I had a car reserved with another agency at this airport (Budget) for 5pm. My fight was changed to come in much later, so I tried calling twice that week to confirm this would be OK but never got through to anyone. When I showed up, I discovered that Budget had closed for the night and I was out of luck. Luckily, a really nice lady (sorry, I forgot her name) at Hertz had stayed open to make sure people who might need a car actually had one. She got me setup with a good car at a good price and I was able to make it to my destination without any more issues. I'll be going with Hertz next time I visit Saskatoon! Great customer service.

I did not reserve, not realizing it was so difficult to get a car. Checked with budget and they only have expensive SUV available, so I checked next door and the had a car with a much better rate. Syed helped out helped us and got us a good price with a discount. He was very helpful and very nice. Return was also great and Syes remembered us and said said hi and how was our trip even though another lady was helping us. She too was super friendly and the Return was fast and easy. When I Saskatoon. I recommend Hertz, I know I will .

I always receive excellent and very fast service here! Friendly, helpful, accommodating and always out the door in 5 minutes. I had one small issue with the cleanliness of the vehicle and one billing issue on separate occasions. However, the staff and manager were helpful, with quick resolution. A pleasure to deal with.

Very convenient and a great price for a 4-day rental. CAA membership was helpful. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice, clean, Ford sedan. Don't be late on the return - the price increases to the weekly rate.

The person in the counter told me that s/he needed to verify if my driver's licence if it's genuine or not :P. I asked why, and s/he said it's the company's policy. I informed that no one ever asked for such a thing. I thanked the person and decided not to rent from Hertz. Definitely will NEVER go to Hertz again. Finally rented from Avis.

I made a reservation in October 26th, at that day, the worker said my driver license was not valid. And will refund the fee as soon as possible. But i didn't get anything right now. Who can help me figure it out.

Matt served us today with excellent attitude, professionalism and great patient, which I have never encountered before at any other car rental places. I used other car rental company before but now will always check at Hertz as well before making decisions. And If I need car from the Saskatoon airport, I will definitely go see Matt without a second thought. Thanks a again, You did a GREAT job.

Very friendly staff, they stayed open a touch late to help us get our car since our plane was late. The car we got was clean and almost brand new. They even put a window scraper in the car which was a nice touch.

Pricey,i rent for a day,and was late just for an hour to return but charge me lot of money for the extra hour.my original bill for a day is 143,and ended paying 200+ with the 1 hr extra fee, isn't that hilarious?with this time of uncertainty we should atleast be considerate. I wont recommend anybody to rent a car from here. Also they will charge you extra 2 bucks to check your drivers licence? Are you guys for real?

They charged me $81 AN HOUR for a rental that was returned 2 hours late. They also billed me for an upgrade into a car that had winter tires, except it didn't have winter tires, and they charged me for the upgrade anyways. We usually always rent with Avis, never again will I rent with Hertz.

Didn't tell us about closing early until I had to rush there. Wouldn't accept the credit card we had, wouldn't accept another over the phone, No humanity in the company whatsoever.
