Got in a mva and needed a rental, and ICBC deals with Hertz. They are far overpriced compared to Enterprise, and had $500 road star allotment that was not supposed to expire until the full $500 value had expired. Hertz called me up, on my job cellular, to hassle me to return it 3 days before it was due. Not impressed, and one key fob was useless out of two furnished me. The same sized car at Enterprise is $24 day as opposed to $33 for Hertz. Poor service and ICBC should use more economical car rental services for its customers.

Clean floor. Waiting area with bench provided. Price is not bad with discounts. Check out speed is fast. Credit cards accepted. Employee is pretty nice, friendly, and helpful. Public restroom is available. Free parking lot available in the side and back. Overall experience is not bad. Located at the corner of the streets.

Not a great experience at all. Shuttle driver was scary, excessive speed, using his phone while driving, lying to other customers on the phone about when he would be there to pick them up. Car was dirty full of pet hair and smelly. Will not be using this company again.

Horrible experience. I used to have a Mercedes and was given a Nissan Sentra as a “equivalent rental”. The Nissan ran like a lawnmower, smelt like smoke and had multiple problems. On the very first day I was given the car, I asked if I could be given a call when they had a better car. I wasn’t given a call until a week later to inform my about the end date of my rental. You’re better off going to a different rental company. It is quite clear that this location does not car about its customers.

On April 15, leaving my van in the Kirmac – 227 St. Maple Ridge, I had a car from Hertz Maple Ridge for my use while my van was with the Kirmac. From the driver called David, I received a very well attention when he gave me a ride to the Hertz’s office. The office’s manager called Sahib was very friendly, explaining all the procedures and rules from Hertz, letting me confident with this rent-a-car. I gave five star for this office and for the employees, who are a very good guys, friendly and professionals. I didn’t have any trouble with Hertz Maple Ridge. So, I recommend this company to anyone who needs a good car and good employees who give a great service.

They ripped me off, one day rental, only had to drive 10 k. When I had to do the mandatory fill up it came to 10 dollars on a eco car. No way the tank was full when they gave it to me. Refused to refund any of the money as they said it was probably the previous person who didn't fill the tank. Two thumbs down Hertz.

My car was written off and was looking to rent. I have walked in and asked for rentals, the guy told me that there wasn't anything available at that moment, however was going to call be before closing and let know what time they will be able to rent out the next day. Has been 3 weeks already and still waiting for phone call...lol... have rented out from Enterprise and so happy about their customer service. Do not trust Hertz in Maple Ridge. If there is no car on the day you want forget it then, don't leave your phone number hoping they will actually contact you.
