The agent who handled my situation was extremely helpful and accommodating to my needs. He was very friendly and neat in appearance. The only thing I was not impressed with was the fact that the truck I was given was dirty with pop bottle left in the cab, miscellaneous garbage in the cab, was not vacuumed and the back of the truck was not swept. There was only half a tank of gas, also. So, the cleanliness of their Uhaul trucks is not a priority for this business on 4th street east in Prince Albert.

I have called this location multiple times to ask what is available among other things. Strangely, they always say they don't have what I'm looking for. I drive by the facility and the trailer or van I'm looking for is sitting right there. I can see this happening sometimes because of reservations or whatever but its EVERYTIME. I'm never told that she will call me and let me know if something opens up either. I think this is a weird way to do business and I'm not sure why it's still like this.

The U-Haul website won't let me review this location (submit button doesn't do anything) but I feel as though they should know about the terrible customer service at this location. The U-Haul rep was rude, snarky, short, and condescending when she spoke to me. She refused to help, or let her associate help, me in attaching the trailer to the truck (I understand it is likely company policy for them to not lift the trailers but I needed guidance on how to properly attached the hitch to the ball as I had never seen such a hitch system before and I did not have Wifi/Data to view the how-to videos on the U-Haul website). After she gave me my receipt I asked if the furniture pads I had rented were in the trailer and she denied I paid for them. I pointed to the charge on my receipt twice and she still denied it until her associate politely pointed out the charge. She was rude to the other customers who came in to purchase gas and she never gave me back my credit card either. I have heard wonderful stories about U-Haul customer service but they obviously do not come from here.

Absolutely horrible avoid at all costs. Reservations never work out and end up going to Prince George or 100 mile house. The woman who runs the place is a scam artist and will try to get you to fill the tank when you pick the trck up empty.

Reserved a uhual.... go to pick it up and its in another town 300km's away. book another one, rate is MUCH higher than first booking and I was forced to pay this now higher rate. I called u-haul to inquire about changing my destination en-route due to a road closure and was told it was no problem... dropped the u-haul off was told no problem. Next thing collections are calling over hundreds of dollars in extra fees and charges. These dealerships are not the issue, Uhaul is but they hide behind this corporate structure.

This place is disgusting. Its gross looking on the outside and even worse on the inside. How this place passes fire inspection I have no idea. The place is super cramped an hope no one walked in where your there or your gonna get to know them real quick. Overall service was ok. Took forever to get a uhaul.

Seemed unorganized, i had to move a trailer to get at the trailer that was for me then asked me to put the other one back, some of the lights were burnt out, and when we arrived at the house opened the back door to find out the floor was covered with dried up clumps of mud so had to clean before we could load , and for payment they only take credit cards, no debit or cash. Very frustrated with it all but what do you do when its the only uhaul dealer in Quesnel!!!

We went to this location to rent a u haul. We had already had a hard day as it was. When we walked in the lady was short with us, and told my girlfriend and I to step away from the counter. As I was in there, another lady came in and she began helping her right away, with absolutely NO regard for the customers she was serving first. Then when we were explaining what we needed she was banging her hand on the counter saying what do you need and where are you going... as we were attempting to answer her she began talking over us and then was snarky to the next couple customers and snapped at Me saying I needed to come back in 15 minutes so she could get things figured out. We came back 20 minutes later and the woman didn’t remember us, and gave some excuse as to why. Then denied renting me a u haul at all saying there was no way. I have dealt with quite a few uhaul reps over the years and this lady by far had the worst customer service and people skills I have ever seen. She was not only rude to us but to the other customers behind us. Pretty sad when it’s a small town and u are the only u haul rep in town. I will NEVRER RECOMMEND THIS UHAUL LOCATION TO ANYONE!!! Drive to PG or Any other location!

Used as a drop off in August and like everyone else, absolutely horrible service after driving an old beat up truck as it was from Ladysmith BC to Quesnel BC. I can confirm this woman is horrible and tried to stop me from posting to Uhaul and seems to have managed. Getting yelled at was the nicest part of the woman and I'm glad to see she is no longer in business. Over an hour to return truck and taking pictures of all damage too truck for self return when they don't even have wifi to upload and then yelled at more before finally getting away. Too bad for Quesnel Residents. As it was the only one in town. Yay, to the departure of the Dragon lady!

Horrible owner. Yelled at us immediately upon entering the store and told us to book online, so we did. Once we had our reservation she told us the website was down and that we had to leave and that she was now closed. Drove to prince George and complained to the man there and he gave us a great deal and was a dream to work with compared to this miserable hag. He was on 3rd street in prince George, go to him its worth the drive.

I tried to post a review for this location on uhaul website multiple times but it won’t work. So posting here to warn others. I called U-Haul and arranged a pick up at closing on the 28th, was told they close at 4:30. A couple days before pickup, I received a phone call saying they need to change my pick up to 3:30 cause they actually close at 4, okay, not a problem. The 28th I receive a phone call from the older lady who works at this location to confirm my pick up for the 29th, I tell her I booked for that day, the 28th, not the 29th. Whoever called and changed the time must have also changed the date on me! She told me she was closing at noon for an eye appointment, and was yelling at me and hung up on me. She called me back and said she would put my keys in the drop box for online pick up to do over my phone. Great, I get there and the 20’ truck I ordered isn’t there. I go through the contract steps on my phone and it’s trying to give me a 26ft truck which is way too big and don’t want to drive. Spend almost 2 hours on the phone, get told there is a 20ft truck coming in the morning and to come back. Come back the next morning and the keys are apparently in the drop box, I go through the contract step by step on my phone but it never gives me the code to get the key, the website tells me to go inside and show the screen to the employee at the desk. I do that and get yelled at cause she can’t see it, I read the message to her 10 times cause she keeps asking me to read it again and yells at me telling me I did something wrong. I explained everything I did and that I went step by step not missing anything. She refused to call U-Haul to get the code to get my keys and she told me not to call them either. Waited for over an hour for her to get the keys out. When I called they changed it to in store pick up which is why I didn’t get a code. The lady there was very rude and difficult to deal with, incompetent and not remotely capable of doing her job properly. Worst customer service experience ever. If I could rate this location zero stars I would. Do not use this location, I would have rather drove to PG or Williams lake than deal with that woman.

Rented a Uhaul truck for 24 hours, returned it within an hour because the tires were so bald that I couldn't even pull into my driveway or drive down my street with a little bit of snow, was still charged full price and over charged on mileage with no retribution, highly recommend that you check the tires before renting making sure that they are equipped with proper tires especially if renting in Saskatchewan

Had truck booked.lady called 2 days before confirming.Day of move called where we were picking it up ..no truck. The guy there found us smaller one so had more mileage for two trips and the time.Got it late and 2 trips.

Bad.. Bad.. Bad.. REALLY bad. Do not recommend anyone use this facility especially for Uhaul! Unless u feel like being lied to, stranded and seriously inconvenienced by a mean owner. If u need Uhaul in Quesnel, go to Jade St. A million times better customer service. Don't waste your precious time here!!!!! You'll regret it!
