Super impressed with the team at Fix Auto in Brooks. My vehicle was in an accident and required a lot of work to get it up and back on the road. They got my car in right away, were very friendly, called me weekly with updates and had my car finished and like new back to me in 13 days! A full week sooner than I was expecting even with the additional damages that were found when the panels were removed. The customer service and quality of work were impressive. Went from a totally horrible incident to one of the most effortless, satisfying and knowledgeable experience. Sierra Collision provided me with step by step information and instructed me on what I had to do after my accident seeing as how I have never been in one. Ricky has been nothing short of an excellent customer service provider that takes it upon himself to make sure you get taken care of. Sierra Collision was amazing with my van! Went in with a dented bumper and it looks AMAZING after he replaced the bumper, they went above and beyond and replaced my fender cause we didn't know it was dented too as it was hidden. They also made sure it's safe to drive as the support headlight bracket was broken so they replaced that as well! I Highly recommend Sierra Collision to get the job done right!

I am extremely satisfied with the work that Ricky and his team did on my Porsche after an unfortunate vehicle incident. The quality of the work performed was second to none which made a very stressful situation of dealing with a damaged vehicle much easier to tolerate. Right from the moment that I took the vehicle in for repair until I picked it up after repair, Ricky provided excellent personalized customer service. His team ensured that all aspects of the repair were handled in a professional manner and attention to detail of all repairs was excellent. Communication from Ricky on progress of the repair was frequent, and the finished product was completed with exceptional quality and as per the schedule that Ricky and I agreed to at the onset of the repairs. I would definitely recommend Ricky and his team for any collision repair work that anyone may require for their vehicle.

I would like to share an experience we had with Ricky on July, 2018. While driving from Vauxhaul from Brooks I realized I had a flat tire. We we were about 10km outside of Brooks still and it was about 5pm so I knew most places wouldn't be open. I googled auto places in Brooks and after having 3 calls ending nowhere I called Sierra Collision and Frame (not realizing it wasnt an auto body shop). Ricky answered and I explained we were stuck on the side of the highway with a flat tire. He said that they were closed but luckily the call came to his cell and said he would come see if he could help. He came out right away, realized he forgot a tool he would need, drove back into town and then back out to us, and then put on our spare tire for us. We offered him some money but he wouldn't take it. We could not be more thankful as he went out of his way to help us with nothing in return. If I were to need anything done in the future I would reccomend him for sure!

why theres only 5 star?i would like to give 10 star..lol i had too much stress after i got into car accident but ricky made it easy and smooth for me...even for the car rental he helped me to hook up with the best company rental here in brooks(discount car rental).hes even calling me every now and then to update the progress of my suv(mitsubishi eclipse cross).you will feel that your vehicle is in good hands and nothing to worry about...and lastly they did an awesome job,hands down to that.

I asked how long the repair would take , he estimated perfectly, it was done on the day he said. He even had a rental ready at the shop the day I took the truck in.
