Their low score is for a reason, go else where, even if you have to pay slightly more, at least you won't get screwed by this shady business. They did not waive my cancellation fee even after confronting them to specify it on their contract, they are basically making up fees and charges with no proof to back it up. Wont be long before they go bankrupt under new company title as they did under Budget.

The staff here are super friendly. Shout out to Dom and Nikola who are akways great, make mornings when i pickup the trucks very pleasant. Vehicles are clean, work well and ever have any problems.

Scam artists. Wanted to charge me for a new windshield because of a stone chip that apparently happened on my watch!!! A stone chip that was even hard to see by human eye. I rent cars a lot for business and never heard of this nonsense. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!

Horrible customer service once they have your credit card they threaten to add charges at the drop of a hat threatened id be charged $60 a hour and charged a clean up fee that was more then renting the truck for the day

I reserved an 11 passenger vehicle online roughly two weeks in advanced. I had received an online confirmation of reservation. A week later, I called to confirm the reservation and was told there was no record of reservation. This was 4 days prior to the required date. The solution that was offered was a 10 person van that had a minimum rental period, longer than required, that was much more expensive that the previous rental. Nothing was done to rectify the situation other than to try and force me to pay more for less. I did not. I stress that this is not a reflection of the workers but rather of the company. I would give less stars if I could.

I called to book a cargo van, spoke to the manager Dominic i was asking simple questions trying to book a truck unfortunately the manager Dominic was very defensive and hang up on me. i will just say what a wonderful customer service he gave. bad experience i will never rent a truck from this place even if i have to pay more somewhere else.
