I had a phenomenal experience with Martin and the Service Department at VF Hague. Convenient access from Warman and far superior communication compared to the city dealers. Felt like they went the extra mile to insist Ford recognize an issue as recall/extended warranty that I don’t think others would have bothered to do. Would definitely go back.

We were shopping for an F150, and decided to take a drive out of the city to support small town businesses, and to be honest, try to find a better deal not influenced by high city prices. The beautiful truck we found was amazing, and the price and terms we agreed on were significantly better than what we were able to get in the city. Not to mention we were given a much more respectable price for our older (2012) but very well taken cared of trade in. Fast forward, yesterday I went in after work to get my winter tires installed, likely by my mistake, I showed up at the right time on the wrong day. Instead of letting me drive 40 min home, and return another day, they made sure they got my tires on right then and there. Valley Ford is a little hike from Saskatoon, but for a small town kid like me, it is well worth the customer service, and fair treatment. Highly recommend!

~I had a bad experience Valley Ford, The salesman (Bill Zacharias) forgot my appointment ,I waited around for a 1/2 hour for him. I told him I wanted to buy a Ford Ranger, I was talking about the truck and he ask me what are you? And then he was naming different races . I felt offend! I told him I was born in Canada And then he said come on you must speak other language? I said No my mother is Canadian. And then he said oh, that's why you speak good English!! I felt really offend now!! I went to another Ford dealership in Saskatoon, I was treated nicely like a real person looking for a truck..I drove away with a new truck that day!

Went to Merlin Ford in Saskatoon on 03/10/18 to purchase a lower air dam for my 2017 f150. The salesman there told me that I had to purchase the upper air dam as well because Ford had changed the way the lower mounted to the upper in the middle of the production year and I could get the part I wanted. They tried to sell me nearly $300 in parts to replace a $90 part. I went to Valley Ford in Hauge, they had the part I was looking for in stock, they didn't know what Merlin was talking about and it only costs $87. Thank you Valley for your honesty both in your shop and in your parts department. You will continue to be my dealer of choice .

I bought a new truck from them in August and purchased 3M protective coating. When the 3M was installed the paint was damaged in the process. Although the dealership did refund me for the 3M all they did was repaint the damaged parts. I now have a brand-new truck that has paint touch-ups on it and am left to hope the repairs don’t show up in the future. They also did nothing for the time that was spent dealing with this.
