As someone who's done a lot of car shopping and has had to deal with many dealers, I can say riverside has been the best experience I've ever had with a dealership. My salesperson Ruth was amazing. They don't push sales and treat you like a person, not a number. I lived a fair distance away from them and Ruth even sent me videos of her going through the vehicle I was interested in while answering my questions. The other team members were great to deal with as well. Morgan and Fern were the others I dealt with personally and they were also amazing. It's what a dealership should be. I didn't have to fight them over pricing or features, they threw in some extra things for me without even negotiating for them, and they've earned my business. I will be going back to them and recommending them to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. Thank you guys for all you do.

Brought my Dodge journey RT here because it wont start. They charged me $539 they said its battery problem, I told them its still under Mopar warranty its only a year old. They asked me for a receipt when it was done ( I beleive that if they search for the VIN, all records are there, so why asked for the receipt?) Anyway, I provided it by calling the last dealership that changed the battery. After few hours they said that they will not change the battery, they charged it and it is now good to go. They asked me to pay $102 for the diagnostic, because they said IT TOOK THEM 1.5 HOURS TO DIAGNOSED. I am not a certified mechanic, but I know the basics, if the car wont start the first thing to check is the battery, so why took 1.5 hours to find out that it was the battery??

Thanks a bunch for changing struts on my mother's jeep Cherokee! Although it probably doesn't need half the work you say it does, and not putting her front tires bk on right is a major problem!! Driving home Saturday with my brother and 2 daughters, when I notice tires were lose could move lug nuts with my hands! Who forgets something so vital to a vehicles maintenance! I had been to Riverside Dodge in June just looking, but was greeted by no less than 4 people. Almost ended up buying a car then and there because everyone was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I went back today to let them know exactly what I was looking for and ended up leaving with the perfect vehicle for me! Went in to get an oil change at 1:35, was told it would be done in 45 minutes(asked multiple times when it would be finished and was told only a few more minutes), but took 2 hours (apparently the mechanic didn't know how to service anything but jeeps) . Could have gone to great Canadian and had it done in 25 minutes. Thankfully it was a free oil change but won't be coming back for oil changes in the future.. Very Friendly staff, but very slow service. Great place to buy a vehicle but if it takes 2 hours to get an oil change done, can't say it's a good place to get servicing done.

Had a problem with a second-hand car I purchased.. brought it to riverside dodge and they were quick to identify the problem(s). Got my car fixed and was on my way. Brought it back to them to fix another issue and left their shop with a little more issues than expected. Called it in and they booked me in as soon as they could and were quick to solve the problem free of charge.. my car is back on the road again! Excellent services, would highly recommend to friends and family.

I got decent service. Although I had them repair a strut under warrenty. I didn't feel it was repaired properly(grinding popping metal sounds), after bringing it in 2 times the manager said let's go for a drive we can't find the sound. No luck finding the problem that day. I put up with the bad repair for 2 more monthes untill I didn't feel safe any more, after brining it back in and proving it was broken they said it wasn't under warranty anymore.... Like idk about this. They repaired the strut improperly and 3 times I begged to have it looked at more thourouly, once they actually admitted to me it needs to be replaced i had no more warrenty, (38000kms). I've never had a vehicle with this many problems. I immediately sold this nightmare of a vehicle. 3 stars for the dealership 1 star for dodge. I highly highly reccomend everyone stay as far from Chrysler products in general, and if you need suspension work done out of warrenty go to a real shop.

I don’t usually post reviews but the service I received I thought it would be prudent to share my experiences. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and when I picked up my truck all the areas where the tech touched was full of oil and grease; on the leather seats, door panel and council; and on the outside door panels, hood and tailgate. Also where the tech sat there was glue on his coveralls so the glue transferred onto the leather seats and council. I showed the service writer where she told me they would clean it but it would take an hour. I was already sitting for an hour and half and wanted to leave because I was physically angry and did not want to make a scene. I parked the truck overnight in the garage and the next morning I found an oil pool on the concrete. The tech did not clean underneath so no I have oil sprayed on the bottom quarter panels. I am not very happy and would not recommend them for any service.

I have been dealing with Riverside Dodge since somewheres around March 2003-2004. I have least I believe 2 new Dodge Ram 1500 Crew Cabs. Plus I have had 3 Dodge Ram Crew Cab on a payment plans. I have been very happy with every sales rep that has help me with each and everyone of my Dodge Rams that I have had in the past. Still to this day I still have a Dodge Ram 1500 Crew Cab I have a 2020 Rebel. This is my second Rebel I have owned the first was a 2015 Rebel. I really like the truck but there was one down flaw. It had the air suspension and sorry to say that dose not work in -25 or colder weather in northern Saskatchewan. Plus my wife also has a Dodge Caravan and it’s a 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan Crew. This is what she is still driving today and she is still very happy with it. Plus this is the second one that we have had in the years I believe that the very first one was a 2010 or a 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan as well she was happy with that one as well. We just felt like it was just time to move on and get a new. So we did and that is why we have a 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan at this time. Overall that is why we chose Riverside Dodge for any and all of our new purchases or maintenance or even just a little Question or to about our vehicles. The staff at Riverside Dodge in Prince Albert Saskatchewan is the right team for me to deal with for anything that I need for mine and my family’s vehicles. Brutal service department. Was booked in at 11. I returned 3 hours later to check on progress and they haven't even took my truck in yet. Now telling me its going to be a couple more hours. What was the use booking it in at 11 if they weren't going to work on it till the late afternoon. Sucks when you come from out of town and have no where to go for the day. Worst service ever. Highly recommend going elsewhere.

I had a WONDERFUL experience today (March 26th, 2021) at Riverside. I woke up today just thinking the same old, taking my jeep for a regular maintenance check up, only to bear some bad news about some very costly repairs needed. These repairs were not only in the hundreds, but thousands of dollars since my comprehensive warranty as run out. After deciding and speaking with Morgan and Darien they made my day a HUGE blessing. Not only did I leave at the end of the day in a new vehicle, the customer service from both of these individuals including the finance agent Angie, was FANTASTIC! Not only did they put me in a new vehicle, they empathized with me on my situation and were completely understandable. I left at the end of the day with a new vehicle and the peace of mind I really neded. Not only did I save thousands of dollars, they also worked hard to make sure my payments are lower then what they were, but with extended warranty on top! WOW! I'm absolutely disappointed by the service I received, or didn't receive. I took my vehicle in there to have my ac fixed, and the charged me $144 to tell me it needed a recharge. They had ample time to call me and ask if I wanted to go ahead with the recharge even though it wasn't under warranty, but they didn't, I even told them fixing the ac was top priority, before I left. I took my journey there while it was under manufacture warranty, and they did as little as possible. I got the general feeling from them that because I didn't buy it there that they didn't want to fix it. I will never go back there and want other people to know not to waist your time and money there. Also no one was wearing a mask so I felt the need to sanitize everything once I got it back.

As a person who who has shopped around over the years and has had the opportunity to drive a very wide spectrum of new vehicles from various dealerships I gotta say Riverside Dodge has really exceeded my expectations. Montana Palmer is a really easy going knowledgeable guy, he takes your preferences and needs that your looking for in regards to a vehicle and really applies them to when making recommendations regarding what vehicle best suits you. He also has a really good attitude and is very efficient at making the process of purchasing a new vehicle really easy and hassle free. The service department was awesome as well, and was really on top of insuring that customer service and workman ship was their top priority.

I took my Jeep to Riverside because i thought they would know my vehicle and I thought they had exceptional service. My Jeep was there for SIX days after being towed in in -40 weather. They kept saying they were going to look at it but wouldn't, and every single time i called I was told "we will have someone call you back" but never received any calls back. My Jeep was definitely put on the back burner and the customer service wasn't good to top it off. Finally they start my Jeep and I'm told all the things that they wanted to "fix" but I decided I wanted my vehicle to be fixed somewhere I will have actual customer service. I spent near $300 at Riverside and 6 days waiting around for them to do nothing but thaw my Jeep out.. Not impressed the slightest bit. Will not be going back, nor will i recommend them.

Very greasy and unprofessional. Spent all afternoon test driving a used vehicle, had paper work of a quote and payments given to me, returned it at 5pm and asked the salesman if i could give a deposit and he stated that they dont do that and told me to contact him tomorrow at 10am. When I returned the vehicle another employee asked if the vehicle was sold? and my salesman replied with no not yet. I inquired why that employee was asking and my salesman told me that he works here and probably wanted to wash it. when I called at 930 the following day the salesman told me it just sold 5 minutes ago. I contacted the owner of Riverside and he told me that an employee purchased the truck. Very poor experience. If i could give no stars i would. Not only did they waste my time but there business integrity, just to sell a vehicle is very unprofessional.
