Affinity Exotic Car Rentals is a fabulous company. The staff is extremly friendly and helpful. From the first contact on the phone right through the entire process. First class all the way. Big thanks to Radu, from woodbridge location and Neil and Anjanie from Mississauga location. Would highly recommend this exotic car company to any one looking to enjoy some amazing cars. They also have a brand new 2021 Corvette Stingray Convertible available which is a treat to drive and experience. Also thanks to Dave for his knowledge, wisdom, and humility. Fabulous team with an even better attitude towards customer care ! Absolutely great experience from start to finish. Thanks again, we will be back again soon. :)

Was forced to get a rental call through Oakville Toyota because my car was not detailed properly when I picked it up new. Returned the car at the full tank line yet still got charged for a $20 administration. Do not recommend at all.

Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable when inquiring about cars and availability. I rented the Ford Mustang convertible for my grandmas 81st birthday. We had a an amazing day driving around in this beauty of a car. Prices are reasonable and staff very is friendly. They went above in beyond to make sure we enjoyed our day. This was my first time renting a luxury car. I rented a Porsche 911 and had a very good experience. Anjanie in Mississauga was very helpful. The car was clean and performed very well. I thought the price was good compared to some of the other Exotic car rental companies that I checked. I would rent from them again.

Seriously, THE BEST RENTAL IN GTA. This rental company can fulfill their reservations 100% of the time. I’ve yet to come across a denial. Any time I need a rental, just one quick call and they’re there to provide it! Love Johanna and Cassandra. Absolutely phenomenal service from Anjanie and Misfir! They were wonderful from the moment I entered the shop. They helped me find the right car, even helped me set up everything in the car as well. I’m a fairly tall individual so having the seat adjusted and set to my needs was a great added bonus. Even though I had an issue with the original car! Anjanie came to the rescue with another vehicle to save the day! She literally saved my entire day! I would definitely recommend both Misfir and Anjanie to any and everyone that is looking for through the roof customer service! Kudos to the owner for hiring such amazing individuals to run such a wonderful rental company ! I’ll be renting all my future vehicles from them!! Great experience renting their 911 C4S Cabriolet to celebrate my birthday. Neil B. went above and beyond - super communicative car lover who worked hard to make the day perfect. Car was in excellent condition, easy pick up & drop off. Only problem is the car looked a little too good in my driveway ... I'll be back for another rental!

Solid car rental company!! Their cars are luxurious, top notch and client service is impressive. My first rental had an issue with the brakes, I called and was swapped out into another vehicle almost immediately with no issues. Great experience overall and highly recommended. Keep up the good work folks!

Disgusting: They will surprise you by over charging your credit card even though the contract rate says something else, I bought a rental corolla vehicle for 3 days; The contract clearly mentions @daily rate of 35$ however i got charged @rate of 40$ + tax + some fees; When i called they said "Ohh we made a wrong contract SORRY!!" it means that they can charge whatever they want (Which they think right!!) just because they have the credit card details what a misuse of credit card details charging without concern and authority; Very unsatisfied. Not even sticking on their created contract.. I have called my bank for an un-authorized credit card transaction. Kadri

The awesome fleet of cars at Affinity comes second only to the outstanding service that they provide. I recently reached out to Affinity to rent the classic 67 Camaro for my wedding, the car was an absolute gem. Anjie made the rental process seamless, from the initial inquiry to seeing me off the lot. They even had refreshment drinks and snacks in the lobby, little details that go a long way. I enjoyed my experience and would definitely recommend them.

Rented a 2021 Corvette recently for my wedding and it was an amazing experience! Had a little bit of an issue with my booking as it was double booked unknowingly due to some system mix up. But nevertheless Sanjay and Leroy were able to sort it so i had the car for my wedding so a special thanks to them for making it all possible!

Do Not trust Affinity car rental! Credit cards fraud alerts! This company stores clients credit cards’ informations, and charges these credit cards months or years later without the cards owners’ authorizations and acknowledgments.

I rented a vehicle from this place and was not informed of the hidden fees they charge. Also, vehicles are overpriced, you can get them cheaper at other companies which are more well known. I was very disappointed because this was not explained on the contract. Also, they do not inform you before taking money out of your account, they just take out random amounts without your authorization. I will never deal with this rental company again. Horrible experience and would not recommend to anyone. Please go to rent-a-car instead, they are much cheaper.

Service were efficient and professional. They confirmed rates with my insurance company and had my rental booked within an hour. Shane delivered the car to me on the rental day on time. Car was clean and even with tire dressing on. Shane explained everything, checked stone chips and took pictures. Overall very good experience with Affinity and their employees.

It was a great experience with Affinity. The store manager, Neil, was very helpful. With excellent customer service skills he made the entire process of renting a car a breeze. The car provided was reliable and worked well. As a wonderful courtesy, knowing the pressure in schedule I face working in healthcare, Neil, waived the surge fee and charged only for fuel to be filled on my return of the car. I would definitely be a return client and strongly recommend them.
