Apparently they can't be bothered to answer basic questions from an ad they post saying that they aren't computer salesmen but car salesmen??? For me, they aren't salespeople period.

(Translated) Worst customer service I have seen in my life ... We had seen a car ad on Facebook. Talking to the owner by phone telling him that we are leaving from another city (2hours de route) to come and see the car. When we arrived the seller was very disrespectful and when we asked questions about the vehicle, he was shocked ... the car was not even washed (litter in the trunk!) It was a damaged vehicle (never mentioned in the ad) when we were ready to take the test drive the seller was very insulted that we asked him to wear a mask (we are in the middle of a covid-19 pandemic) he called us paranoid! I do not recommend going to see this car dealer. (Original) Le pire service à la clientèle que j'ai vus de toute ma vie... Nous avions vu l'annonce d'une voiture sur Facebook.. Parler au propriétaire par téléphone lui indiquant que nous partons d'une autre ville (2h de route) pour venir voir la voiture. Lorsque nous somme arrivé le vendeur c'est montrer très irrespectueux et lorsque nous posions des questions sur le véhicule, il se choquait ... la voiture n'étais même pas lavée (litière dans le coffre arrière!) c'était un véhicule accidenté ( jamais mentionné dans l'annonce) lorsque nous étions prêts à faire l'essai routier le vendeur a été très insulter que nous lui demandions de porter un masque ( nous sommes en pleine pandémie covid-19) il nous à traité de paranoïaques! Je ne conseille pas d'aller voir ce marchand de voitures.
