We booked a van four months in advance and phoned a couple days ahead of time and there was no van. They “don’t know what happened” and don’t have a comperable vehicle. No deal on a smaller vehicle either!

My car was not able to be driven due to accident, and not being from PA I was desperate to get back home while my vehicle was being looked at & repaired. Not reliable! An hour before pickup time I was called and told there were no cars available! I'm surprised Avis Prince Albert doesn't have a back up plan to help customers in my situation. We have used Avis all over the world and never had this problem before!!
