I would recommend AV Shuttle to anyone looking for an affordable special needs transportation, with an always-five-star customer and professional service. Always a great experience and wonderful people to work with, setting up the bookings were fast and easy and always responsive to any of my follow-up questions. The vehicles were clean, drivers were nice, punctual, accommodating, and very pleasant to deal with. Me and my family will definitely continue doing business with them! Shout out to the general manager, Kelly Rapko always make us feel so welcomed. Thank you guys so much!

I was not a customer AND NEVER WILL BE NOW. but after having one of they're female drivers not stop at a posted stop sign in a construction zone on central avenue and then proceed to tailgate me for several blocks after and flipped me the middle finger while passing me, that is not how professional drivers are trained in SK. if you are driving a shuttle of any sort extra care and attention should be used as you are caring for someone else's life!!

Gerry was my Driver. , We had a two and half hour drive , from City Hospital to Margo Sask , My Driver was very professional and understanding to my disability , he was so respectful and treating me like a human being . Not just as A person with a disability . For that I am so very grateful , I have only been in a wheelchair for 3 years now and very quickly I learned that people treat you so differently . I must Say I still can't become a custom to the lower treatment of being disabled . A long trip in the back of a van sitting in a wheelchair... truly makes a person feel less important , and disrespected.. My Driver was all to understanding of this feeling.. he welcomed me to ride safely up front by my request. He was a very safe driver and a wonderful sense of humor ???????? , I also had my services dog along for the ride , Gery was very polite and . Allowed for a ( pee ) stop along the way ... . I hope anyone who needs to have Av Shuttle Cab for the very first time , has the opportunity to ride with Driver Gery .. This was my second ride ever and it was a very nice experience..Thank you Av Shuttle Cab , and Thank you Gery ..????

Just had one swerve at my vehicle while I was in the left lane and when I braked they pulled in front and brake checked me. Then 30 seconds down the road pulled back into the right lane for the exit.

Not covid safe. Driver was not wearing a proper mask. Only a little knit cover that stops nothing. This is very disappointing considering they pick up many elderly people. The manager said he would talk to the driver but didn’t seem very concerned.

This company deserves kudos for the level of service we received this week during a very difficult time. We required their services to transport a mobility challenged family member from Kerrobert to Saskatoon and return to attend his daughter's funeral. from the initial contact to the final drop-off back home the management and staff were professional and compassionate. They accommodated us on very short notice and they travelled roads that are not fit to drive (Hwy 51 Kerrobert to Biggar). On time and ready to assist us with all our needs, we couldn't have asked for better service during this very stressful time. Our thanks to our very professional and courteous drivers Gabriella and Hank, to Roger for his patience while we figured out the details, and to the Manager Jim, for making this all work. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs this service...thanks!!

Number one deliberately sped up and cut me off and then slammed on his brakes to make the turn before the construction almost hit another vehicle these guys should be taken off the road. I called the management they stuck up for him wow

Please tell the shuttle driver that parks in Cypress gardens apartments in the middle of the parking entrance to do her own personal stuff all the time to show more professionalism and park on the street or in a parking spot and not in everyone's road..... She sits there with her driver's door open blocking the entrance quite often.

Very very disappointed with this entire company. Dave is the owner/manager and I have not met many people as rude as him. Expect to be hung up on, sworn at and to not have your shuttle show up on time ever. Would never recommend this company to anyone.
