Best car shopping experience I've ever had. Spotted a van my family liked online. But the problem is that I live 2 hours from Brooks, and we're in the middle of calving season. I asked the salesman, Randy, if it was possible for them to drive the van out to us. He was happy to oblige, and listed every ding and scratch ahead of time so there were no surprises. The van looked even better in person than it did in the pictures, and we wrote a cheque for it on the spot! Martin Chrysler will absolutely be the first stop for every future car we buy. Thanks a bunch, guys!!

Update: recently took off the fender flares since both fenders and quarters were rusting due to untreated holes made when installing the mud flaps. Also discovered that the right rear quarter panel had been painted. Damage that was not disclosed at purchase. They didn't even bother taking off the flare to paint it. Definitely NOT a recommend. Pros: they had the truck I was looking for. Cons: Truck had large chip in the hood which was not disclosed during remote discussion while I was in Ontario. Specifically asked about damage. Owner/manager charged me for pick up at the airport even though he was picking up a car in the area. Had to go pick up the car with them. They didn't make the ownership changes, so after flying the redeye I had to go to the DMV to make the changes. Undisclosed: Xcel foods has a beef plant in this town which emits a foul smell. Had to get the truck professionally cleaned to get the smell out.

Can't speak for sales, the service center is pretty good but the parts counter is an absolute tragedy and they have no problem providing bad information and disrespecting their customers.

We were stranded with 3 horses on a trailer on our way from Calgary to Manitoba, with an unknown truck issue. We pulled into the dealership just before 6am, and they took care of us as soon as they could. We were offered a place to unload & walk the horses, and the staff were so attentive to our situation. Once absolutely everything was checked over on the truck, & the fluids were all topped up, we were sent safely on our way. Thank-you all so much for making a less than ideal situation, so much better than it could have been. We got home safe & sound, and you helped!

My car suddenly stopped turning over. I was extremely concerned since there were lots of lights on my dashboard. I called Martin Chrysler and they were extremely friendly and took me in right away. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly and it turned out to be just my alternator. I've gone to them before and I can assure that they will not sell you something that you do not need. I am extremely happy with the service and am excited to pick up my vehicle again tomorrow. I'm confident that all the employees will be able to provide superior customer service, but, I have been dealing with Jaz, and he is terrific!

On Saturday, 13 July 2019, I had a total failure of power windows in my '09 RAM pick-up. I showed up at MARTIN CHRYSLER @ 7:30 AM on Monday 15 July. Service advisor Jas checked me in, listened to my tale of woe, how my wife, dog, and I are traveling through the area from the U.S. need to get moving, etc. They borrowed a switch from a used P/U on their lot, ran all windows closed, re-installed my old switch, & sent me on my way. They REFUSED to take any money!! I haven't had this positive a service experience at any other Mopar dealership in my 25+ years of owning Dodge trucks. Thank you for helping me out promptly & courteously. 5 Gold Stars!
