Not impressed thatv the cars where not equipped to go pass Hope ( with new tire law effective Oct 1 2017) .Had to cancel holiday and lost money on vacation rental THANKS TO HERTZ NOT BEING UP TO DATE ON SAFETY STANDARDS!!!

Alright, so here's the deal. I'm a die hard Enterprise customer, but wasn't able to this time, so I chose Hertz. I'm now questioning my Enterprise loyalty. This Hertz location was fantastic! The rate was extremely reasonable for an airport location and the process was quick and painless. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely try Hertz again due to this experience at this location.

Rent from here. The lady who helped me, Lorna, was fantastic. I had issues with figuring out my insurance policy from expedia, and she helped sort all of it, and walked me through everything. This small Hertz is the quickest, and easiest car rental service ive had anywhere.

I rented a car through my insurance and found out that my insurance paid for my 3 days of rental, then they went a head and charged my credit card for the same rental..think they call it double dipping..still trying to recover my money, been 5 months and still no further a head than when I started

I will never rent from Hertz again, charged me for twice as many days as I used, so double. Would not make any accommodations, would not refund the balance of what was owed to me. Staff would not help get a refund, had to call and the agent said he would not refund me for the days used and that there was nobody else I could speak to. On top of all this, they tried to blame me for an existing scratch on the car when I brought it back. Poor service and you have to pay for what you don’t use.

Great service, fast, and super helpful! I needed a ride home after dropping off my car (I live on a mountain) and most of the time there is no chance I am able to get a ride home. I can't even get pizza delivered lol But the great people at Hertz gave me a ride to my bank appointment and then home. Highly recommend!

Rented from here two times in the past year and both times was a great experience and affordable rates! The only time I was disappointed was when we were promised a specific vehicle and on the day of pickup it wasn't available, but the replacement worked just great. Will definitely go here again for vehicle rental!

Excellent Customer Service Experience ! The female staff member that I got to meet with my brother to rent a van was super! Even though she was close to being off that day , she still took extra time to assure that our paperwork got completed and that we have received all the needed information in regards to the rental. Also the prices for renting are amazing ! Very affordable * Will highly recommend !

Top notch customer service. They sped me through the painful process of renting-through-insurance after an idiot rammed my own car, and it had to spend several days in the shop. They took care of the insurance side and difficulty with the repair shop, all very pleasantly and efficiently. Even when I returned the vehicle, I didn't have to go outside in the rain to do the inspection. They did, and came in with a smile, "It's just perfect!" This rental experience was almost like a mini-vacation after the horror of the accident. Super clean, very nice vehicle, and pleasant treatment from the staff. I'd left my Brita bottle in the vehicle, and when I came back, it was sitting on the counter rather than having to ask someone to scrounge through a dirty Lost and Found box, as is so common. Even their pick up and drop off service was much faster than getting a cab!

The location is easy to find and gas a large lot for parking returns. I dropped a car here after flying into Vancouver, easy as pie. The drop was fast and efficient - and the staff very pleasant to deal with. The lady at the front was so pleasant and helpful, it was a great way to start my day. Will be back!!! Thank you Hertz!!

My daughter's and I desperately needed a van on Friday because ours broke down on the highway. Even though we arrived at the very end of the day the woman (sorry I'm bad with names) went out of her way to help us. When we went back to drop off the van the next day the young gentleman was very friendly and knowledgeable in dealing with my transaction. Thank you for going out of your way in providing service to my family and I!

Had a car reserved so my dad wouldnt have to bike to work, call them in the morning they told us they dont have any cars in at the moment so they cant help us and that we have to wait, isnt the whole point of the reservation so we dont have to wait ? ... Terrible customer service i would recommend you going to a different rental company

After a stressful and unsuccessful experience at another car rental company in Chilliwack, we ran in a panic to Hertz about 20 minutes before closing. Jasmine went above and beyond to not only help us through the experience but to get us the best deal possible. She was personable, enjoyable and so dang efficient! It was an awesome experience. I went in there almost in tears due to the stress and left with a smile. Thank you, Jasmine!!

I would never recommend this place. I made a cash deposit in November and I still have not gotten my money back. And even though I keep calling them, they have never called me back or updated me. I guess BBB will have to be the next step.
