I'd like to take a moment to appreciate the staff here, particularly the gentleman whom I believe is the manager? (Chris). Him as well as the other staff at this location are courteous, helpful and always have my vehicle ready way before I get there, sometimes even the day before. I had an unknown charge on my card from Hertz, which I later learned was due to a photo radar ticket (oops). Nevertheless, Chris contacted me and followed up with me to assure the situation was resolved and that I understood the charges. Thanks Guys!

BEWARE!!!!!! Had worst experience with Hertz located at 3911 Burron Ave. I booked the car and received all the details, confirmation number J83443720A1 in my email ahead of my trip. I asked the staff if they want me to pay any advance but she told me it’s all booked and I should not worry. When I went to pick up the car on Thursday August 29, 2021 at 3 pm the staff working at the front desk told me there is no such booking and they are completely sold out and cannot help. I had my hotels booked, activities booked for the long weekend and everything. I had to cancel everything because of this irresponsible behaviour of Hertz staff. There was only one staff member (a Middle aged man) working at the front desk. He was extremely rude, kept repeating like a parrot, didn’t even try to help, no apology nothing. I will never recommend Hertz to anyone!!!! I won’t give any stars however it doesn’t allow me to post it without giving any star hence given one star BEWARE!!!!!!

I have used the Hertz group in the past without incident. I had an issue with my last rental. I was truly impressed with the customer service and help I received. Any company is great when things go well. The best companies are amazing when things are not going well. Hertz will now and always be my first stop when renting. Thanks again Hertz Saskatoon-Burron Location!!! I will be seeing you again!!!
