Very rude staff. We were just enquiring about a car rental and had to call them more than once to enquire about availabilities because different people gave different answers to 3 people in our family. I called them for the first time from my phone that day and they did not even check the caller's number and said "You have called thrice and we told the same thing". I would never call this service ever again!

I rented a car with Xceed this summer. It is a family owned business with a decent size fleet. Booked it from their website as they were giving a phenomenal rate. After making the booking, one of the owners, Sunny, called me. He explained various options including fine print w.r.t. insurance. Most car rental agencies do not explain this properly and this can lead to problems later in case something happens. But Sunny went over it in detail so that I could take an informed decision. Their office is about 3 or 4 kilometers from the airport - one reason why they are able to give good rates. But they provide pickup and drop service which was nice. Even without this service, taking a cab to their office would be more economical instead of renting from bigger agencies who have their office at the airport. During the rental period, I had to travel to US a couple of times. I just called them before going to US and they provided a discounted insurance for those days - that easy. Very happy with this company - in fact best family owned car rental in town. The staff (owners) were extremely polite and courteous every time I spoke to them. Would recommend to anyone. Just book in advance to get good rates.

Worst service i ever got.Can’t explain what trouble they gave it to me.They called me at 7 in the morning asking to return the car at the moment but in actual i was covered for rental on that day. They don’t know how to talk.It was really depressing dealing with them. I wish i could give points in negative.

The vehicle was dropped out without consent. Client was basically convinced to take the car by the tow truck driver who also took the car to a body shop not indicated by the client. The rental car company was contacted to take their car off rent and take it back. The owner denied knowing about it and said he wasn't in the office. He said to drop the car back they weren't picking it up after dropping it off themselves. Funny how the car got there without him knowing. Let's see if they zero out the charge.

I was involved in a car accident and the body shop ordered the car from Exceed Car was neat and new model.They took my credit card information. One day they called and wanted the car back although my car was still at the body shop and I compiled the request. When I got my credit card bill then realized that Exceed took $474.68.from my card without my permission.Exceed said that the insurance paid only for nine days and I was billed for remainder days .I argued that the Exceed should have told me then I would have returned the car after nine days Insurance company wanted me to take the car from Enterprise car rental but I opted to take from Exceed upon recommendation from the body shop. I would have not been in this situation if I had taken the car from insurance approved company. I I am of opinion to check your credit card bill as Exceed may take money without notification and insurance may not reimburse as they may close the file by the time you get bill from your bank. I am posting the information as Exceed may change their business ethics and also protect people. Nothing personal against Exceed. In addition they don't return phone calls o email promptly I t T

This is easily one of the most unprofessional rental services in the GTA. They use extortion and strong arm tactics to loop you into using their services. A friend of mine was in a car accident recently and a tow truck driver showed up on to the scene with a rental vehicle from Xceed. The rental vehicle was not asked for, yet it was still brought on to the scene. The tow truck driver took advantage of my friends shock in the situation, and coerced them into signing on to the rental. This is a very unprofessional way of business as the tow truck driver operated on commission for delivering this unwanted vehicle. To make matters worse, when the owner was contacted about the situation he was incredibly unapologetic and dismissive towards the entire ordeal. Eventually he came around to accepting the vehicle back but he insisted that my friend DROP the UNWANTED vehicle back off at the rental shop. I can't believe a company that prides itself on being an independent and family owned business would have to stoop so low in order to make a few dollars. I would never recommend this place to anyone, you are better off going to Enterprise or Discount.

Unreliable. They have a bizarre system when you book online that looks like it is confirmed but it isn't, its just a confirmation of receiving the "request". I booked with them 3 weeks in advance for a 12 day rental, thought everything had gone through. I get an email the day before my trip that they are sold out and they are cancelling my request. Even though they had my dates and credit card info 3 weeks earlier, for some reason, they did not process it and waited to the day before to send me an automated email. Couldn't reach anyone at the store. They are cheaper but it's not worth potentially not having a car upon your arrival.

Terrible scam place. I got in to car accident and body shop called this guys and they promised to give me a similar vehicle. A guy came to pick me up from the body shop and took me to his rental office. He told me to do the paperwork and sign. After signing the papers they showed me the vehicle and it was so dirty. In the winter now checked the heating and no heating working at all. Then they said they were not aware that heat does not work. Then I realized that they have charged my credit card for $350 for no reason even before I take the car out. Such an scam. I had to take a taxi to go home instead the rental car. Very rude owner.
