Had my sons Tundra serviced at FD. While sitting in their lot overnight it was ransacked with tools ands equip stolen out of a locked cap. They staff did nothing but suggested that I call my insurance. EXCUSE ME???

We have recently purchased a 2010 Rav4 from Frank Dunn Toyota. Considering we were from Regina and the dealer was located in PA, the whole transaction was conducted through phone and messages. Dianne in the sales helped us with the whole process and made it super smooth for us. Condition of the car and the work performed on it by the dealer was beyond our expectations. There were no hidden costs and all features of the car and financing options were explained to us in detail. Everyone is very professional at this dealership, along with pricing their cars right, they stand behind their cars and warranty. We will definitely be back in future at this dealership.

The service centre was great. If I was just reviewing them, I'd be giving 5 stars. Their response to covid made customers feel safe and the staff were friendly and efficient. My two star rating is for my experience with sales, particularly my dealing with Leeta. I purchased my RAV4 from Canyon Creek Toyota in Calgary (best service I've ever experienced). Due to covid and moving abroad, I had to give up my lease. I found a couple willing to take over my lease here in PA and had to go through Frank Dunn to get the paperwork completed. Leeta was who I had to deal with to get the lease transfer completed. She had me call financing six times for her and they kept telling me she had to call them to get things finalized. She was really annoyed when I asked her to call them. The whole process of transferring the lease I felt like I had to do everything on my own. She very much made it known she didn't want to be dealing with me because I wasn't a sale for her. She sent me to SGI to get plates sorted. They aren't me back to Toyota because Leeta had sent me there before she'd finished the paperwork on her end. The was so much back and forth because she wasn't doing her job. It wasn't even because she was busy. Every time I went to the dealership she was just hanging out in the lobby. To top it off, Toyota itself was following covid protocol, but she wasn't social distancing and he version of sanitizing things like the phone and open was to wipe them with a dry cloth. Honestly, I hope to never have to deal with this woman again. She makes the customer do her job for her.

Called them to book an appointment on a Monday. The next day, we brought home our new RAV 4. It feels nice to be a happy buyer. No hidden fees, their website is informative, the sales staff are welcoming and helpful. Also, been to two other dealerships in Saskatoon, and it's Frank Dunn who gave the best offer on my trade-in. We had an outstanding used SUV purchase of a 2017 Highlander. My initial contact was with Kevin and the two vehicles I was interested in were both gone on conditional sales but one of them became available a week later. The sales experience was excellent. The staff were friendly, knowledgable and most helpful. The vehicle was very well prepared and in the process, a blemish in a window was noted which I may never have noticed. They ordered a replacement of this and another item which arrived and were installed very quickly. Though this vehicle is four years old with 88,000 Km, it had been so well reconditioned that we felt like we were getting a new vehicle. Even though we are not from Prince Albert we are very pleased with our purchase experience at Frank Dunn Toyota and have already recommended them to a relative looking for a Toyota.

I originally went to P.A. Toyota to look at a used truck. That I seen online and was greeted my Josh in the parking lot. I took the vehicle for a test drive and it wasn't quite what I was looking for. So Josh would send me updates on vehicles that they had coming into their lot, and after a couple vehicles I found a used truck that fit my needs, and budget! The truck was just traded in and needed some work done to it and was informed of that before my test drive, and the mechanics there kept both Josh and myself in the loop of what all was needed. The whole team at P.A. Toyota were great to work with. I would definitely look there first for my next vehicle when the time comes for it!

My parent are visiting family in Saskatchewan from alberta. After running into an animal on the highway they had their Toyota van towed to frank dunn. The service department has been very unhelpful in getting the van repaired, and it has sat for a week now. My parents have to return home tomorrow with a rental because the service department is unable to order a radiator to make the van roadworthy. Additionally, after being told every day this week that it would be fixed, they get a call saying that it won't be ready because they don't have the part. Very unsatisfied with their treatment, would not recommend.
