, the passerby might have found the wallet and took the money. It often happens in Canada." I did not agree with him. The first reason was that when he and I looked around the car, there was nothing outside the car. Secondly, if the wallet had been fallen, it would have been on the driver's seat side. Because I did not have it in my body. The only time he was without the car before he moved it to the garage was a few minutes when he was indoor to finish his paperwork. In that short time, is it highly likely that the passerby did? If he/she did it, why did he/she left the wallet on the front passenger seat side which is away from the sidewalk? he/she must have hurried not to get caught, since many cars and people passed by. It does not make sence. However, since there were only doubt and guess but no any proof or witness, I had to finish the talk. I am not talking about his attitude. He showed me a good manner talking with me. But I don't think he is honest. Now, I got a bad memory about Enterprise. I will not use your brand anymore, also will not recommend you to my family and my friends. And lastly, I want to say that it should not happen again.
I would give more than 5 stars if I could. This was an outstanding experience on all levels from start to finish. On very short notice, manager Andrew Rewi got us the cargo van we needed and cut all the corners to give us a package unmatched by the competition. Andrew really took our needs to heart. It was great dealing with you Andrew!

Rented car for eight days at 5pm Monday. Have to return it by 4:30 MONDAY! That is 167 hours . A week is 168. Eight days is 192. Another reputable business gone downhill
BEWARE, I recently rented a car from this location in St. Catharines with my girlfriend, the car was driven once the entire time while we had it, one person never left the car during that drive. We came back to return the car, a Kia Forte, the worker went outside to do his circle check, and instantly walked over to the rear bumper, looked at it, came back in, and mentioned that the bumper was cracked. We were upset that it was there, but we also found it VERY strange that the worker went directly to the spot you would never see just standing there (as we never did during the circle check). Nothing else was wrong with the car, I inquired if I would be able to bring it to a body shop to get an estimate for the work to fix the damage, I was told they have to use a body shop that is approved by Enterprise to use (of course). Once I was given the information, I voiced to the worker that the body shop has no reason to ever replace the bumper, since I saw where the situation was going and since it was in a piece of plastic no thicker than 3 MM wide. After over a month later, we received the quote to fix the damage, and the body shop (Carstar) also in St. Catharines, had sent pictures of THE ENTIRE BUMPER PULLED OFF, and they are replacing the bumper for almost $1,600 which we are responsible for. Beware of this between Enterprise and Carstar being pulled on you, VERY poor service and treatment.
Great service. Addressed my problems with a rental car very professionally and came to my place of work to exchange the car.
We rented from this location almost 2 months ago through our insurance company. We had a great experience picking the car up however the staff told us they couldn't let us know when the car had to be back by but that would call us the day before. Just to be sure we called everyday for the almost 2 weeks we had the car to see if they needed it back and every time they told us they would call us and not to worry. We actually had such a good customer service experience up to that point that we booked a cargo van for 4 days 2 months later for over 400$. All of a sudden there is a 50$ charge to enterprise on my credit card with no notification. I called and was told by the manager- Trish- that they made a mistake and closed our account the day before we brought back the car so we were charged that day. She then told me that the insurance company would probably pay them and she would call me back if they didn't otherwise I should expect a refund. A month later, coming up to the date we're going to pick up the cargo van, I never heard from her and I didn't have the refund. So I call back everyday for a week trying to get in touch with her about this, talking to many men over the phone each one lying to me telling me anything they think will appease me but not budging on giving me a refund for their mistake. Finally, I get Trish on the phone and tell her that I'm not waiting for the insurance company to pay me that I shouldn't be held financially responsible for their silly, avoidable error. She agreed and gave me some nonsense about talking to someone above her to fix it. Something I was told many times already. At this point, I have another woman calling me asking me to confirm the reservation for the cargo van so I tell her whats going on and she tells me that she is some sort of manager as well and that she never heard of this issue but she will fix it. In the very end after a very heated conversation between my husband and Trish we didn't get the money back and we cancelled the cargo van. The main problem was the run around, just tell us outright you screwed up and you expect us to pay for it so we don't waste our time looking for a refund and calling you constantly. Really, 50$ was minor compared to the complete lack of customer service skills. Never Enterprise again.
I had a great experience with Patrick and crew. I came in on a very busy morning and Patrick was juggling a lot - most of us could see that. There happened to be one (of course) complainer in the crowd and when he started his grumbling, Pat didn't break a sweat. I had a pleasant chat with the shuttle driver too and overall a great experience. The car was clean and in good shape and Pat made sure I had a rundown of all the buttons and knobs. Great place!

Horrible experience. Location was moved and no one mentioned it. Car had mechanical issues and wasn't safe to drive, response was if you drop off somewhere else you pay the fee. No one told us there is no after hours drop off and no signs anywhere. Quite impressive how incompetent they are as a whole. Honestly rent somewhere else if you can.

Had a bad start and I haven't even picked up the car. Called to ask if they could pick me up (I live a few blocks down Decarie, it wouldn't take them more than 10 minutes). Staff was very rude, said they couldn't pick me up simply because there's another enterprise location a bit closer. What kind of cheap excuse is that? Terrible customer service. I hope I don't have any issues by the time I receive the car.

At this place I have rented an standard SUV, their team was fantastic and I was very satisfied with their service. Bilal was extremely helpful and made everything as straightforward as possible for us, Darcy was exceptionally nice and courteous and explained details with clarity, the vehicle was sanitized and pristine like new. I would definitely recommend this location to others.

Brought my rental back last week. The guy kept trying to charge me 976 dollars and refused to listen to me that it was prepaid. Very ignorant little man. Today I've filed credit card fraud charges against them and will be suing this useless company. Google needs to set it for 0 stars. Now it seems someone wants to help that I've contacted a lawyer and police. My credit card is now completely maxed. I can no longer pay for my room in Montreal. Due to enterprise stealing from me I can't rent a car to go back home. I'm now on the streets on Montreal during lockdown. Thanks enterprise. Mastercard is treating this as fraud and have canceled my card. Hope you go bankrupt. I'll never use enterprise again.
This was my first experience with Enterprise and I couldn't have been happier! I rented a high ceiling cargo van that was practically brand new and had great gas mileage on top of vastly lower rental fees than all other competitors. Because of branch manager Adam and his team, what could have been a stressful and expensive relocation was actually a pleasant experience. Almost makes me want to move more frequently!????
Don’t recommend renting from this location. Prices are much higher and the employees are not willing to work with their clients. Terrible experience renting with them.
Great place to rent a car from. I recently came here for an insurance rental after having difficulties with Discount Car Rentals regarding a deposit. The workers and manager at Enterprise went above and beyond and got me into a Rental Car within a couple hours even though they had low stock of rentals available! Thank you Enterprise!
We always rent from this branch since it's close to our house and we got used to the wonderful service the staff provides. Our most recent car rent we got an upgrade of the vehicle for which we were thankful but the car had some kind of malfunction where the car would start shaking and rumbling when we're at 85 km speed which was bad since we only felt it once we got to the highway and it was to late to go back.
Renting from this Enterprise location was a truly memorable experience. I received top notch customer service from Ashley and her friendly and knowledgeable coworkers, including Trent the manager. I've rented from Enterprise many times throughout the country and found this location to be the best. I look forward to future rentals here and want to thank the team for making my holiday even better.
Went to pick up a car insurance was covering cost and they still wanted credit card or cash up front and manager dis not speek english well so hard to deal with will never be dealing with this company again
The vehicle was new and was delivered as expected. The pickup and drop off attendants were a pleasure to deal with. Rental was well priced. There were no surprises in the overall process.

Absolute Rip Off. Scammers. Charge a non-smoker for a “detailing fee” when I do not even smoke. Better yet I was nice enough to bring the truck back absolutely spotless because I cleaned it myself after our trip to Wasaga Beach. You are better off going to Discount Car & Truck Rental 2 minutes down the road. Better service, No rip-offs, substantially cheaper, and you always get a vehicle that isn’t dirty from the last renter. Charging a 62 year old mother for a detailing fee when she and her whole family are non-smokers. I’ll be calling head office to complain as this is a total scam on a senior. Total Rip Off Artists @ Enterprise.
Terrible service and experience ever ! They didn't reminde us to bring the car insurance pink sheet, so we came from far away at early morning but we couldn't got the car. Waste our time. Don't try to rent the car from if you are under 25, you will feel what is real inconveniences.

I needed a Van to move a few thing from my cottage. I looked at many places to rent from, I choose this Enterprise location in part because of the reviews but also the price was better than most, I admit I was still skeptical as many rental places do one price before and a different one on the return. I was very pleasantly surprised when I returned the van to find no hidden charges, the price I was quoted was the price payed the van I wanted was the van I got. Not to mention this wasn't some beat up junky van it was near new with 7000km on it, it was a smooth ride with a decent radio. Both of the reps Kevin and Omar were professional, polite and made every effort to help me, even when I was returning the van and the place was busy they maintained a calm environment while working as fast as possible to process all the demands on them, having worked in service this is one of the hardest things to do, bravo. Really happy with the choice I made. I do recommend this place.

Terrible customer service would never recommend them to anybody I was renting from them for over two years at $169 a week and then randomly it jumps up to 570 and then extra two days at $120 a day without my signature and then this morning a week after the rental I have a random $75 charge on my credit card Awful company and especially the area manager

The experience was great. From the get go, we booked the vehicle online without issue. When the date came to get the vehicle, customer service was extremely helpful and courteous. The gentleman presented the vehicle options, explained the coverages, and clarified any questions we had. Given the location’s setup, they also offered to drive the vehicle to the lot for easy departure. Returning the vehicle was also a breeze and really convenient. The gas station is nearby and it’s right off the highway. I’ll definitely be choosing enterprise as my go-to for future car rentals!
Picked up my rental through insurance and drove home. In the a.m. I go out and the tire psi warning comes on and as I'm driving the drivers door whistles so I open and shut it and still doesn't close proper. Went 80 kms and used a quarter tank. Maybe spend more time inspecting the vehicle before putting someone in it.
Rented a van from Enterprise on Ontario street St Catharines. Had an issue the van. Went back to see the manager. Trish listened to my situation, came out to the inspect the vehicle and wrote up the paperwork. In the end, all was good. Without her assistance I believe the outcome would have been different. She now has another dedicated customer, and will use her location for future vehicle rentals. Highly recommend this rental business. Regards, Larry

As an Enterprise Plus member for years I have to say everyone should decline insurance coverage which is like $25_30 a day because all credit cards cover that just not personal injury which is $6.99 a day. But they sure don't tell you that cause they rather take advantage of their customers.. I've paid thousands of dollars over the last two years just on rental insurance and you would think that in those two years "SOMEONE" would of said "hey no need to pay the coverage your credit card covers that bro" I would of went to the top of the latter to make sure that employee recieved a gold star award..The manager isn't even professional enough to return a phone call on top of it all cause he knows I'm upset. You shouldn't of signed up for a managers position then brother.. I have no respect for people like that. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

People, always get insurance. Always search for any damage and every little scratch all around and inside the car before booking. Do not rely on their employees. Be very very very careful. Keep every proof and paperwork.
Two weeks ago over the weekend, a pick-up upgraded vehicle was given by great Associate Basit/Basil. He did a great job, give us tutorials on "How to use features of the vehicle?" Try his level best to accommodate us the best-upgraded vehicle in same lower offer given by Enterprise, great customer care service by him, Highly recommended...
My wife and I rented a car here for our honeymoon trip to Salem/Boston and the service we received was exceptional. We went into the store to let them know we were here for our rental and as it turned out they didn't have it back yet... What I thought initially might turn into a big disappointed turned into a huge bonus as they informed us that due to the fact that it was our honeymoon they wanted to gift usca free upgrade to any vehicle in the lot at no extra cost to us. So we essentially paid for a versa and got a brand new Silverado. The staff was extremely kind and courteous. 5 star service
I booked a car in advance online, for saturday a rav4 and when I went to pick it up they told me they dont have cars available. Stay away from them. 0 stars if is possible. They have a very bad reputation

Second Edit: Do not be fooled by the owner's response below. The location had ample opportunity to rectify the situation prior to responding to a negative public review. If they actually cared about my experience with them we would not be here. Do not use this rental company. There are plenty of others in the area who are more likely to give you transparent and fair prices. Seek them out. Non-transparent pricing caused what was advertised as a $33 per day rental to cost $60 per day over the course of an 8 day rental (for which I paid 9 days). Instead of $33 per day I was charged the weekly fee for the first 7 days ($299 flat which divides out to $42 a day), and then for the two additional days that I had the vehicle I was charged $60 per day... Additionally I did not opt for collision insurance (as my credit card provided this service), so the charges could have been much worse. Edit: I called the company to register a complaint. The representative I spoke to did his best to help me. He was happy to adjust the pricing on the additional days to the rate charged to me for the first week (roughly $42 per day) as I was not informed of the charge. Although I am still not pleased with the entire experience I feel less bothered by it now.

Very business oriented fake smiles and talks. Did not refund the extra gas when I returned , but gave me a biz card with a note for which he said, "Next time you take car from us. We will offset the fuel charge" I don't think fuel refunds work that way.

What a great experience! I was referred here from my body shop who set up the reservation. When I called I spoke to Andrew he had all the details and allowed me to rent a day sooner. Andrew happened to also help me book the car Thur night and when I came home from my Fri appointment Andrew had left a message message on my voice mail..just making sure I was happy with my rental. Amazing! At the time I went not a huge selection left but was offered a mid sized car but it seemed a little complicated any there was a small Chevy spark which ended up being perfect for the little bit but necessary local driving . I returned the car early on Sunday just before they closed to ensure it could be checked over although the option is there to leave after closing and put keys in a slot. We had arranged for a ride home by Enterprise once the car was dropped off but due to unforeseen staff shortage when we arrived that wasn't possible. Once again Vivek who was working provided a credit for travel home. As they close at 12 and our ride couldn't pick us up till 12:30 he allowed us to wait inside rather than in the pouring rain while they worked on closing off their paper work. Each time I went there the team was extremely busy but you could see each client was served with a smile. I would have no hesitation recommending the Ontario St Enterprise location and will certainly go back here for any future needs.

Beyond annoyed with this company. I give a deposit for a vehicle that was needed while mine was in the shop. Assured I would receive a cheque within 10 business days. 22 business days later nothing. Called and spoke with Brandon, who said they received an email the week prior regarding my mailing address (no one called to advise of any issue). He confirmed all my information and told me it was being “express posted”. 4 business days later still nothing. Call again to be told that the information was incomplete. Never again will I use enterprise.

1 star because it won't let me give them 0. I was told at 4:30pm from this location that they have a car for me, and will be picking me up in Welland within an hour. After 6pm, I phoned them to see what was going on, and they told me they couldn't "free anyone up" to get me, nor did they even have a car for me anymore. Also, they were going to transfer me to the Welland location for the following day (the Welland location transferred my file to them since they had a vehicle available and Welland did not). So not only did they not even bother calling me back to let me know of any change, but had NOTHING at all for me when *I* phoned *THEM* after 6pm. He had the nerve to think he was doing me a favor by transferring me back to where I started (LOL!!!). They strung me along until everything else was closed, leaving me without a vehicle. Not to mention, it's paid by my insurance company since my van was destroyed by a drunk driver, so they had no reason to string me along. In the 2 calls I made to them, I was on hold the majority of the time, and disconnected by 3 different people who "picked up the line by mistake". My advice is not to believe anything they have to say, and to go with any other company.

Called today to get a quote for an economic car, I needed for it 1 day. The person on the phone told me that it will be around 70$ tax in and I can drop the key in the evening in the box. I get there and the manager told me that is not possible. I have to pay for the rent 130 since the company policy is: one has to pay Saturday to Monday price even though I need the car just for 1 day. Why then I get the wrong info on the phone and spent 40 min to get there... ended up taking a car2go was actually cheaper then renting a car with enterprise for 1 day anyways... despicable service

I made a reservation a week in advance and then 45 minutes before my pick-up time they called to say that they had no cars left. What's the point of making a reservation then? Found out from my sister afterwards that she had the same disappointing experience here, too. I will never bother with this place again.

Misleading/missing information on the website concerning car rents as <25y/o non-canadian renter. You need to show a car insurance (which makes absolutely no sense because in many countries the insurance is car-specific and wouldn‘t help for other cars), even on the phone this information was not given ALTHOUGH I specifically asked. Also when booking online, this was not noted. Please work on that. To be fair, the staff was very friendly and cooperative. Still, this doesn‘t make up for the fact that you physically have to show up until you get the information that they don‘t give you the car.
Do not rent a vehicle from this company. Avoid this Trafalgar location at all costs. They are, (specifically, the Manager) not transparent about their charges. He is rude and dismissive when confronted.
Over priced and service was not at it's best. The guy insisted swiping the credit card which I have from the middle east and I explained to him time and time again that it required PIN number and would not authorize by swiping. Anyway I was lucky as I went to the place which offered much better prices
pros car was clean upgrade to ford fusion hybrid, cons drove 80 kilometers over 4 days car said I was getting 17 kilometers per liter put 10 liters in on my way to drop off to be told they wanted to charge me for another 4 liters , 14 liters to drive 80 kilometer's, also I needed the rental for 4 days as my car was being repaired. I explained I was picking my car up Friday afternoon dropping it off Monday afternoon needed a 4 day rental . Between the repair place and Enterprise they arranged for me to get a car Monday afternoon, during the pick I mentioned 4 days several times as we were including extra insurance for those days and I wanted a price. When dropping the car off they charged for 5 days I said it was a 4 day rental we spoke off he said he forgot to explain that it was a 5 day rental . Not very happy
I will start by saying that I have rented from enterprise at least 10 times over the last, lets say 5 years. I will never be giving them my business again. Here is why: About a month ago I called to ask this location if they had either panel vans, Ford F250 tow trucks, or a box van available for rent. They said yes, I told them I was moving at the end of September and that I would be calling back at that time, they said no problem and we hung up the phone. After calling today, I learned that not only do they NOT rent out these types of vehicles from this location anymore, but that the only place that did was their Grimsby location, which isn't feasible for me as I'm moving from one end of St Catharines to to the other. They suggested I call the Grimsby office to see if they could have a truck sent over, at which point I could pick up and drop off at their location (giving me false hope, as they well knew this was not an option). I phoned their grimsby location, and almost instantly was told "No, we aren't doing that" and the agent hung up the phone pretty quickly thereafter. I called back to the Ontario St location and spoke to the manager, who told me he would call me back in 10 minutes after speaking with the Grimsby location and assured me that it would be no trouble to send a truck over. About 50 minutes later (not 10), the manager of the Grimsby location called me back and gave me a very corporate answer (restructuring divisions blah, customer service issues blah, lot size restrictions blah) none of which actually mattered to me, as a customer looking for a vehicle that I was assured I could get not even a month beforehand, as well as by the manager at the Ontario St location not an hour earlier. I told her that wasn't something I wanted, and that I was told it could be transported to the Ontario St location. She said it wasn't possible, so I thanked her for wasting my time and hung up. Upon calling back to the Ontario St location to let them know what happened, I was met with a pleasant customer service agent... who had no idea about any of what was going on, and asked if I wanted to be put on hold to speak to the same manager I had spoken to before. I said no, told them that they had lost my business and hung up. So all in all, I spent about 2hrs of back and forth phone calls between two locations, one hand didn't know what the other was doing, and I ended up not being able to rent the vehicle I wanted due to their "corporate restructuring". This is TERRIBLE customer service, it has nothing to do with me, I don't care about their company mandates and licenses, I just wanted to rent a truck. I will never be renting anything from Enterprise ever again, they have lost my business indefinitely. Please think twice before calling this location, they have no clue how to keep a customer satisfied, and this company seems to think that their corporate mandates are more important that actually providing people with the correct vehicles when they need them. Absolutely atrocious service. I'll stick with U-haul in the future. PS: the manager from this location still has never called me back.
Rented for a cross country road trip. Service was attentive and quick. In and out in under 15 mins, got the right car and was very comfortable.
I rented a car that my husband picked up. They would not give me my points or transfer the contract to me so I could have the points. Considering it was for close to 3 months, not impressed.

Horrible experience. One they did not come and pick me up like there slogan says,so I had to get the collision shop to drive me. Then once I get there they bring out completely wrong car screwing me over for work when I specifically asked them to be sure it was a truck still wasn't, thank you enterprise for making me a very very unhappy customer.
