Good customer srevice. Only problem i had was that they did not do the walk around check of the vehicle and i did not think about it either and so it was assumed that we got a full tank but it was 1/2. We call back and sent a pic and he corrected his info. People, please remember, no matter how nice a person is make sure that business is done properly.

The only thing that was disappointing was that the vehicle was not cleaned inside prior to me getting it. I had to wipe everything down myself. During this time with covid-19, they should ensure that the vehicles they rent are cleaned inside properly. They worked with my insurance company to reduce the amount of the rental. I was provided with sn SUV when my insurance only covered the cost of a similar vehicle to my own and I had a full size car, so I appreciate that they reduced the price of the rental otherwise, I would have had to return the vehicle and get another rental somewhere else. Good customer service.

Absolutely horrible customer service at this location I've never been so disrespected at a business that had such a good reputation. The staff was rude and unhelpful the last time I rented a car from hertz it came with bald tires and I had to replace them out of my own pocket I thought I'd give them a second chance and it's clear now it was a regret. I do not recommend hertz to anyone who's looking to rent a car.

They provided a car with a faulty gas gauge. Yes, a faulty gas gauge, we could not tell the amount of gas in our car. When we told them, they told us "we will contact you" and they never did. We called them multiple times just to get the run around. Not happy. Never renting from here again.

I've allways rented from Hertz due to the unlimited mileage option. Rented more than once from this location. Manager's allways tryed to gave me the best deal when ever they can. Daily rental fees are fair in my opinion. Due to this I recommend this rental agency.

Never ever go over here. Specially the lady on the front desk is unprofessional. She called me separately to give her good feedback so that she gets promoted but she charged me for a day extra. Now I am trying to get my refund for the past 2 months but there is not response from her. There are much better rental companies than this one. They are looting the people and giving false promises to the customers.

This hertz location came to our rescue when we found out after booking with a different rental company that as an additional driver we needed a credit card instead of allowing our friends to use her card for us. HERTZ not only saved a wedding we were photographing in Sudbury but gave us an amazing rate. Even keeping the rental for a few more days was no issue at all. Avoid !!! Avoid !!! Avoid !!! They advertise hygienic cleaning and claim their cars are thoroughly cleaned in-between users. In my first and only ever experience, they falsely advertise their smoke-free fleet. I rented a Yukon XL yesterday 24th May, 2021 where I had to wait 25 minutes extra for the car to get cleaned from my actual allocated time. I had booked Yukon XL car at 9 am in the morning for 11 am pick up. Later I drove home to drive off with the family, there was a whiff of cigarette smell stinking up the car which my kids smelled. We were already late to our destination because of their 25 minutes delay and Airport Hertz place being completely out of the way . I was not able to swap the smelly car. I had to leave the car windows open for ventilation to lessen the smell of cigarettes. I returned it today, made a complaint about the strong smell of cigarette smoke but was only offered $50 compensation off my bill. This was only 25% of my total cost to rent. I had my children and grand child traveling in this stinky car for past many hours !! Very appalled at their level of car provision. Not fit for purpose at all ! Product and service should be as promised. Firstly they asked me to wait for 25 minutes after admin. of renting contract was complete, as the car was not ready at my allocated time. Secondly the car provided was probably rushed through for cleaning and sanitizing. My concern is if the car had been properly cleaned and sanitized as per Hertz new Gold standard policy, then why is there staunch smell of cigarette from previous car user. This raises many alarm bells and requires investigation into their Covid-19 pandemic cleaning and sanitizing policy. Are they adhering to it in the first place ? I spoke to the manager for a full refund but he only agreed to knock off 50% the bill. I specifically said they advertised smoke-free fleet but this was not the case as our whole experience of 1st ever rental from them was a complete flop. Please avoid Hertz Car rental @ Toronto Pearson Airport at all costs. False advertisement of smoke-free fleet. And other doubts are created to ask the question, are they following Covid-19 Pandemic cleaning and sanitizing protocols in the first place !!!!! After speaking to their manager, I will flag this up with not only customer complaint dept., but also my credit card company for reverse charge for rest of my bill as service has not been provided as advertised. Also I will be complaining to Better Business Bureau regarding their false advertisement of smoke-free fleet and asking the local Health Officials to look into their 'Gold Standards cleaning policy of sanitizing. All their other main branches are closed due to Ontario legislation, hence they think they can get away with cutting corners. Their manager ensured me they would check with their QA to see if this car was fit for purpose ??!!!

This Hertz location is friendly, courteous and provides excellent service. The manager at this location is humble and is willing to help Customers in every possible way. I got a rental car from him for about consecutive 45 days. One of friend was looking to rent a car, I suggested him Hertz Brampton. He had inquired on other rental companies as well.He was surprised at the price quote he got from Hertz Brampton.He said the price difference was huge compared to another rental company. He was so happy and thankful to me. This is my experience as well.I am absolutely satisfied with the price and service offered by Hertz, Brampton. Thanks Hasan/Hertz-Brampton.

Pleasantly surprised by this Hertz. My bill was exactly as expected, price was very competitive, service rep was perfect, never tried to upsell me on coverage or extras which is a problem at other rental places. Slight downside is they often seem to be out for "deliveries" lol but that is minor. If they have a car on my next visit I'll be getting it here.
