My wife and I had a lovely experience renting the big black Mercedes-Benz sprinter from these fine folks. We took it up north of La Ronge, on back roads and some non-roads. The vehicle handled superbly whether going 110kmh on the highway or slowly down a goat path. Inside there is an insane amount of storage for your clothes, dry goods, fishing equipment etc. Fridge is a little small but worked great for what we were able to fit in there (3 days of food). The cook top worked perfectly and we used only used the and pans and utensils that were provided. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were great. I’m 6”3 and comfortably fit on the bed. Even in the late May chilly nights we didn’t run the heater and the van stayed very warm. We have recommended Paved to Pines to many of our friends and are looking forward to using them again.

We recently just moved into our School Bus Conversion "Walter" a 2001 Freightliner. My wife Amy and I were looking for a company to work with as we were unable to complete the conversion ourselves in California. We are so happy that we found Paved To Pines. Initially, driving your bus across the country and handing over a bunch of money to a company in another country to complete a build you've poured your heart and soul into is quite nerve racking, but the team really made of feel comfortable throughout. During the entire process, they were transparent, very responsive to our plans, and supportive of occasional change orders. The communication channels were always open and with the new app "BuilderTrend", it made it so much easier to get updates on progress and communicate with specific members of their team quickly. It was also really exciting when we got little sneak peaks following the social media available on Instagram and YouTube. They were able to take our designs and make it a reality beating expectations. The craftsmanship, quality, and overall tasteful design of the build was evident as we saw it for the first time. You can really tell the guys on the team really pay close attention to detail, don't cut corners, and left us thinking we got our moneys worth and some. Honestly it was quite overwhelming in the best of ways. We literally didn't see the bus for over a year I'd like to say due to COVID madness. But that being said, it was worth the wait. The moment we laid our eyes on the build, it was surreal. "OMG This is really happening". Now having been in the bus for over 2 weeks now, we've run into some learning curves being novice but Paved To Pines is right there to provide support to get us rolling again. The appliance manuals and the user guide that's provided has been a life saver as well. Overall the entire experience has been amazing and we really feel apart of the Paved To Pines family now. We can't wait to share our adventures and continue to follow theirs as well as they continue to put smiles on fellow adventures faces. Thanks so much Paved To Pines! I am so grateful to both Steven and Mitch. When I came across their ad on kijiji I was a little nervous committing, since I was in BC and they were in Saskatoon, but decided to take the plunge after a couple of emails back and forth with Steven. He found the bus for me and turned it into a beautiful home. I contributed some ideas but mainly the magic was created by them. Through the construction stage Steven was always quick to respond to requests, questions and concerns. The only blib in the whole experience for me was at the end of the project: there was a lack of response when I had some queries about pricing and technical functions once I had the bus at home. Everything got sorted out in the end tho, and I really do love my bus.

My Wife and I rented a Paved to Pines custom built van for July long in 2019. These guys set us up and made sure we knew exactly how all of the amazing features worked. We travelled nearly 600km to Cypress Hills where we camped in a non-eletrical site, but Paved to Pines had us set up with solar power, everyone was at our van to charge phones and enjoy the shade of out automatic awning. Simply put, the detail and craftsmanship these guys put into this build, and every build is simply flawless. They were also professional in their communications and made sure we were confident in travelling and camping with the modern tech they installed. All around these guys were great to deal with! These guys are miracle workers. Steven and Mitchell will sit down with you and plan out your entire build the exact way you want it, and get it done right the first time. These guys are really easy to work with and keep you in the loop of everything with your build. Would highly recommend to anybody looking in this market! I am on a journey to find a vehicle that I can travel and live full-time in. Through a Google search I found Paved to Pines. I shot them an email and within 24 hours I had an answer from Mitchell. After a few e-mails back and forth about my desires Mitchell recommended that I set up a phone conference. They have very cool online phone scheduling that allows you to pick a time and a date to make an appointment to talk to them. So I set up a phone conference appointment. During the phone conference Mitchell asked a lot of questions so he could figure out what I was looking for and what my needs were. I am totally new to RV life and living on the road. I literally have zero RV experience and no clue about any of the systems on an RV. Mitchell was very understanding of my lack of knowledge and explained things in a way that I could understand them. We emailed back and forth several times with ideas and such. Every communication with Paved to Pines was answered in under 24 hours. That was very impressive and appreciated. Their whole process seems to be geared around customer service. They were very interested in my needs and wants but also very upfront and honest with the cost of everything. Because my desires are way bigger than my budget unfortunately I will not be purchasing my dream from Paved to Pines at this time. For those interested I believe they offer financing options. If you're looking for a conversion van or bus I would highly recommend reaching out to this business. I am certain you will be as pleased as I was!

We wanted a very customized van conversion, and I approached about eight large and small companies. Mitchell at Paved to Pines was the only one who seemed genuinely interested in what we were doing. He seemed super excited about what he could do for us, and came up with ideas I hadn't even considered that would be perfect for what we wanted to do. He also educated me on a lot of stuff I wouldn't have otherwise known, and even helped connect me with local van dealers, since we were buying new. They're awesome. Highly recommended.

Inspired to give these guys a try from a random ad that popped up on my Instagram. The pictures don't do the units that are created justice. Had an awesome, relaxing couple of days with all the amenities to convince my wife camping is an amazing way to let go! As people who are generally new to Sask, it was a great way to explore the area a little bit more, not to mention our dog loved every second of it. Needless to say, we will be booking a rental again in the near future. Worth every penny. My only regret is not taking it out for more than a weekend, and not taking any good pictures! Highly Recommend.

I have always wanted a small campervan, like a Vanagon, but was not able to find what I wanted for a decent price or decent condition. I came across Paved to Pines and was excited to see they were located in Saskatchewan. When I contacted them about about doing a small campervan for me, they were just as excited as I was about the idea. Steven, Mitchell, and the whole team were awesome to work with. They are very friendly, easy to talk to, and they set out the whole process ahead of time, so I knew what to expect. They were able to take all of my ideas, provide good feedback and suggestions, and make me the most amazing campervan. They have great design taste. There was no pressure or up-selling. Do not buy the van window covers. After waiting months for them to arrive they showed up with no magnets. Sent them back, when they arrived again they had magnets held in by cheap felt material, after very little use the stiching is coming out and magnets fall out. They also came with cheap suction cups they don't work anymore as well the cheap stiching is coming off and suction cups coming out of the holes. If your going to charge what you do make it a quality product. Very disappointing
