Friendly staff, told me truck was ready for pick-up early but it wasn't. It was there for my scheduled time tho. not a big deal, very apologetic, even got an apology call from HQ. Would recommend, definitely using them again. Once again, friendly and helpful staff!

Good rental experience renting a moving van. I would give it a 5 stars but they closed about 1hr earlier than posted when I went to return the van.

Terrible service. For regular service you have to wait 7-10hrs (same service in Brampton/Dorval taking 3-4hrs). If you are asking to wash out the truck they’re just sprinkling water around. Be ready to ride on recaps and if something happened you will be charged like for new tire.

Ripped me off. Poor service and do not look after your needs. Lost 30 thousand dollars because of their poor equipment and over pricing. And breakdowns caused me to loose business.

We rented the truck from penske after uhaul on plains rd burlington despite our booking confirmation, failed to keep the truck for us. It was a blessing in disguise. Penske's service was awesome and we had no problems whatsoever. I would definitely use their service again.

After uHaul left me scrambling to find other arrangements for my move Penske was able to accommodate my needs with only 24 notice. The process of cancelling my uHaul order and booking with Penske took about 30 mins, 25 of which was spent on hold or arguing with a uHaul representative. Will definitely be using Penske for all my future needs.

had two reservations within two weeks of each other and both times they did not have the equipment requested. second time, I had to drive back to Hamilton to pick up a truck. No phone call ahead of time warning me that equipment was unavailable even tho I didn't arrive until 10am, three hours after they opened for the day. #fail

I am not a client but yesterday there was an incident with one of your clients (trucks). Sun. Nov.07 2021 in Bellville a Penske truck hit my daughter's car while it was parked in front of the restaurant she works at. It was bad enough that the driver hit her car but also drove away. The Bellville police are investigating it but in the mean time my daughter has to give a deposit for a rental car that she can't afford for a few days which means she can work! I'm really angry because she did nothing wrong and now she is basically taking on fee's she should have to. Yesterday she used all her tips to pay for a tow.

Very poor services. My company rents weekly from this place and went to renew our contract today and no truck available as they took the truck we had and booked someone else in it. Well now penske lost us as a customer and Ryder has gained a new customer.
