I called them a number of times to schedule a date to race their vehicles and i seldom heard from them. I had left them messages numerous rimes and nobody followed up with me; their customer service was non-existent. When i attempted to go directly to one of their offices to talk with them in person during their opening hours, no one was available to meet with me. It was a shame because this was one of the activities i had planned for my friend's bachelor party.
