We came in to look at a crysler 300 that a guy the day before backed out of a sale on. We came and it was sitting right out front for us being that we booked an appointment. We test drove it, told them we liked it and went for lunch to ponder on it. In less then 20 they sold it to the guy that backed out previously. We didn't even get a chance on it.. so then they say they had found another great vehicle for us in there lot so we went back to look and it was an equinox with tiewrap and silicone holding together the front wheel shroud, paint chips with rust all over the back door and the interior was covered in road dust. They just tried to dump it on us.. very slimmy managment staff. Tried to explain our frustration and they couldn't care less. They don't care about the customer just sales. Went to discovery Ford and picked up a vehicle and was in and out in couple hours. Much more professional staff.

I recently purchased a new 2019 Ram Sport from South 20on June 27/20. Buying a new vehicle should be an exciting experience but I must say this was the worst experience I have ever had with a vehicle purchase. When I came home on June 27/20 I went through my sales contract and noticed that in small print they added a “One Earth Fee” for $1280.00 plus taxes without my consent. I guess they just assumed that I would be OK with them taking $1440.78 without my consent. I have read on other another google review that the FUNN group used this scheme at one of their other dealerships (VW Saskatoon). One person got charged the “FUNN Advantage Fee” of $1298.00 at another FUNN dealership (VW Saskatoon). Humboldt South 20 calls it the “One Earth Fee.” After much arguing with the finance manager at South 20 he agreed to take this charge off and refund me the money but believe me he tried for me to buy extended warranty or electronic rust inhibitor or undercoat with it. I did refuse to take all of this before I purchased the truck and I must say that the finance manager that was selling this seemed very irate and annoyed that I did not take it. I was told by the finance manager that this ($1280.00 plus taxes) would be credited to my account the first week of July so I asked him for verification. He then told me that it would be credited to my account the week of my purchase. I checked with the bank and this was not done. I was told by the finance manager three times that this was done and finally on July 24/20 I received an email with an attachment showing that it was credited to my account. This was July 24/20 not the first week of July like the finance manager told me. Well guess what, I checked with the bank and it did not get credited to my account. I called the general manager August 10/20 and he told me that they would deposit it in my account August 12/20. Well guess what? I checked with the bank and again it did not happen. I then demanded a check and was told by the general manager that it could take up to two weeks for that to happen. When he finally agreed to give me a check I picked it up on August 13/20. Isn’t it amazing how they could get a check that quick and not two weeks like I was told? This was now 6 weeks after my purchase. I just want to make people aware to be VERY VERY careful when dealing with this dealership. I must say that in any of the vehicles I have purchased in my life this has been the worst experience I have ever had. All I ever hear is one should buy local to support local jobs and that is what I was doing but I can tell you that any of my future purchases will not be at South 20 in Humboldt or any of the FUNN group dealerships. My wife bought a 2014 Ford Explorer back in April. The buying experience was fine enough but I can't recommend this dealership to anyone considering a used vehicle as I don't believe there was any serious effort into refurbishing the vehicle for sale outside of an oil change. I used to work in car sales - I know that dealers make the most money off used vehicles - one way of doing that is to reduce the amount of refurbishing. First off, the vehicle needs new tires. They are the factory Hankook tires which are garbage. The vehicle has 52K on it and there are cracks inside the tread which are more than two inches long. I have pictures of them if South 20 would like to look. We didn't see these cracks when we bought the vehicle and they would have most certainly been there when the vehicle came in on a trade. So now we have to spend $1500 for new tires which should have been taken care of prior to placing the vehicle for sale. The second issue is the molding on the passenger side window: it's not fixed properly so whoever replaced the windshield did a terrible job because there is a large two foot long piece of shiny molded plastic which needs to be glued properly atop the edge of the windshield. And of course cleaning the vehicle out just now, I found a FFUN Motors license plate in one of the seat pockets. The vehicle drives well, but these things should have been taken care of prior to putting it out there for sale. My wife has called about getting issues resolved and nobody has gotten back to her. So, don't buy a used vehicle from these guys - they don't do anything to them when they come in on a trade. And hey, I'd love it if they'd pay for the tires we are putting on this week. Over to you South 20 Dodge.

Harvey was the most informed person I have ever met when it came to RV’s. He was a real genuine gentleman who really cared and listened.
Dealing with South 20 was a true breathe of fresh air! They made buying a new vehicle stress free and enjoyed their honest up front approach compared to the numbers game with other dealers. They actually made us feel like we were customers they wanted to see, not just a wallet walking in the door. Maybe it's a small town thing verses the fast pace of bigger city dealers, but it was so refreshing to experience good ole customer service and no pressure. It was truly worth the hour drive not just because of the price, but we felt like they actually appreciated our business. They stayed late to help us out on the delivery date, and made buying our new Dodge easy peasy! Two Thumbs up to Lee and all the staff at South 20!

Harvey and Kieran went out of their way and above and beyond to make sure we got the best deal possible and left there Happy and Satisfied. They are Awesome !!! Rather we would like to highlight Stan and his great staff Carson and Mike. We were ready to sell but now we’ve found good old fashioned service. It’s worth the drive to Humboldt. Never hooked up the water till this year ro the camper they won't even touch it or talk about it. No manuals for the water heater but manuala for evey thing else kinda fishy if u asked me phoned there no help 1000 fix not even my fault I know I will never give them 10 cents of my money again pretty sad to help a costumer like that
Extremely disappointed. Needed simple warranty work done on my camper. Was in the shop for 4 months..and still not fixed properly. Made me sign off on it. Slide still doesn't work properly and they left my camper damaged..would post photos but haven't figured that out yet but will post them on later dates will be sending them directly to heartland
When buying are car here services is great. But getting ur car looked at or fixed good luck you'll be there all day

Took a little longer than anticipated , but gave us a loaner to drive around Humboldt and vechile not even purchased there. They were doing some warranty work, what more could you ask for.
Bought Heartland which I thought would be quality product as well after spending $80k/$110 msrp. That much money with a list of 20 more issues taking it to Open Road Recreation which is was a major mistake for being a Heartland representative and not even having a vehicle to move the RV on there lot. Taking it 2 hours back to the original dealer South20 to continue a run around still not fixed. Now in the past weeks a $2000.00 repair bill Heartland, South20 RV and Dexter Axle all wanting nothing to do with. Worst money spent, should of kept the old one less issues and b.s for hell of a-lot less money. They got there monies all that matters after that signiture typical dealership tactics!

If you are looking for a new Didge vehicke, I would highly recommend South 2 Dodge in Humbolt, Sask. and ask for Justin, a Sales Manager. Justin gave me excellent service. When I saw an ad on Fb. on April 10, 2019, I phoned Justin from Edmonton to talk about trading our vehicle on a Dodge Grand Caravan. I texted him pictures of my SUV and made a deal over the phone. On April 22, 2019 we drove over 300 km. to Humbolt. On arrival, we were welcomed by Justin to complete the transaction. Justin's very professional and polite demeanor was very much appreciated. I highly recommend Justin as someone to call if you are looking at buying a bee vehicle.
Very high pressured sales, terrible manipulation, all they want is their money from a sale, personal privacy gets exposed outside of the dealership, things typically are in their favour and not yours and all they’re worried about is money in their pocket. Broken down while traveling. Couldn’t help us out. No parts. Service department treated us poorly, but the parts person did try really hard to find us parts.
Man i tell ya nothing but GREAT things to say. Me and my family bought a used camper from them this fall. And right away had problems with it. Allen (GM), Harvey (Sales), Raelene (Sales) and of course Stanley (Service Manager) rectified the problem and worked together to make things right for us. They went above and beyond for us, And we will continue to use them for the years to come. Something to say about "small town" dealerships.

Me and my boyfriend just bought a 2018 dodge ram 1500. It has 5000km on it and we have had it just over 2 month it's hardly drive om gravel and the paint it flaking off and is clearing two different shade of colour now. Upon letting south20 know that this is happening that said and I quote "that's the way it is" and have refused to help. This has been going on since week one of us owning the truck. The customer service is unacceptable and you should not buy a vehicle here
Disappointed in the small town sales and service. Our family bought a used RV here in May. When we left the lot we were told the camper was gone through and everything was working well. We pulled it home and parked it in storage until we were able to go camping. In July we found that the AC unit was faulty. We are now stuck with a $1500+ bill for a new one. On the day of pick up the AC unit was not started. Another thing we found the first time we opened the awning was a hole. When we looked at the camper we were never told about this. A larger RV dealership may be a better option when shopping for a used or new RV.
The guys here were really fair with what they offered me on my trade in which was pleasing as I half expected to be ripped off. Secondly, I had an issue with the vehicle and the response from the management there to have it resolved was very good even though I didn't end up needing it after all.

UPDATE: Called them like they asked me to and left a message for Mike to call me back - that was almost a week ago - still no return phone call!!! Put a deposit down on a 5th Wheel RV about a week before the Covid shut down started. My husband and I weren't sure we would be keeping our jobs so backed out of the deal and they wouldn't refund our deposit! Not really happy with that and won't ever buy there now!
I personally dealt with the sales manager Todd Newell at South 20 Dodge, and I honestly can't say enough good things about this guy. I've never dealt with a more honest, hard working car dealer in my life. Maybe anyone in customer service for that matter. I won't hesitate to bring all my future business to him along with directing everyone I know there. Truly rare and refreshing dealing with that sort of honesty in the car buying experience.

I bought a used wrangler this weekend, prior to driving from Regina I had spoken with Justin several times regarding what I was looking for. He was great as were the other staff I dealt with. We arrived at the price I needed and the vehicle I wanted before I arrived. A very good car buying experience, the drive wasn't even that bad.

Has a good size inventory for a small town. All trailers were open and you could look thru them all without a salesman in tow. Nice fellow there to help you out when you were ready.
