I rent cars on a weekly basis and have always had an outstanding experience at this particular enterprise location (4430 Harvester). They are friendly, kind and they always try to get me in the best car at the best price. As a repeat customer, I appreciate that a lot. Have dealt with other car rental companies in Burlington and have never felt the same level of service as this location.

Changed review from 3 star to one star. After the experience written below I called and told them that I hope it didn't happen again and please have our next rental correct and on time. It did not happen. My husband waited two hours for vehicle and they thought taking him to a dealer and picking up a brand new jeep for him would fix things. Well it was 2 hours later and a jeep is not what we ordered. We both have bad backs and always book full size car for comfort alone. The Charger is the most comfortable. Never going back. Previous review below Have been using this car rental place for awhile and are regulars. We are thinking of moving elsewhere as last rental was not ready on time and we ended up with a horrible Kia Soul when we booked a full sized vehicle. The Charger we were suppose to get was not there and it eventually pulled in after we inspected the Kia and were about to leave but it still needed to be cleaned and we were already delayed due to our car not being ready...or not even on the property. This is the third time this has happened to us now. We will give them one more shot to make it up to us but one more issue and we are gone. Editing to add the owner replied to my review on google maps and it was the generic same words as most of the other replies almost word for word. So after seeing that, I believe we will not be returning to this place.

Zero stars. I did not take their offered insurance as I had other coverage. After returning the vehicle, they claimed I had damaged their vehicle in three different areas (which I absolutely had not). These were little scratches that were there prior to me renting it. They then tried to charge me over $2500. A total scam. Will never rent from Enterprise again which is too bad. Up until this experience, I preferred them.

Enterprise generally has far better customer service than most other car rental companies, and the folks at this shop are especially helpful and accommodating. For the few extra dollars, I’d recommend coming here over budget, hertz, avis, thrifty or any of the cheaper options out there

Very disappointed. After reserving a cargo van rental 3 weeks in advance.. And confirming it twice before pick up...they called me 25 minutes before on the morning of..and stated they didn't have the truck available. Nice. Completely unacceptable.. Long story short... I got a Uhaul. They saved the day for moving my daughter...thanks for nothing Enterprise. Update. Thanks And after your customer service response on Google weeks later.. I realize sometime things happen..but no thank you. You can't fix anything now. Wether it was an opened ended reservation or prepaid, you simply could not provide the service requested as agreed, and provided no solution or even apology. Your rep just left me hanging, to expect a call back that never came. It's ok. I got your competitor to resolve this in 10 mins. Thanks for the canned response at 1:34 am. Good customer service.

I had booked a car for 9 days weeks in advance for 10:00 Am. I had to pick someone up from the airport so the time was pretty important. The car was 30 minutes late and when I kept asking where it was I was told " its off being cleaned". Eventually I was told my car was ready and they took me to a car that I was sitting next to for the past 30 minutes (not away being cleaned at all). I was then gave the lady my credit card and she said so that'll be 800 dollars (over double the price we agreed upon when I booked). I asked why it was so high and she explained it was 200 dollars in case of damages which ill get back ,300 dollars for the rental and the rest is tax and fees. I asked 'what fees'? ..... " just standard fees and I've already swiped your card". In a rush I had to get to the airport as I was late. so I called later that day asking what theses fees were. I was told it was for a mandatory damage waiver, when I confronted the man on the phone saying the website states that it is optional and he should have told me about it in store. He stated that it is mandatory for British persons to have this cover in Canada. I eventually went into a different branch and spoke to someone helpful in Banff, and with a couple clicks on his computer the fees had disappeared. Overall the car was fine and the eventual cost was okay but the service from this particular branch was very difficult.

Wasn't very happy with my rental experience. When I went to pick up my large SUV reservation, one of the employees was trying to claim it for his mother. I was asked if I would be willing to switch to a mid size SUV in order for the employee to take the Large SUV. I wasn't willing to give up the large SUV I needed for my road trip with 6 other people. When I got into the Tahoe the interior hadn't been cleaned and the gas tank was only 3/8.

Did not have our vehicle and tried to give us a rear wheel drive sports car while our SUV was in the shop. Went about our business until they figured things out for about 2 hours until they got us into the vehicle we required and had planned for a month in advance. They tried really hard to make up for the mistake however it caused us to be late for appointments. Great staff and friendly service. Must have been a tough time due to weather. That being said watching others getting the vehicles we were supposed to be getting at our appointment time was a little frustrating and did not feel very good. Luckily we brought a second car because wife took a day off work otherwise I would have been sitting their with a child, no SUV, a baby seat, and would have missed my specialist appts for sure. Like I said great staff just poor priority management of vehicle fleet. I even had to point out that a SUV they tried to give us had a large bulge in the tire which means it was not checked properly upon its return. I would try this place out again for pleasure but as of right now safety and quality service dinged this company 2 stars. 3 is fair. Many others may have been rational about their experience. Would I recommend this place? We will see. I beleive in second and third chances and would update the next experience and the star rating as well. It all worked out regardless. Just had to rely on our selves is all.

I have only rented from Enterprise once so far. They were extremely helpful, and their price was literally A FRACTION of their competitors' price. I had reserved for 2 days; near the end of the 2nd day I telephoned from my motel room and asked if I could keep the car. Not only did they say "yes" but since my new return date fell on a day they weren't open, I was permitted to keep the car until the next business day without paying for that extra day. It was sort of like, "Since the customer is making herself available to return the car at a time when we are not there to assist her, we will not fault her and ask for more money." When I congratulated them on all-around excellent service at the time of the car's drop off, they blushed and were really very modest and said that it was the right thing to do, nothing more. I dealt with Sham at drop off, and he was great, but also the attractive woman who took me out to my car initially on pick-up day was extremely courteous & friendly as well. I will be a return customer and have already planned out a few more dates I will be using them again. Tomorrow is one actually, as long as when I call back at 5:30 they do have a car available for tomorrow as right now there are NONE available. I'd say that is a sign of good business sense, on their part. ;)

The lady there was absolutely absolutely horrible. I honestly can’t believe it. We had made a reservation and went in to the office about to pick up our car. She was obviously trying to clean up because they were going to close in the next half hour. When we asked to pick up our vehicle, she started stammering that they were “out of vehicles”. Even though the enterprise system let us book. Further we checked and there were tons of vehicles out back. We ended up having to wait on the phone for another half an hour to try and get the Enterprise office to change our reservation. Shame on you. So shameful. It takes ten minutes to give us a car. Ruined our vacation. Every other enterprise has always been great. The worst experience out of all of them. So sad.

CHECK THE GAS LEVEL! This rental was arranged by my local car sales service department as a loaner. They were great and, as such, I'm leaving them unmentioned in this review. Although only a five minute drive away, I was left waiting to be picked up for over half an hour. Then, to add insult to injury, the staff at the rental agency proceeded to list the many reasons why I should drop off the rental back with them directly and not, as instructed, at the dealership. . . If they'd have simply asked and explained that they're short-staffed, I'd have considered it, but don't pee on my leg and tell me it's raining! The straw that broke the camel's back, however, was that despite being told the car was full and instructed to return it in the same condition, it cost me $20.89 to fuel it up after driving only 39km. That's a fuel economy of 6.54 MPG or less than 1/3 of the advertised combined expected fuel economy. So that leads me to believe that Enterprise expected me to pay for 80km of someone else's driving. The way this car was pushed on me, and how the staff member was "shushed" when mentioning something about it being out for part of the day earlier, I assume this was NOT an oversight but, instead, an attempt to try to take advantage of a guy at the end of the day who was, otherwise, getting a "free" rental car. BEWARE!

If I could leave 0 star for this issue, I would. Please read if you’re thinking about renting a vehicle. I have been renting from this location every weekend for about 2 years now and never had any issues up until recently. I had lost my credit card while on vacation and had to do a “debit hold” back in the beginning of February which was for the amount of the rental plus $250 on top. I was told I’d be getting my deposit back within 3-5 business days by cheque sent by mail. About 3 weeks went by and I had not received my cheque, I asked them about it and was told there was a delay and I’d be receiving it shortly. Another 3 weeks went by and no cheque. About 2 weeks went by and I finally get a cheque for the amount of $63 dollars which was NOT what I had given them. I called them to inquire about this and they told me they had made a mistake and added their own coverage on the vehicle which I did not ask for as I have my own and told me they’d be mailing me the difference within a week. I waited about 2 more weeks and still nothing! I have gone to the location and called multiple times and every time they tell me I should be receiving within 5 days. It’s been 3 MONTHS!!!!! This happened in March! We are now in July! After over 15 calls and visits to ask about it! And no cheque! I am so frustrated as they keep telling me they will get in contact with their accountant and call me back and they disappear. I no longer book with them as this is absolutely unacceptable considering how much of a loyal customer I have been over the years! I will be in contact again tomorrow and requesting my money back by the end of this week before I seek legal advice. This is NOT ok and I will not stop until I receive my money immediately! I have already left a review and got a reply telling me to email them directly to discuss the issue which I have! WITH NO RESPONSE! Therefore I will be taking further action if this cheque is not received by Friday as this is absolutely NOT ok. Would not recommend this location simply for the fact they show zero care for their loyal customers.

I live not far, the location works well for me; they always ready to pick me up on Holdom station and they even drove me to Gilmore station, twice already. The ones who complain about the location - just call them and they will pick you up. They do overbook, but all rentals do that; there was an occasion when they did not have cars but the resolved it quickly and gave me another vehicle of higher class for the same rate. They helped me out big deal once when another location (Surrey Central) just denied me; they compensated my toll bridge expenses and were very helpful. On pre-rent checkup they tend to ignore minor car damage (small shallow scratches) that I would prefer to be marked in the checkup protocol but they never tried to charge me with any of those. They never gave me a bad or dirty car.

My first impression of this company was positive, I had received great customer service over the phone and I was under the impression that everything was set up and I would have a rental for the week while my car is in the shop. However, once I got there I was asked questions about my insurance policy that were not even mentioned to me once over the phone and this resulted in over 2 hours of sitting at Enterprise while trying to figure out the insurance confusion. After hours of calling and miscommunication I was not granted a rental which was V E R Y inconvenient because I was under the impression that they had all the information they need upon my arrival and it was going to be an easy and fast process. I recommend they ask and get all the information necessary for the rental process before the customer arrives understanding that they will have a rental. It is also very upsetting that before they were even done the process they had me pay the $150 deposit that will now have to be mailed back to me considering I do not have a vehicle to drive back to enterprise to get my money back. Extremely frustrating and an absolute waste of my time.

I got a rental car as a replacement (courtesy) car. The gas tank was not full. I had somewhat 3/4 of a tank. ! Attention ! Please take a picture of a gas meter in case your tank was not full to avoid future charges. It is hard to measure the exact amount of gas when we talk about a tank that was not fully loaded. If you return a car with a tank not full, you will have to argue unless you have pictures. ! If you have a ticket ! Pay your own ticket otherwise they will charge you an unreasonable amount of money for handling this for you. This info was not disclosed to me so I lost my security deposit because I didn't pay a parking ticket myself.

I’m disappointed I even have to give this place a star. The “service” we received was absolutely abysmal. We reserved a vehicle online with my boyfriends license. We go to pick up the vehicle and they ask for a credit card for a deposit (which wasn’t asked for online), which I gladly hand over. They then explain that they can’t accept a credit card which isn’t in the name of the driver - which I know full well is a crock as I’ve rented a car with my father before with the same company under my mothers credit card. I explained to them our circumstances and asked if there was anything else we could do and the guy behind the counter couldn’t have cared less if he tried. They have single handedly ruined my boyfriends birthday trip and put me out a ridiculous amount of money for a hotel room we now can’t get to. Thanks for nothing, Enterprise. I’ll be sure to let all my friends know.

I wasn’t happy with my experience with this enterprise. they refused to pick me up although my place was in 11km distance (less than the 16km range they have in website). Gave me a mid sized sedan although I payed for a full sized. Not to mention the politeness. Their employee talks over you on the phone and doesn’t let you talk.

Nice staffs and decent prices. The only downside is that when I book an economy or compact car, it happens often that they don't have a car at this class when I go there. This results in offering a bigger car which consumes more gas (although the rental is with the price of an economy car), or offering a car from another branch which costs you time.

Have been dealing with this branch for many years and have rented an absolutely ton of vehicles. Did a one-way from Leduc to Medicine Hat, rainy when the walk-around was completed in Leduc (rushed walk-around), 80 year old man drove straight from Leduc to Medicine Hat and this branch is now trying to charge 800$ for the damage in these photos. No help in solving it, sent it to damage recovery and didn't bother sending information to Leduc to ask about damages, no proof of inspections in the paperwork with the bill. Poor service.

Make sure to double check rental agreement gas level! Cheap Business Trick to get a little more money. Agent specifically mentioned to return car at 1/3 the tank, we even made a trip back to the store to show tank was not full. However agent still entered 1/2 tank on rental agreement (which I did sign) but at no point did they draw attention to the tank level when showing the agreement (made the mistake in trusting the agent). Forced us to pay additional fill up fee despite returning car at exact level we had been told to return it at. Rented car: latest model Ford Edge which was in great condition and overall good ride. *Advertised to have SIRIUS included in rental, it did not!* ***Update in response to owner: Management and Care department had been messaged with all relevant information and details over 2 weeks ago. No response or any indication that this matter was looked in to further

Having to still do a deposit when going through insurance. If there is an issue or some kind of charge, charge it to the insurance company who can then charge their client... not being able to do this deposit then made it so I couldn't receive a "like type" vehicle to what I drive, like i am supposed to receive as paid to my insurance... luckily the car was really nice and I enjoyed it probably more than any SUV I saw on their lot.

Is there a way to mark 0 stars? Place opens at 7:30am on Wednesday, October 31st. I was dropped off there at 7:30am, doors were locked and i knocked on windows, no one was there. I booked my reservation last night for 7:30am. I called them, no one picked up. I ended up waiting out in the pouring rain for 45 minutes as I was stranded, hoping someone who worked there would show up. Even the other enterprise location wasn't picking up their phones. Luckily a nice gentleman, who thought the place opened at 8am, who even mentioned since this new management they've been terrible, gave me a ride to Thrifty. Luckily someone was actually working at Thrifty and I managed to get their last rental. I was an hour late to work and my hair and clothes were ruined no thanks to this location. I even called at 9:30 to cancel my appointment and still no answer...did everyone decide to take a day off? Horrible service. Is it even called service at this point? Absolutely awful experience. Update - a man named Steve Sabadin has got in touch with me and promised a free rental via email over a month ago. Have not received this email. Just getting ridiculous at this point. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.

august 9 a month before that I planned my trip to Vancouver, and I made my reservation on Expedia. I had a disappointing experience renting a car from this Enterprise as they did not have my car available when I got there to pick it up. I had made my reservation weeks in advance and had everything planned for my vacation and they failed to give me a car, saying their lot is empty and the person who was supposed to bring my car is not answering their phone! I see this as a mismanagement issue, it affected my vacation plans and created a stressful experience for me. I eventually got a car after two days of constant calls and follow ups, and then had to do the math for them to make sure they’re not overcharging me for the time I had not had a car (they wanted to charge me for the same amount as my original reservation!).

I wish there was an option for less than one star because I have never been treated so poorly and had such a bad experience in my entire life! To begin with, the car that I had booked over a week in advance was not available and they said that they do not guarantee the actual car you want but all of that is in fine print. They then tried to upsell me into bigger cars which I did not want. The whole time they were both very rude and probably the least helpful human beings I have ever encountered. When I booked it online the price was around $150 and by the end of our conversation they were asking me how much room I had on my credit card because it was going to be at least $400! One of the two that were at the front desk was snickering like a rude little person the whole time. Pretty much they lied about having a car, they lied about the price and they were incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. They wasted about 2 hours of my morning and made me late for an out of town funeral. I would never even recommend this place to someone I hated.

So my car broke down a few weeks ago and I was worried that I wouldn't have it fixed in time for a trip I had planned for months. So, I decided to rent a car just in case. I called in and spoke with a delightful young man named Borris who was committed to helping me get back on the road in time for my trip. I had not rented a car before and I wanted to be sure I was prepared and ready to go (even called back a couple times to confirm all documentation I would need). I let him know I was a full-time student with a class 7 drivers licence and I could only pay by visa debit (He stated I would have to pay deposit and rental cost upfront...okay, totally doable!). He assured me I was good to go the next day if I brought in my drivers licence, hydro/cable bill and my proof of enrollment (Bachelor of Social Work). I was thinking, "what tremendous customer service!" However, Saturday, June 19th, approx. 12pm, I arrived at Enterprise and I was told that I was "ineligable" to rent a car because I have no current employment (again, full-time student in my third year). The nice young man the day before asked me about my employment, to which I told him I was a student. He said "that's okay, just bring in proof of enrollment, and you can pay the rental cost and deposit up front, and provide several references." Awesome! But here is the issue, the woman behind the desk had a terrible attitude and unwilling to make any sort of accomadations for a mistake made on thier end. I called several times the day prior to confirm everything in order to avoid this situation entirely. Now I understand that mistakes can be made, but this woman was extremely unprofessional and had a poor attitude. She could definitely learn a thing or two on customer service from the other staff. Borris was polite, professional, and willing to go the extra mile knowing I was in a bind with my own vehicle and had an upcoming trip. Not recommending Enterprise to anyone. A friend had to drive 7 hours out of her way to pick me up and get us to our houseboat getaway in the Okanagan, which delayed our departure. Never again dealing with this company. Ps. Borris deserves a raise. The "manager" I dealt with needs to take a refresher course in customer service and better inform her staff of policy and procedures.

Worst time to rent a car. They gave me a Chevrolet cruise or what ever it is called and the car has a problem in the transmission and one of the wheels where vibrating and shaking. Then i returned it and he tried to convince me that if i drive it for just a little longer it will work perfectly, they gave me a Nissan sentra and it is a disaster. The wheel is shaking and the first gear change on 5000 RPM.

Do not rent from these guys. I got a rental car through these guys through my repair shop while my claim was being assessed. After returning my vehicle to the repair shop, I noticed a rental charge on my VISA for the duration my car was in the shop. I called and these guys said because ICBC didn't reimburse them, they decided to charge my card without my authorization. It wasn't until I called them that they provided an invoice. Apparently, communication is not their forte. Extremely shady - do not trust.

The reviews on here seem to be one extreme or another and I’m not surprised. The building has very little signage and I actually missed it at first. I rented a car, returned it and now they are saying I damaged the bumper. The “damage” is basically on the underside of the car. You have to get on the ground to see it. It was likely there before I got the car because there was never even an opportunity for it to happen while I was driving it. It went unnoticed on the initial inspection BECAUSE IT’S UNDERSIDE OF THE CAR.

***DAMAGE DEDUCTIBLE RIP OFF!!!*** Rented a Van here. The desk staff were polite, courteous and friendly. I purchased the collision damage waiver. Unfortunately, while using the van we damaged it slightly. Prior to returning the vehicle i stopped at a body shop and asked for a repair estimate. They indicated $400-$500. I returned the vehicle and was immediately billed the full $1000.00 deductible on the damage. I asked for a repair estimate, it was not provided. Instead, when i followed up i was told that the vehicle was already being worked on and that the repair estimate (which was not provided) was $990.00... how convenient.

This was my second time, I rented a nice fuel efficient Toyota Camry 2020 from this location. Undoubtedly again, I received phenomenal, excellent & friendly reception & customer service from the Burlington staff. The staff is super nice, they really like to help people if you earnestly request them. Not only I had an awesome experience, but I always enjoy my conversations with everyone their. Simon & Dustin always seem cheerful & understanding towards customer's needs. Roshan & Tyler also carry a great conversation when it comes to choices for cars. I would seriously request Enterprise to treat the Burlington staff creditably & graciously , since they really try hard to keep their customers happy following their company rules. I have rented vehicles from various Enterprise locations. I have witnessed some stress & arguments at another location. Absolutely awful experience! The rental agent I dealt with was dismissive, didn't even introduce himself, didn't explain the process, and had me sign without allowing me to actually see the documents on the tablet I was signing. I was not made aware of the terms and conditions until after I was leaving, and the rental agent did not document all the damage, as some were 'a warranty issue'. Of course when we dropped the vehicle off he found something and now we are being stuck with the bill. The agent, who also happens to be the branch manager, would not even acknowledge my questions until my husband got out of the car and then he would only talk to him. Their documentation was recorded incorrectly as well. If you aren't going to record all damage on the walk around, and you aren't documenting your forms correctly, how am I supposed to trust that the damage happened while I had the vehicle, especially when it was barely driven in the two days I had it and I know I didn't have an accident?! Would not recommend Enterprise as a whole either, as they have been avoiding our questions at all levels. I would like to edit my review in response to the owners comment below. We have sent at least two emails to the email address you have provided and have yet to receive a reply to any of our specific concerns. Our emails have been detailed and very specific about the details of my experience/concerns at the local branch here, but continue to be ignored.

Had used this location once. We rented the car from there and were on he way to Chicago. Unfortunately the maintaince minder lighted up when we were around London. Called enterprise corp being told they cannot do anything as all Canadian locations are closed and we cannot exchange the car in the enterprise locations. So we had the car which is due for maintaince for several days thousands kilometres away. Once we returned we talked to the branch manager and he gave us 20percent off....please make sure your car is not due for maintaince! That was scary

Clean and Tidy storefront. Staff members well versed in company policies. Location easy to find and identify. All staff very rigid in business and policy. Manager appears very groomed by upper management and corporate training and very fast to dictate the "rules" when he sees fit to bring those rules forward. Our situation required several return visits to storefront and were able to witness managers changing interpretations of policy and corporate decisions. Extremely frustrating while attempting to do business. Body language of all staff members were completely negative while attempting to clarify issues. Rolling of the eyes.....arms folded....lack lustre stance completely inappropriate and uncalled for. Manager leading the entire group of staff with these negative gestures. Several other customers witnessed these actions and appeared quite surprised with the negativity of the staff and inability of all staff and manager to mitigate the issues. Male staff member continued the negative experience during rental delivery by explaining that even with visible and audioable difficiencies of the vehicle...." He wasn't worried" about those deficiencies and upon requesting those deficiencies be recorded officially and documented prior to renting, pushed back significantly enough to cause a scene when the renting party made it very clear in a heated demand to record the obvious deficiency. The male company representative immediately continued an extremely innapropriate attitude towards the individual in the renting party for pointing out the deficiencies and demanding they be identified and recorded. Because the renting party may be liable for these issues....it was very clear these items absolutely needed to be identified. To those reading this review....please be aware of the changing interpretations of "policy"....and the almost choreographed staff closing in around each other and almost ganging up on the customer and making you feel uncomfortable. Also be very clear on ensuring you are not going to be held liable for deficiencies that the company may not be " worried about". The fact that the attitude completely changed when the company representative was demanded to record deficiencies is clear that there was a possible scam about to occur. Do Not allow these staff members to intimidate you and pay close attention to the changing and or additions to the policies spoken to you by even the manager. Shame on Enterprise Car Rental to allow this sort of misinformation and partial and or changing interpretations to paying and apparently valuable customers. I am certain the staff reading this review will remember this incident and simply brush this off as a difficult customer. But be rest assured , this is a genuine accounting of the customer experience.

Shady businesses, i would never come here again. I would take my truck to dealership for repair and get a courtesy truck. I wouldnt trust these people. These people charged me for some bs damage on the roof of the truck, tire and front bumper. Called my bank and told them to stop the charge. Be aware folks, dont do business with them. - I am the F350 renter by the way * update * they charged me for a $2700 for bs damage and automatically took 300 dedicable. On top after my review, they charged me for a red light ticket, which non of the employee can show me a picture of. What a joke company, rental companies working with bodyshop to help each other get business. Sad...

Nice at first, until I go to to use my credit card after the "24" hours you have to wait to get the deposit is up and it still isn't on my balance I call and ask,he says call the bank. So I do that she tells me they can call there cc company and take the hold off themselves, so I call he says he will call me back when it is done. Calls me back says it's done now they are closed and I may have tones of 3-10 business days for the funds to return to my balance, terrible experience never again will I rent with you guys.

This is probably the worst Enterprise across the whole of Canada. As a corporate consultant, I travel across the whole of Canada. I had a chance to rent a car with this location. The person agreed to upgrade the car with an additional driver for $10 per day which is in line with the company's policy. However, our car was involved in an accident. This is when we came to know about the true working of this Enterprise branch. We followed with them regularly but there was no response from them. They never gave us any quotes or invoices for the repair charges. Finally, I received a big fat bill of $$$ and was forced to pay this amount since I was threatened that my file would be sent to collections. This Enterprise expereince was utterly hopeless, the staff doesn't seem to care about its customers when they are in a real need. All they care about is renting out cars and collecting money for the transaction. I would definitely not recommend anyone to rent from this location.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My family rented a truck a while ago for Sunday (because we are moving) however they told us they would be closed so we needed to come pick it up on Saturday. When we got there, they told us the truck we were supposed to take broke down and is now being repaired, so we could not take it. I don't understand why they couldn't tell us about it sooner? We went all the way there for nothing and now we are having to move to the new apartment without a moving truck. They took absolutely no responsibility whatsoever and now it's too late to rent another truck from a different place.

Very professional & friendly staff with one of the best customer service I have ever experienced at an Enterprise location. Dustin, Simon & Tyler all like to help people. They provided me the best suggestion to choose a fuel efficient car i.e., Toyota Camry 2020. I was earnestly impressed with it fuel economy & this credit goes to the whole team at this Burlington location. I so wish, I lived in Burlington in order to rent vehicles specifically at this location. I live in Milton, ON & always feel limited for choices of cars at Milton Enterprise. Overall, I would say the staff at the Burlington location is sincerely hospitable & likes to assist clients. I would love to repeat another experience with them. I needed to rent a mini van for a week but it was unavailable from where I used to rent. I found this branch which is closer to me and was happy that the rental cost is much cheaper. The staff are very friendly, fast and efficient. They gave me a new vehicle so I was really happy. I will rent again from this branch because of the cheaper rate plus the friendly staff.

Had to rent a car for the weekend out of the blue. Online process is very easy with email confirmation. Total price given at time of online renting with no hidden costs/fees. Tyler was friendly and came out to the car to inspect the car together and to brief us on the vehicle. We were upgraded to a SUV at no extra cost which was nice and unexpected. Drop off was easy. If I need to rent a car again, I will definitely return. Will recommend.

This is one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I phoned Enterprises customer service team (head office) before booking a rental here to make sure I was able to book a rental as I lost my credit card and asked to use my MasterCard debit. They confirmed with me that I was able to do so. Their website also mentions being able to use a debit card to rent a vehicle. The receptionist that I spoke to was nice but she needed to get her “manager” to help me. The manager (Charan) didn’t even greet me, she rolled her eyes and sat down like I was annoying her before she even spoke to me. She said I wasn’t able to use my debit. I told her that I spoke to head office who assured me I could. I showed her on her website where it also says you can use a debit card. She said I was not able to do so and that the website was wrong apparently. I was still respectful to her this whole time. As I was leaving she came out to berate me while I was leaving the parking lot. After leaving this location I called head office again who, again, told me I WAS able to use my debit card and they were going to contact the location and have them call me. Of course they never did. If you have plans and need a rental, I suggest going elsewhere.

Beware of this branch..! i've rented a car from them for 1 day and i've not taken the insurance. Since it was weekend, when we left the car the branch was closed and we had to drop off the key. I received a call from them reporting that i've damaged the car next day. (I'm 200% sure that i haven't done any damage). When i did request for a Camera video footage of the branch, they told me they don't have any. This is completely fraud and ridiculous. i would recommend not to rent a car from this branch. I recommend Enterprise to install the cameras around their locations and take the video of the car as part of initial inspection and don't rob the money from the customers for not taking insurance with you. I would NOT give any stars for the experience..!

Al gave us a ride back to the skytrain station nearby (Holdom), very convenient complementary service. Highly recommend this place.
