We booked a van four months in advance and phoned a couple days ahead of time and there was no van. They “don’t know what happened” and don’t have a comperable vehicle. No deal on a smaller vehicle either!

Very impressed with the customer service at this location! They went above and beyond to help me out. My car was not able to be driven due to accident, and not being from PA I was desperate to get back home while my vehicle was being looked at & repaired. Not reliable! An hour before pickup time I was called and told there were no cars available! I'm surprised Avis Prince Albert doesn't have a back up plan to help customers in my situation. We have used Avis all over the world and never had this problem before!!
