Im not sure i would rent again...is there a negative Star on here!!!! 1st off I was accused of the chains being dragged...they clearly were not dragging & no inspection of how chains were before trailer was rented. Then proceeded on telling me how it was illegal not to have the top pin on release ( for the ball) . He had taken it off already...like im some kind of idiot... Maybe its because I'm a woman!!! I can be talked to like i was 2 yrs & didnt know anything... I am not impressed & very insulted. - for customer service !! Didnt even apologize....

Excellent customer service! Fitted my entire home gym with reasonably priced equipment that always seemed to have a discount/sale in larger purchases. Whenever I had question about a product, stock or delivery timeline the sales manager was just a phone call away, and always gave thoughtful responses. He even did the heavy lifting to load gear into my car; A++ My only critique would be that if ordering out-of-stock equipment there is going to be delays. In some cases well over a month delays. This is unavoidable regardless of where you are buying from with the demand of fitness equipment in a covid world. Just gotta accept that it is what it is, and take keyboard warriors with a grain of salt... cough cough....... whoopsie little bit of kaka in my throat there... weird how that comes through while typing...

tried to rent a tiller. 20 minutes waiting alone in store watching the guy stare at his screen. then rudely tells me that without a credit card i couldn't rent anything,even if i left enough deposit to buy the unit. guess im the wrong shade.

This is a review of Flaman Fitness. I first went into Flaman Fitness in November of 2020 to actively look at purchasing a cardio machine and gym. I did my research of the equipment and decided which machines would work best with the amount of money I wanted to spend. I purchased the Spirit Recumbent Stationary Bicycle and a combination gym. I was told how long it would take to get here from the sales manager. Nothing unusual at this point as the guy knew I was serious about the purchases. I was told that the gym would be on backorder, I was ok with that. I was given specific dates, heres where it failed. I phoned on the first date that my bike was supposed to be there. I was happy that I phoned them to find this out that the bike was on time. I had made arrangements to have the bike put together by Flaman. I made a specific day for the machine to come to my house. Along the way, Flaman decided that because they could not reach me on the delivery day, they decided not deliver the bike. Meanwhile, I was in my garage getting it ready for the bike. Now they had to wait until Monday to bring my bike because I did not answer my phone, even though the plan was to deliver that day. This is a $2200 bike that I was expecting, I was upset but dealt with it and received it on Monday. I apologized to the boys and gave them an extra $20 for my rudeness. I was now told that my gym would not be here until January 29th. I was good with that, now January 29th is here and I get no phone call. I phone them on January 30th, I had to leave a message, I got a call back a few hours later with "I have some semi=good news, your gym is in Saskatoon." I thought that was good news. I went home and come Monday morning, I paid for the balance of the gym and was told to get a call about a delivery. I assumed that it would be Monday, I was led to believe that anyway. Monday comes and no-one shows up at my house. I received no call from Flaman about a time of when they would be there. I later had a call from Flaman that if I wanted to, they would put the gym together for an additional $250. I told him that this contradicts what he had told me back in November, that they do not put gym's together. The sales manager told me that they do, I told him that you told me that you dont. He said he never said that before and I totally disagreed. Regardless, he really meant that his own crew could not put together the gym but the Saskatoon crew could. I felt this was not the case and that I was mislead to many things. So, I love the Spirit Recumbent Bike, it is great, but the customer service and communication was the worst considering that I dropped close to $5000 there. I wasn never told firm dates and I never received calls from Flaman about delays. The reason for my very poor rating is the customer service from the manager. I never felt comfortable with him and he never made the efforts to make me feels at ease. I am sure I will love the home gym when it comes next week. When I get my accessories, it will be in Saskatoon. I will do not recommend Flaman Fitness Prince Albert, go to Saskatoon Flaman. Better communication and customer service.
