I purchased a new Breakenridge park model from Dennis at Lake Boyz RV in 2015. The unit has been virtually flawless except for a few minor repairs and adjustments. The set up and repairs preformed by Dennis and his staff have been done with great service and respect. I would defiantly recommend Dennis and Lake Boys RV products and services to anyone. Dave

My Brother and I each purchased a Park model trailer from Lake boyz way back in 1997. They done a professional delivery, install and any concerns regarding any defects were quickly fixed. We are now 2016 and we had a leaky Skylight. dam skylights, The leaked caused some roof and wall damage. This all turned out to be an insurance job. We contacted Lake boyz and they came out and did an assessment, gave a reasonable estimate to our insurance company and we are scheduled to have them come and fix the damage the spring of 2017. I would buy from lake boyz again.

so dennis at lake Boys rv. Was a super easy guy to get ahold of, even awnsered texts odd hours of the evenings to help us awnser all questions we had about our RV. once our paper work was signed and we started making payments he suddenly disappeared. Having to confirm and ask things 3 or 4 times. He changed our rv pick up date i think 4 or 5 times. always had a different reason. Finally we got our rv which I was super thankfull for. The outlet cover on the outside of the unit was broken. There was wrong covers on some of the lights which was annoying but no biggie. Silicone ALL OVER THE FLOORING. About 2 days later screws flew out of the fan. We can't figure out how yo use the DVD player. So we calle dennis with these issues and literally NO RESPONSE.. NOTHING. We try to fix the issues our self then dennis has the nerve to send me and email requesting our fees back on the shower because my husband is 6'8 and he has another client whom is very tall and wanted to know what it was like. I responded with the awnser and asking for him to contact me for all the issues we've had to help the situation and crickets again... nothing no email no text no phone call NOTHING. After leaving this review dennis has contacted me apologizing I thought oh good the issues with get addressed. He then told me he ordered all the parts that where broken (first ive hours of this since he didn't even respond to my emails or texts he then tells me he will be out here around July 15th to fix all issues.. well its aug 18 and he still hasn't been out here.

Poor service. Called and was put on a list for service on our camper trailer at the end of summer 2020. Was told they would call when closer to. Everytime we called to see if we were close repeatedly informed it would be soon. October 2020 came and had to call to find out they were unable to but our name would be on the list for early spring 2021. Call in spring 2021, "this list i speak of" is non existent and that we will not be getting serviced because they are to busy with other things and this list i speak of does not exist. Waste of time, no customer concern and literally got no where basically called a liar and now our camping season is going to be postponed due to lack of customer care and false hope. I would have found a place that actually cared about the little man, and that isn't hung up on only big purchases. - receptionists told me that's coming from her boss. We pay for seasonal sites and use our camper for a home away from home for my husbands work. Thank you for nothing except for your bad review and the knowledge now to never deal with them and inform others so they as well aren't left hanging in the dark
